DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Here are photos of what they did to my dog. I came for a simple nail clipping and they absolutely destroyed my dog's nails. Not only once, but THREE times they cut WAY too deep. My dog cried and pulled her paw back the first time, yet that wasn't enough to let the lady know she was cutting too deep. She wasn't even looking at where she was cutting from. Absolutely unacceptable! My dog left with blood DRIPPING all over the floor and in my car. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE! ZERO STARS! NO CARE FOR THE ANIMALS!

We just got home from having our 4 rescue dogs groomed and it was a great experience! They got us in quickly, bathed and groomed them all in a couple of hours, and they all look so good! They are happy, have shiny coats, and adorable holiday bandanas. We will definitely be going back!

Pleasant staff but failed to cut my dog correctly. We asked for a schnauzer cut minus the skirt and they did not give him a beard or eyebrows.Told my husband to come back in two hours and our dog was not done. When he arrived they asked if someone called him to come because our dog was not done and he reiterated that he was told to come back in two hours. They said someone would call him but he chose to sit and wait instead.They asked if he wanted our dogs photo taken, but completely failed to mention they CHARGE FOR IT. My husband is not confrontational so he just paid for it and left.I would not use them again because all of this was incredibly basic. The only thing I can say positively is that their pricing was comparable (excluding the $20[!] photo). Super disappointing.

So it might be because my current husky is smaller than my old one but these guys were cheaper than Petco ever did, and did a better job deshedding too

Sandy did a very good job grooming my Newfoundland. She was very responsive to her needs while there and gave my dog a nice wash, blow dry and cut. I would def recommend Sandy!

Dog owners beware! I scheduled an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 9:00am. I was told that it would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours for my dog to be groomed upon drop off, and that I would receive a call when she was finished. (By the way, on the website it states that most dogs will be groomer in under 2 hours). I went to Shop-Rite from there and was finished at 11:00. Since I had not yet received a call, I wandered around Walgreens for a few minutes to waste time, from there I went to the adjacent Dollar Tree to wander and waste some more of my time. At 11:30 I decided to stop in and check the status of my dog's appointment. I was told that Sandy, the owner/groomer, had not yet arrived. My dog was still in a cage after 2 1/2 hours. I never received a call from anyone at Must Love Dogs with any kind of an update, and it was very clear when I got home that no one took my dog out to relieve herself after all that time, not to mention the unnecessary stress that my dog experienced after being caged all that time. I clicked one star, because I had to in order for this review to be posted. Zero stars, two thumbs down.

I brought my dog “cheech” there several times. Every time this team does a fantastic job. My dog comesBack clean, smells good, groomed and defurred. He’s not stressed and never caged. And he loves them, almost hard to get cheech to leave. If you want the job done right and bring your dog to a place where they care about your pet. This is the place you need to be. What a great job and pleasant people to interact with.

Run!!!I had issues with follow up and appointment times with these people. Plus they came to my home and the owner told me his generator was not working and he would need to plug into my home, which I thought nothing of. My breaker tripped about 5 times while I was working from home and I was getting pretty annoyed, and I eventually told him to just finish and leave because it was worrying me. Mind you he was also walking into my garage and tripping the breaker back while I was working in my kitchen and I was not really aware of what was going on. After he left - my air conditioner would turn on!!!! His truck managed to trip my air conditioner and I was freaking out because I just paid 1600 to fix it the month before. I called them to reimburse me for the air conditioner and the owner screamed and yelled at me that he will not give me a dime. I am 8 months pregnant and no air conditioner on a 100 degree day and they could care less. They should not be providing services if their trucks are not operating and putting the owners home in jeopardy just to make money. Thank god it was just a restart and cost me only $50 - I'm done with them!!

Sandy did an amazing job grooming our feisty, resistant Shih Tsu. She was patient and kind and was able to give her a beautiful trim, using great judgment with regard to length and style. I am very grateful for her good work.

They do a very good job for my 2 dogs. Very reasonably priced and quality work. Definitely recommend as it's tough finding a consistently good dog groomer in this area.

Quite disappointed.Last year Sep - missed cut on her chin, found long hair left. So I cut it that part.Last year Dec - missed cut one paw’s nail, found she didn’t cut one paw’s nails so my husband brought her back to cut, I thought she will file her nail but literally just cut.

A very busy place! It is definitely by appointment only. I wouldn't suggest Saturdays because it seems to be quite overwhelming there. But the quality is outstanding.
