Frank the Farmer is a nice guy and very helpful. The store has a lot of stuff from nuts and bolts to Carhartt clothing to power tools and so on. It's a great fully equipped local hardware store.

I'm surprised this place is still in business. First of all, everything here is overpriced. Secondly, nothing is ever in stock. They have everything except what I'm looking for. They usually tell me to go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Wal-Mart. For example, today. I went looking for a light bulb socket. The shelf was mostly empty, so the worker told me to go to The Home Depot.

I have been visiting this store for years. Dawn Thomas Store Manager has done an exceptional job of keeping the Store run smoothly. After months of renovations and Staff shortages, I still rely on this store to have what I need. The Store Manager always takes the time to stop and chat. I enjoy the smaller family oriented businesses and try to shop there for financial support. I hope they continue to be one of our better stores in the area.

Staff is really helpful. Manager Dawn herself spent a decent amt of time working with me on a special order. Years ago, when they were Washington One Stop, I had a bad experience with a nasty cashier & avoided going there ever since. But they're a completely different operation now -- so much improved.

I found it much easier shopping here than the big box name home improvement stores. In most cases I need the most common home repair items whether it's electrical, hardware, wall repair etc. Staff are nice and getting what you need you are in and out. Checkout is quick even with a full line.

I placed an internet order of compressed wood blocks for my wood stove. Within the hour I received email notification that the order was ready for pick up. Staff was courteous and efficient. My order was promptly loaded into the back of my SUV. It was a very pleasant retail experience. This was my second order because the first one went equally as well.

This place has changed a lot, for the better. Will definitely be coming here more often, instead of Lowes or the depot. Their nuts, bolts, speciality screw section is way better than big box stores.

Place sucks over priced and then they sent me on a wild goose chase saying that there other store in easton had the paint that I was looking for I drove all the way out there and turns out they dont carry it either. Dont waste your time with this place go to tractor supply

Only went in there to get a key made. 1st time I was ever in there. Place is very big inside. Totally clean inside and out. Staff was nice and helpful. recommend visiting there.

This place has got it all, and a great crafts section. Good paint selection. Love the old-school layout and vibe of the store. It's like going back in time (and I mean that in a most pleasant way)

Good place for all sorts of hardware and home repair needs. Decent selection of gardening supplies for a small business. In years past they had an awesome selection of arts and crafts supplies but they no longer have much in that area.

This place is excellent . They have a little bit of everything that a homeowner may need. From nails to arts and crafts, they have it. I've always found what I was looking for and the staff knows the store inside and out- very helpful.

Wonderful staff!! Very very helpful. They have every yard tool you need. We get mulch and garden soil there every year, not to mention spark plugs or any odd end you may need

Getting slightly better about customer service- depends who you get there. Lots of interesting items. Expect to pay more than H Depot for most things. Convenient for those who live in Washington NJ.

This is a small store, and space is tight. It's convenient location is offset by the reduced hours it seems to be open (it's usually only open during business type hours from what I've seen). Still, if you're looking for something either hardware or crafty, and are in the area, they're a good place to check. The staff is friendly, to boot.

I barely shop here, since changing ownership. Not to mention some of the associates don't know how to greet customers...it's like death mourned over. I prefer to drive a little further.

I cannot rave enough about the assistance I received from Rich/Rocky's Ace Hardware - Washington involving the replacing/duplicating a missing key fob for my vehicle. He handled the process with expertise, superb customer service, and a smile. Rocky's Ace Hardware is lucky to have such a staff member like Rich!
