This has to be one of the most inconsistent Dunkin’s ever. I tried getting lattes in hopes that they would be at least a little more consistent and stronger than the iced coffees but I had just purchased one that tasted like they either accidentally used the iced coffee or reused old espresso grounds. It was weak and tasted stale it was so gross and a total waste of my money.

I was regular customer for years but ever since Gurjit, the shady Indian owner opened a 3rd location on 46, things have gone to the dumpster. 13 nasty tasting ice teas, stale donuts and the prices rise every week !!! Tried to contact the owner several times to voice my concerns with no return communication. I'll save my money and get ice teas from Mc Donalds...

Everything about this location tops any Dunkin (and most other restaurants I’ve been to). The lady at the restaurant is polite, efficient, and welcoming. The order was accurate and swiftly delivered. They also had a line inside and out that was moving quickly as well. You can tell that this group puts pride in their work and it shows in their product.

I've been coming here for years, I've had many times through the drive through the employees are incredibly rude or sometimes won't even talk to you. Sometimes drinks are wrong or just taste bad. Not the best dunkin, haven't gone there for a couple months just because of how bad they are.

I was passing thru learning the neighboring towns as I recently moved to Clinton Township...saw this D&D & stopped in for coffee & munkins, mid afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised just how fresh the munchkins were and the coffee, can't explain why, best all neighboring D&Ds I've tried. This location is 15 minutes out of my way but I'm definitely returning despite that. It's worth it.

One of the best Dunkin’ donuts I have had, the food was really good and fresh and the owner is very honest man, I stopped by to have breakfast on the way back from vacation and left my wallet, called him and he was so nice and honest he kept it in his office. Thank you so much cannot thank you enough it had all of my credit cards, money and license and I was able to get it back safely. Thank you again!!

Not the fastest service. Also, the drink I always order has been tasting rancid to me lately at this location. I went to 2 other dunkins and the same drink tasted fine at those locations. I don't know what it is but lately I don't go to this dunkin because last time I actually threw the drink out because it tasted awful. Started (noticeably) happening a month or two ago, so not just a one off.

I really don’t understand what goes wrong in here. Simple order- large iced tea with liquid cane. The app knows what I want, every other dunkin gets it right but this place can’t figure it out. I’ve tried ordering in person, through the app, through the drive through and it is wrong EVERY single time. I’ve literally gotten Splenda some days, granular sugar straight tea and today I got some type of iced tea/coffee combo? I give up with this location.

I like most Dunkin' shops however I need to order ahead on the app to get my order right most of the time. I'm sad they don't sell donuts and almost all of them when they do their stale or hard as a rock. I don't like the cheap owners that don't let the employees give out napkins and those little things let's stop your coffee from spilling all over your vehicle.

how could you not give Dunkin donuts a five-star great employees were super friendly always nice to me I'm disabled and have to service animals. fresh donuts always hot beverages. Nice sitting area to sit down if you need

Sarcastic order staff. Zero customer skills. Got order incorrect too. Occasionally stop here every time pass through. Will not do so again. Kids being kids and not caring. Ill take my money elsewhere. Girl at the window was nice and pleasant though. That's the 1 star

This is a drive-thru Dunkin, and even inside it shows, it's good if you are inside your car but inside there is no attention to customers, I stayed in line waiting until someone told the young man that was tending to the garbage cans to wait on us.

I ordered a box of joe on the app. I was ready to pick up about 20 mins later and specified pick up at the drive thru. I got there to pick up and I was told it was going to be several minutes and to go park because I should have called to let them know what I ordered because they had to brew a lot of coffee. They even tried to charge me when I had already paid on the app! I got my order after 10 minutes... They are usually very good but this time they made me late to work... Not good!

To the girl who works the register at the Dunkin Donuts in Washington on Route 31. You're inability to count by "2's" is astounding. Now, to some it may sound ridiculous and it wouldn't be a big deal. However, I cannot deal with incompetent people that cannot preform the most simple tasks. I asked her for 10 of the munchkin donuts. 2 chocolate, 2 jelly, 2 glazed and 2 cinnamon."One more Sir""No, I only have 8, I get two more. I got 2 chocolate 2 jelly , 2 glazed and 2 cinnamon. That's 8""Which one do you want then""2 more glazed is fine"Got home and there was only 9 in there.. You can tell me to stop making a molehill into a mountain but it annoyed me. More so because it's Sunday morning and I have to work all day before going back to work tomorrow. It annoyed me more than it should have. Other than that the service was fine. They were all very nice and were helpful.

I give 4 stars because the beverages and food itself is very good but they have a sign out front that says "open 24 hours" but close at 8pm. Very deceiving when you're really looking forward to a coffee or cocoa at night. False advertisement.

This is my regular Dunkin. Always hot, fresh and perfectly made coffee daily. Anything you get here is better than any other Dunkin because the staff here are great, always smiling and very accurate at what they do. Store is always clean. Love the fresh muffins donuts and bagels here as well. My kids love the peppermint hot chocolate with whipped cream... Thanks to the entire staff here for making my day.

I always go to Dunkin’ Donuts to get water when it’s hot out. Just recently, it was a 90 degree day outside and I was on my to work, I realized that I needed some water so I drove to Dunkin to get a glass of water. I pulled through, and they told me the total was $1.59. I never get charged for a cup of water. I told them I always get it for free, and they said they charge. It’s tap water!! I called the store and the manager was not polite. I explained to him that I always get free water, and what he told me was that, “My employees need to make a paycheck”, what happened to guest service? It’s 90 degrees outside and I can’t get a cup of water for no charge? You’re telling me that you charge your employees for the water they drink on their breaks and the water they use to wash their hands? It was absurd. The staff are not polite and don’t even answer the drive thru when you are sitting there. I’m glad this Dunkin’ Donuts allowed me to realize I should stop wasting money on their specialty drinks because of the people who work there. Not only have I gotten rude remarks made to me by the workers there, I frequently leave with incorrect coffee, wrong items and an overcharge. They will not tell you have a nice day. Just a warning, if you need a glass of water, do not stop here! Go to Starbucks for the largest, coldest and filtered free ice water! Highly disappointed with the service I was given.

Horrible - Drive through kept trying to give me other peoples orders despite my asking if I was getting a Croissant they would say yes and it wasn't. Get to work to find my sandwich was burnt. Was inside 2 weeks ago and the service was so slow. They are all over the place clearly not properly supervised or structured. Won't go back.
