Always a pleasant experience, especially with this one woman at the pharmacy counter I will have to get her name next time. She seems like she genuinely cares and not just with me I've seen her interact with the people ahead of me in line and she is the same with us all. She's one of the reasons I enjoy going through them and stay with them. The store is always clean and fully stocked and everyone that I've dealt woth that works there is always friendly and pleasant

I thought all CVSs were created equal but I was wrong. While pregnant, they ordered the wrong testing strips for my gestational diabetes and then sent me to the Hackettstown branch to pick them up. Then, they shorted my son's medication twice, and now do not have enough to fill a standard medication leaving him without from Thursday until Monday. I will say that the staff is always polite, but mistakes are mistakes, and being kind does not make up for ineptitude.
