Dr. Donna is the best. She is truly compassionate, caring and treats your pets as though they're her own. ACofWarren has been a part of our family for 17 years. Mark also does an excellent job in assisting and does his best to schedule appointments in a timely manner. Anyone looking for a top-notch doctor to keep your little ones in good health and stay on top of issues that may arrive I highly recommend Dr. Donna. Know that she does respond quickly and that's because she cares. 5+ 🌟

I’ve been bringing my pets for some time now. I love Dr. Donna and Mark. They’re so kind and helpful. I love how small and homey it feels. I can tell Dr. Donna loves animals and really cares about her patients. My babies have allergies and other issues and I’m always using their App to communicate and order. I love it because it’s so easy and she gets back to me right away, hours has changed since Covid but they do a lot to accommodate everyone and to me I truly appreciate their time and help.

Dr. Donna and Mark showed the utmost respect and compassion during the last moments of Cosmo’s life. He was so very sick. They explained everything going on with him and thoughtfully assisted in helping me make the right decisions. They allowed me time with my precious cat as if we were their only patient. He truly had a warm, calm and peaceful passing with those who loved him comforting him. We are so grateful for their gentle manner with Cosmo. I cannot sing their praises enough. šŸ¾ā¤ļø

Giving 5 stars because Dr. Greybeck takes good care of our pet and that’s what’s most important. I see a lot of people complaining about her husband who answers the phones and handles intake/discharge of pet. My 1st time interaction with him I thought he was slightly rude, but after additional visits and interactions I realized he is a nice guy who just lacks ā€œpeopleā€ and ā€œcustomer serviceā€ skills. For us, when choosing a vet the most important factor is how well they take care of our pet, and that’s why I’m giving them five stars.

Dr Donna and Mark have taken excellent care of my pets for years. As happens in any doctors office, sometimes there is a little wait but I’ve have never waited an unreasonable amount of time. It’s a small office offering personal care and the phones cannot always be answered at the time of the call because they are attending to clients which is the number one priority. I think the criticisms of Mark are way too harsh and he is kind and gentle with the animals. Dr Donna doesn't try to inflate costs or over prescribe and I have pets who need lots of care, attention and medications. I like them and I like this office.

The staff were all very friendly on phone as well as when I walked in. They treated me very nice as well as my Dog ginger. Dr. Donna was very friendly as she greeted me for the first time and answered all my questions promptly. She made me feel so good to get my new puppy as well as making me feel comfortable having a new dog again. When I was leaving the receptionist made feel as if I was part of a new family with my ginger. The staff earlier took a photo of myself and ginger and explained to me that it would go up on a new puppy poster in their waiting room in a few weeks. That really was a nice touch to make us feel welcome here.

I've taken my dog and cats here for years. Dr. Donna is absolutely wonderful with the pets is thorough and reviews everything with me. And I've always had more than pleasant discussions with Mark at the front desk and he works with me to try to accommodate my scheduling requests. Are they super busy all the time? Sure. But if a vet always has immediate openings maybe they're not doing such a great job.

My pets have been patients here since 1991, 28 years ago, beginning with Dr. Dan, followed by Dr. Donna. The only other place I've ever taken my pets has been a 24 hour animal emergency center, during off-hours. I loved Dr. Dan and he was the absolute best role model for Dr. Donna. She inherited his intelligence, compassion, professionalism, empathy, personality, openness, and skill. She will honestly and impartially discuss options for your pet, especially when difficult decisions need to be made. She is skilled and knowledgeable, and I feel 100% confident in her as my pets' veterinarian.I work in animal welfare and fully understand the volume of animals Dr. Donna's office sees and treats on a daily basis. When your pet is is there, it receives all of her attention, despite the numbers of animals she sees in a single day. She will be thinking of your animal when she's at lunch, home for the evening, or even on vacation, and will research your pet's issues until she has every possible answer. No one who sits in that waiting room can fully comprehend the number of animals she treats, however, you need only to look at the huge amount of files right behind the reception area, to get an idea. Yet, you could pull any file out and Dr. Donna would remember that animal. When you bring your pet into a veterinary office, you have no idea what transpired right before you walked in the door, or what will happen after you leave. As long as your pet is treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism, you have made the best choice. Your pet is the patient, not you, and I believe my pets have always received the very best care available at Animal Clinic of Warren.

Dr. Donna has been caring for our family pets since her father was in practice. They saved our little dog Dash when he had mange, they were a god send. Our two new little guys Winston and Maggie love going to see her and she is the best diagnostician I know. She understands the animals, it is like she has a special way to communicate with them. Can't say enough good things.

I am honored to say that EVERY conversation that I have had with Mark has been extremely pleasant over the years. You can tell just how passionate he is for the animals that are brought in to see Dr. Donna. He always has a smile on his face, even when you have clients who are late or disrespectful. I know I couldn’t do his job and deal with people like that. It seems to me that he bond with the animals as if they were his own. Hats off to anyone who takes their job as seriously as Mark does. That’s the kind of person you want to be in charge of seeing that your fur babies are being taken care of so well. Keep smiling, Mark. It’s GREATLY appreciated.

I love Dr. Donna and Mark. Dr. Donna saved two of my dogs. My previous vet had mis-diagnosed one of them with congestive heart failure and said she had 24 hours to live . I went to Dr. Donna and she properly diagnosed her and stabilized her. 3 1/2 years later she is stronger than ever . They are a local country vet and offer personalized one on one service un-like many of the larger veterinary practices out there. They treat you like family, and they really care. Dr. Donna is extremely knowledgeable and patient. They go the extra mile to make sure your pet is healthy and safe

Dr Donna is caring beyond professional service. My cat was sick over thanksgiving and she took her into her home to watch her closely. Staff is lovely. If you are looking for a family feel for your pet this is your place.

Dr. Donna is a beyond amazing vet. Many reviews complain about the man at the front desk, but I do have to say that some are not true. The husband (Mark) puts so much into the job and cares deeply for all who walk through the door. The Animal Clinic of Warren is a great place for you to bring your pet. They are compassionate and try their best to make sure your furry little friend is ok. Highly recommend going there :)

I have been bringing my pets to the Warren Animal Clinic since they were in the old office over 20 years ago. My pets' healthcare journey began with Dr. Donna's father and I can tell you that Dr. Donna has continued her Dad's legacy of kind, compassionate and excellent care for our animals. I trust her diagnosis and treatment plans because I have always seen positive results. Mark and Mrs. Greybeck at the front desk have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful, and never fail to give a call back with the answer to any of my questions in a very timely manner. I would not bring our animals anywhere else and I recommend this clinic without reservation to anyone who is looking for a kind, compassionate, highly skilled veterinarian.

Dr Donna and Mark feel like family to us as they have cared for our 17 and 14 year old kitties since they were kittens. We are thankful for the expert care that brought our kitties through several difficult illnesses. Dr Donna and Mark continue to go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need to keep our senior kitties healthy.

The doctor is great, 5 star. The man who answers the phone, if he answers the phone, is extremely rude. Also, don't expect to have your pet brought in at the time of your appointment allow at least 15 - 20 minutes to sit in your car with your pet after your appointment time before you're called in.

I often include Dr. Greybek, Mark, Wendy and everyone at Animal Clinic of Warren in my prayers of thanks. Just knowing they are there as a resource means so much. I recently rescued a new puppy and immediately encountered a major problem. Mark was busy and about to leave for some time off. He dropped everything to help me, thus delaying his departure. He always shows up when it matters. He is always nice to me. If Mark mutters or grumbles, it Is only if he is very busy and talking to himself. I have been there and seen patient parents be very rude. I know how worried pets can make us but it is so not right to take it out on those trying to help.Dr. Donna Greybek is wonderful. My last miniature poodle was very sick every 2 or 3 months. I was up all night with her. I kept going to a different Vet. We had numerous tests done and much lab work. Much $$$ This went on for over a year. Finally one day my little dog couldn’t even stand up. She was so sick.I went to Dr. Donna. Mark gently held my sick, growling, snappy dog in his arms as Dr. Donna quickly diagnosed Addison’s disease, put my pup on meds and insisted on keeping her nearby for a few nights. That was 12 years ago. She lived to be 21 and left peacefully in February. I Love Dr. Greybek and Mark can mutter as much as he wants.

1 Star for the rude employee - Reception is rude - just tried to make an appointment. This was our family vet for 14 years and stopped going after my dog passed now wanted to come back with my new member of the family and was pretty much rudely told this isn't the place for me.5 Stars for the amazing Vet - Dr. Donna is amazing but sad to think rude people could be working for her.

So our experience is not limited and has occurred on more than one occasion. This time I felt compelled to write a review. The male who answers calls is extremely rude, he makes rude comments when you ask questions & is extremely condescending. Patient care and customer service are highly interconnected. I would never speak to someone the way me and my mom have been spoken to. We've let it go in the past because we truly do like the Vet herself. Today is the last time we call this vet for any services except to transfer records and I truly hope they read this and improve. I hope they do not make excuses as they have in the past(see every other review regarding the same person) and really take it as an opportunity to improve.

The man at the front desk, Dr. Greybeck's husband, is rude and unprofessional. Read the reviews here that speak of the same and take your beloved pets elsewhere.I cannot speak of Dr. Greybeck as I feel she has been fair but the fact that she allows her staff to treat clients this way is a reflection of the business as a whole.I should've read reviews coming here and noticed their tone of, "I'm sorry you felt we were rude to you" which is a non apology apology and is a huge red flag.

Would recommend to anyone looking for Vet in this area. You would not find more caring team than Animal Clinic of Warren. Thanks dr. Greybek And Mark for the great service.

My family has been taking our animals to see Dr. Donna for the past several years, however we will no longer be going there anymore. The receptionist/tech is extremely difficult and rude, and their booking practices are asinine. I called to make an appointment, and he asks what my availability was, and I said usually anytime after 3:30-4PM; and he said that they were all booked up for the week - which is TOTALLY understandable as its a busy time for people after work. I then proceeded to ask him what openings they had available - as I can work my work schedule around or ask someone else to take the cat to the appointment. Cue up a 5-7 minute struggle of him saying they only book based upon my availability and would not tell me which openings they had for the week. Inevitably he tells me they have no open appointments for the week -- so what was the whole point of pressing me for my availability when you were just going to tell me no anyways? I'm pretty sure he hung up on me at this point, only to call us back several minutes later and told us they had a 11:15 AM appointment available 2 days later, why was he not upfront about this? This is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time dealing with this man acting this way. Dr. Donna is a great vet but we will not be coming anymore because of him.

Greybek’s husband is so rude. And apparently the clinic refuses your appointment calls for your dying, cancer-stricken cat that’s practically your child when you owe them money. We’ve been struggling with money for a good while now and paying the clinic back is hard right now, but now a vet, who is suppose to take care of your pets, is pulling this mafia move. Once we eventually pay the clinic back, we will no longer be going back.Edit:I’d like to make a big apology to the clinic. I got a new phone and forgot to set up my voicemail. I did not know you left messages and my anxiety, paranoia and overthinking took over my head. I’m just so scared for my cat. I am truly sorry for my earlier behavior.

I want everyone to know how much of a great experience I had with the man at the front desk and the doc. They were so friendly and informative. They both listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions with such professionalism. They know exactly what they are doing and I trust them with all of my fur babies.

The man at the front counter, the vet’s husband is an absolute you know what. Completely rude and ungrateful for you spending your money at their business. I needed my dog registered as a service animal and he had an attitude and simply said no were not doing that. Which is probably illegal. And then he said as I was swiping my card ā€œwhy don’t you follow the directions on the screen why don’t you?ā€ The most rotten attitude. Spend you’re money elsewhere. These people are nasty

Mark, who answers the phones and checks in customers, is one if the biggest dbags you will come across in life. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The vet herself is nice, but Mark is very unwelcoming and rude.
