I usually come to this walgreens store when I need vitamins and medicine. The general concept includes health products, care and hygiene products, and make-up products. There are also a limited number of food and beverage products. You can also take pictures for your passport and other needs. Whenever I come to this store, the employees are always busy with the shelves. They don't spend a lot of time with their customers. but overall good service.

I took my kids here for vaccines. My son was struggling a bit and the pharmacist was incredibly mean and bullied him. We also had to wait for half an hour for no apparent reason. I would NEVER EVER take a child here for a vaccine and I would never return to this location. The pharmacist needs training in how to interact with human beings.

Went into the Walgreens today not only was the service terrific I’m handicapped, and the a manager along with the other staff associates, went and picked out the groceries and things that I needed brought them to the counter. We’re very courteous, made sure that I was able to take care of all my transactions, and then walked the groceries out to the car for me, I can’t say enough about the level respect that I felt and I appreciate the kindness of the staff and I recommended this location to anyone in this area to stop by this Walgreens very clean store as well

Walgreens pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever been to. The wait time is always long customer service is non existent and the pharmacy counter clerks are below average at best. They are slow and painfully tedious.

This is a review regarding Walgreens pharmaceutical policies, not the people in the store, although naturally some issues may blend into the pharmacist. The problem is that Walgreens policies are now venturing beyond private medical matters that Walgreens shouldn't have any business knowing, only that the Dr. is writing a script for a patients needs. My pain management physician has been trying to get me to leave Walgreens pharmacy for a while now but it came down to convenience. Being that Walgreens has been pushing for more info from my Dr., it's almost basically boarder lined HIPAA violations. So after this last fiasco of them pushing for medical information, I'm happy to run far away from Walgreens and not look back. Sure, I'll be going if I need more shampoo but not my medicine.

DO NOT GO HERE MOST UN PROFESSIONAL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO. I put a disposable camera in the box and I came back a week later when they said it would be done and it wasn’t done. Then I went back two weeks after that and they said the photo department was closed. Then I went AGAIN and they told me they couldn’t find the camera and that they would call me within 3 days, I never got a call. So I went back now it being two months from when I originally put it in and they tried to tell me that someone picked it up already two weeks after I put it in. I explained to them how that could not be possible and she just kept telling me how it was already picked up. She then proceeded to sit in silence staring at the computer when I was standing in front of her waiting for answers. When I asked if there is anything they can do she tried to shoo me away with her hand telling me to move. I asked her if I can get some sort of credit or something because they lost my camera and she gave me nasty look, I had to walk out after that and I will never be returning to this Walgreens. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Walgreens Pharmacy recently. They dispensed expired medication to me. Luckyly I found out this by reading the instruction.I expect a reputable pharmacy like Walgreens to have proper checks in place to prevent such errors

Worst experience ever. The pharmacy staff was rude. I received a call that my prescription was ready when I went there I was first told I was not in their system (I have been going to this pharmacy for 15 years). After 10 minutes they found me in their system and then told me I don’t have any refills. I had received a call from the same pharmacy a day earlier that my prescription was ready. I would never go to this pharmacy again until this pharmacy staff is there.

We came recently for flu shot assuming we could walk-in and not need appointment (just like past years). They told us they can't take walk-in's, and we have to make appointment online. While I understand that is the policy, we're disappointed they couldn't take us as they didn't seem that busy...no patients were in the waiting area waiting for vaccines or prescriptions, and this was well before their pharmacy closing time. As we're already in their system w/ insurance, I'm sure we would've been processed quickly. But they didn't consider any of that, just told us no.Personally I think the whole benefit of having vaccine clinics n pharmacies is for the convenience of walk-in. If I wanted to make an appointment, I would do so at my Dr's office. It's worth mentioning that after they declined us, we called CVS in North Plainfield, pharmacist confirmed they could take us as walk-in. We headed over, and successfully had our flu shots there very quickly, pharmacist was friendly and helpful.2 stars because we've had prescriptions filled here w-o issue.

The pharmacy is slower than molasses and super unhelpful. All these CVS and Walgreens pharmacy's are only good if they're 24 hours you need a prescription overnight. Anyone that's not 24/7 should really cease to exist, especially this one.

I waited for more than 50 minutes to fill up a prescription. When I dropped the prescription off, there were 5 people ahead of me. I was told that it would take 30 minutes, so 34 minutes later, I went to pick up, only was told that they were still working on it, they needed 10 more minutes. I stood nearby and waited, 10 minutes later I went back to check. This time the pharmacy technician at the front went to fill it up in less than 5 minutes. The prescription was only tropical creams not pills which might take longer time. What a waist of time. Never this location again.

Pharmacy over charged $60. Said after 48 hours it is too late for refund. Even though we tried to resolve within time frame but they said they were too busy and we should come back. Pay very close attention to this group.

Evidently this Walgreens made their own rules up about what packages for FedEx they would like to accept. According to the website they SHOULD take packages that are up to 55LB and 48x24x24 Max size.If you have a FedEx package, call first and find out if they are following corporate rules or operating on their own for that day.

Seems like despite their Pharmacy hours saying 9PM, they are constantly closing at 5PM. If you can't staff up to stay open, then change your hours. Don't say you're open and then greet me with a sign saying you're "temporarily closed" (???) It's just insulting to your customers' time.

I recently moved from Pittsburgh, PA to Warren, NJ and had one prescription to transfer from the CVS there to the Walgreens in town (unknowing that there was a CVS just down the road). I had a few things to pick up, so I went to the pharmacy counter and the young man at the counter was able to assist me. He handled the transfer and said I would get a call when the prescription was ready. Well, when I went to go pick it up, the same man informed me that my insurance does not have a contract with Walgreens, so I would have to pay full price. Is that not something that warrants a phone call prior to pick up?? They ended up telling me that there is a CVS down the street, so I could have them call Walgreens and get it transferred there. Today, I had CVS do just that, however, the woman I spoke to at CVS was foreign and misunderstood the prescription name, so I just received a call from CVS again saying Walgreens didn't have a prescription by that name for me....except...I only had ONE prescription with Walgreens. Why couldn't they tell CVS that? Or give them the proper name of my prescription so CVS could confirm with me? I have never encountered any issues like this with any other pharmacy I have used. I most likely will not be returning to Walgreens after all of this.

Best customer service!8/30/17 UpdateSorry but we walked in to get One touch test strips for my dad without insurance, found out for 100 they cost $180. I checked online and found out they cost $40 for 100, 1 box. What is Walgreens thinking?!? But understandably, most pharmacies would upcharge to make money OR get the medication at same price, which case it is, I don't know, but come one, anyone with a smart phone and brain can see something like this as a rip off. Very sad.

Typical Walgreens. I haven't filled a prescription here so I can't comment on that.

Seems like they removed my review. But this place allowed the front cashier worker to come to work coughing up a storm at the register during covid pandemic. She shouldn’t be allowed to work, the management should be ashamed putting customers at risk like that. She was coughing every 2 seconds while handling items. I was in line, I had to leave

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I entered the store with the intention to buy some drinks. However, on the way there I decided to stop and look at sunglasses since they were on display. They were on two different spinning cylinders that were enclosed in a case. As I was spinning these cylinders, a gift bag that was there before our arrival was squished out of the case. I did not want to be rude and leave this item on the ground, so I picked it up and rested it on top of the case assuming a worker would see it and either throw it out if it is not an item for sale, or put it back in its original position if it is an item that they wish to sell. However, when I put it on top of the case, I hear a rude comment from behind me ordering me to put it back where it came from. I stated that it came from inside of the display case and I asked if she wanted me to put it back in there. She said no and told me to "put it where it belongs." Then, I decided that she clearly did not want to put it back herself, so I attempted to find where it might have come from. I walked through the store being followed by this employee, until I found where it was supposed to go. As I placed it on the shelf, from behind me I heard the employee go "mhm" from next to me. This whole encounter was extremely rude, as I was not only forced to go out of my way and waste my time to do an employee's job, but was also treated very poorly by the worker. I also had the same employee for a cashier when I went to pay for my drinks, and again I was treated disrespectfully and not even told what my total or change was. Overall, I had a pretty poor first experience with this location.

Really rude! I needed to pick up some photos and the lady at the counter gave me this nasty despicable attitude. Y’all need to work on your customer service. It doesn’t look good honey. Also, she was wearing her mask below her nose. So inconsiderate.

What can you say? It's Walgreens, no CVS near by, but there is Edgewood Pharmacy in the Kings shopping center across the street that has been there for years, so it'sMom-and-Pop versus big chain.CVS has food and toys and garden supplies and ... as well as prescriptions and vitamins and aspirin and diapers ...Lots of parking right outside the door and you can walk next door to the Acme supermarket

Nice people but the pharmacy is beyond slow. Not sure if they don’t have enough people or what the issue is as it is always a painful experience.
