Rite Aid closed my usual location. Ever since we transferred our meds to here, they're either out of them or else they treat us like junkies that are shopping prescriptions around.Going to Rite Aid on Kings Highway gives a much better experience, and they're never out of my meds.

Very rude pharmacy attendant asked “Can I help you?” in an annoyed tone without even bothering to come to the counter and then gave me attitude for simply coming to check in for my flu shot appointment, as instructed by the website. Acted like I should have known to not listen to the website because she had already checked me in and laughed at me as I walked away.The only polite employee was the woman who gave me the vaccination.Will never be back here again. Sheesh.And from reading the other reviews, it sounds like this location has the most disgusting, racist and vile so-called “customer service.” Was wondering how these people keep their jobs and apparently the manager is just as evil.

The worst customer service, they are racist ,the cashier and the other guy followed us around the store, they even announced “security check all areas of store, Security check all areas of store” and he said he had the right to not accept my extra-care card and even mocked my deceased brother . Even after I told him that the name that pop up on the other card was my brother whom passed away, he kept referring him as my “babydad” thats your “babydad” and you using the same card. I than again told him the name popping up was not my “babydad” but it was my brother whom passed away in 2020. He than said well doesn’t matter, you have the same number link to 2 cards. The cashier said she too had several cards for cvs and that i should give her the other card. When i never had the other card. He mentioned being the manager what a kind of manager mocks people that have passed away.

Clearly the reviews already speak for themselves but what’s another. Oh where to start. The head pharmacist is so rude, I dread coming here. I have never seen him be respectful to any costumers in the pharmacy. Not one time. It’s terrifying that some people’s lives are in the hands of this man. Absolute miserable experience everytime. I’ve seen him yell at people older than my grandmother. It’s shocking that any cvs would keep him around. At this point he’s laughable and hopefully he looks in the mirror one day soon, or leaves customer service altogether.

Trash customer service in the Pharmacy specifically. I prepaid for 3 prescription only to be told that 1 of the 3 prescriptions was "put back" so they were trying to double charge me. I showed them my receipt and it took 20 minutes for them to straighten out their mess. They were acting as if I was an inconvenience to them. They acted the same way when I had the older woman (manager?) run 2 different coupons for my insulin to get me the best price. They get visibly impatient which is absolutely unprofessional. Then there's a long line of whining people behind you waiting since they only have one window open. I'd rather drive a few more miles to another location than be made to feel like I'm lucky to have these people hardly do their job.

I am disgusted and disappointed about the horrible experience I had at CVS Wenonah, NJ on Sunday August 6, 2023 at approximately 10pm. The male white cashier with glasses and visibly thinning hair watched and followed me as I shopped for a Doordash order. I asked him for a brown paper bag to put my purchases in, he hesitated to give me a bag. I feel like his treatment towards me was only because I am African American, and he assumed I came to the store to steal. I AM NOT A THIEF! The customer service was unacceptable and unprofessional. When I shop at Rite Aid, Walgreen’s, Dollar General, etc, I never have this kind of encounter. He needs to be terminated or properly trained on how to provide customer service to African Americans, instead of watching and following customers around the store, assuming they are there to steal!!!!

Agree with the other customer who says they are racist at this store. This one girl followed me when I was shopping for baby products. I was taking my time to see what were the best deals for my pocket and she even stood up next to me at the self check out supervising the whole thing. I didn't say anything but it was very uncomfortable. Then I separated baby diapers and told her I will put my son in my car ( my mom was there) and be back. I didn't take more than 1 minute and she had returned the items.

I went in to CVS to get a passport photo taken. I saw the employee near the front , a younger woman in her late 20's early 30's. I asked if they took passport photos. She made some sort of gesture that they did--walked over pulled the white screen down, took a camera, quickly took my picture, did not tell me she was about to take it, did not ask if it was acceptable --processed it and gave me the receipt for $18.12. All without saying one word to me--I felt like I was truly bothering her. I was so appalled at her rudeness and negative body language that I was compelled to report this. And I was not satisfied with the picture. I went elsewhere and had another taken as I will not shop in that store again.

Wouldn't approve prescription Dr sent script over 4 times, kept saying they didn't have it finally went to Dr's office ( since they kept blaming them) they called currently still not ready smh

Just recently moved to the area and changed my CVS location to this one. I called to ask when my 10 month old daughter’s prescription would be filled and the pharmacist (Aleksander Mirkovic) replied, “I don’t know I’ll get to it when I get it to it. I can TRY to fill it if you come.” I replied back stating that I called ahead because I wasn’t driving there until it was ready. Well he didn’t like my answer and completely attacked me stating, “I’ve been filling prescriptions all day bla bla bla.” Completely immature and VERY VERY unprofessional. I asked him what his name was and he hung up on me yelling that I was arguing with him as I couldn’t even get one word out. Mind you this is my first experience with this pharmacy and all I wanted to know was when my daughter’s script was ready. Saying “I don’t know” to a customer is not an answer. He started to argue about her insurance not on file, I asked him if I could just pay for it because I did not know where I placed her card. All he did was argue with me, I couldn’t even get a professional answer from him. CVS should be ashamed that this is who their pharmacist is and from reading the reviews it looks like he was rude to others too. I will say I had a very positive experience with the manager, Tony who helped me out a lot. She took time out of her day to help me out and I really appreciate that. But I will never get my prescriptions here again knowing that man is in charge back there. Complete shame since I live 5 min up the street. I’ll also add that I work in health care and speak to pharmacists all day and I’ve never ever encountered someone as ignorant as him.

We have been using this CVS for 20+ years. I have had 2 bad experiences in the last few weeks. A few days ago I happen to get an e-mail for a survey about my recent visits to this store. So I stated in the survey what had happened. Today my Dr orders me prescriptions to be filled. The Pharmacist took it upon himself to transfer my scripts to a CVS 15 miles away because “he didn’t appreciate” my survey answers and stated that I’m rude to his employees Filing a complaint with Corporate and the NJ State Attorney General

Pure and simple, this pharmacy is grossly understaffed and has not kept pace with growing prescription customer demand. Is there no one of authority who can recognize this and increase staff accordingly? What does it take? I wish I had a dollar for every minute I hung on the phone waiting to speak to someone about one or more of my meds.

Horrible store, been a customer for over a decade and they act like your a brand new patient! Feels like I am getting a tooth pulled out rather than being taken care of. The last thing anyone wants to do when you're sick or just need a refill on meds., is deal with this store! Out of the full staff there are about 2-3 employees that are very nice. This is what happens when Big Govt moves, everyone is a "number" rather than a patient.

I've used Rite Aid for years, knew my pharmacist and never had a problem. My insurance is making me go to CVS now and I have had nothing but trouble! Staff is rude and try to dole out your prescription like they are doctors. Mine has had to call to intervene! I honestly think they were picked on as kids and now have it out for The world and are on power trips. The little girl at the drop off counter Christine I think...with brown hair and thin lips needs an attitude adjustment. She's awful dealing with customers! The foreign male pharmacist has been helpful at times but the rest are miserable!!!

My doctor wrote me a prescription for a cough syrup. My husband was told they don't make that medicine anymore. So he purchased something over the counter which was $12. They said they would contact my doctor for a different prescription AND KEPT THE SCRIPT! I call a week later to find out what else was prescribed because I'm still hacking away. I ask when did they stop making the medicine because I have had it before. The tech tells me it was just on back order. So furious!Horrible customer service and they out right lied and had him buy something else when my prescription would have been $5 or less.AWFUL EXPERIENCE/ LAST TIME I GO THEREZero stars if i could. Very Disappointed.

Awful experience! I called about my prescriptions and staff answering the phone were rude and curt. Nobody know anything put on hold several times and pharmacist lied to me about not having received my scripts from my doctor. Then hung up on me after trying to make it sound like it was my fault he did not fill the script! Very unprofessional. I think I'm moving my business to Walgreens!

Truly wish there was a negative star option! This is hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with...none of the staff care about their patrons and I'm convinced they all hate their jobs. Rude to the point their faces would crack and fall right off of their empty skulls if they attempted to smile. Walgreens has a new customer. Good luck with that piss poor customer service, and if Kathy is there just turn and run.

I'm so mad my insurance made us leave Walgreen's! Now I'm stuck with CVS again and I hate this CVS. Before Walgreen's was built we came here. I was a Cancer patient when I left and unfortunately I am again when I returned. Last time I dealt with this particular pharmacy the pharmacist lied to my face. I caught him in a boldface lie and proved it to him and he was like and....Now we're back here and already a problem. And another lie!!! I have enough problems dealing with several doctors and tons of medications that I don't have time to followup on this place!! The lies cause me to call my dr's and the insurance company all long waits only to be told "that's not what happened." Then finding out it was a lie by this place AGAIN. I'll drive the extra and go to Paulsboro. Never had a problem at any CVS but this one....

Some of the staff are very rude, don’t ever smile, and don’t care. Or are so rushed that they never look into any problem, they just keep repeating what their computer screen tells them. Some of the older women that work there are really miserable and sarcastic, UNTIL they want you to refill things that you don’t need! Then the phony niceness comes out, but you can tell that it’s not sincere. I’ve heard the cvs in Target has a nicer staff...

Frustrating, frustrating experience at this pharmacy! How many phone calls between a patient, their doctor, and the pharmacy does it take to get a prescription filled?? I literally had to do every part of their job for them to extract my prescription. After talking to multiple pharmacists, explaining my situation multiple times, and even getting my doctor to call them, it was a dehumanizing experience. Incompetence and just lack of caring.

CVS informed me today that, somehow, after I called to have my prescription filled, the virtual prescription stored within their system was *deleted*. Gone. They had no explanation, and after delivering the news they immediately hung up on me. Just. Hung up the phone. My doctor isn't even *in* right now to get a new prescription, and my pharmacy has opted for the silent treatment. I'm appalled and more importantly, up a creek without my medication.

Do not leave this pharmacy without having them count your medications in front of you. Twice now in the last 13 months, they have shorted my 88 year old grandmother on her medications. The pharmacist then has the gall to suggest that you must have stolen it but refuses to let you see the video of the pills being dispensed.Once can happen to anybody. Twice is a pattern. They need to drug-test every employee that has access to the medications to find out what is going on. Somebody on their staff obviously has a problem. I will be filing a report with the Mantua Twp PD, contacting corporate, and transferring her prescriptions to Shop Rite's pharmacy. I will never spend another dime in this store or any other CVS again if they don't make this right.

0 stars for this store. I went there with a $8.00 rewards receipt. It was overdue by 5 days (misplaced) I asked the manager if he would honor it and he said no. He didn't even look at me, I am stunned, been a loyal customer for over 20 years....never going back!!!
