The buffalo yogurt is the most delicious yogurt I've ever eaten! Super creamy, nutritious and delicious! So happy that I'm able to get my "weekly fix" every Wednesday from the Farmer's Market at East 47th & 2nd Avenue. Brian, one of the owners, is amazing - knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend - once you try this yogurt, you'll see what you've been missing!

Hidden gem I heard about. Owners are friendly. Cheese and especially yogurt are delicious. Tried some ground water buffalo for my dog, non greasy and healthy. Making this a regular stop.

I ordered a pack of ground meat from here to make burgers and boy, they were some of the best I have ever tasted! The fact that this is a pasture-raised farm makes their products even tastier. I would love to come for more items like buffalo mozzarella.

Pure & Fresh Buffalo milk and it's product such as Paneer ( Feta cheese) yogurt, Lassi (Butter milk) Ice cream.For me it's was very difficult to find Buffalo Milk in USA not even any of major store have it, Walmart, ShopRite,target, Costco, BJ's, and others.Brian is amazing person, we had great conversation. Thank you Brian.

I’m just so grateful that this type of quality product exists! I’ve been shopping with them at the market for a good while now, and everything from milk to the mozzarella, to the lassi is on the same level of quality and goodness!!!! Honestly, nothing beats the lassi on a hot summer day! I’ve given up using sour cream and just use the labneh instead, and of course, don’t go a day without a glass of the Buffalo milk! Also, this goes without saying, but the owners are great people!

The nicest people with the best product... water buffalo ranch in rural central NJ. FIND THEM at the Union Square Greenmarket on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Their dairy goods and meat are fantastic - they even have pasta made with water buffalo milk and a collaboration with The Bent Spoon to make creatively flavored ice cream. Plus, Brian and Courtney are just good people. Stop by to have a nice chat and leave with the best labneh, ricotta, mozzarella or yogurt you've ever had.
