I had my brakes replaced along with tire rotation, and normal maintenance for the mileage on my car. As a former industrial arts teacher, I have a good working knowledge of cars. Petty Motorworks was a fantastic find. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You get detailed emails of everything they do. From years of also being in a service business, I have to say that from now on I will be a Petty customer, and so should you. Their prices are very fair and above all, honest.The work was done in a timely manner. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Very rarely do I walk out of an auto shop feeling confident that my best interests were put first, but that's exactly how I feel when I leave Petty Auto Works. This was the second time I went for a second opinion on a questionable repair the dealership wanted to perform, and the second time it turned out to be unnecessary. Tom and his team are experienced, honest and trustworthy, not something you find every day in the auto business.

The best service experience I have ever had. This shop goes above and beyond to serve their customers and most importantly, they are expert experienced mechanics. I had a tricky repair and they spent a good amount of time evaluating the problem and concluded that it didn't pay to make the repair and since they couldn't make the repair, they didn't charge me. After some research we found a work around and were able to fix the vehicle-yay! I would highly recommend this shop for the best expertise and service around.

Awesome crew! Called last minute to have tires installed before the snow storm. Petty Motorworks very polite service team was able to accommodate with just a few hrs left in the day. Dropped off my truck for some engine work, they did a complete check of the entire truck, bringing to my attention a few items I wasn't aware of. The work was completed in a timely manner, was reasonably priced, and they communicated before, during, and after the work was complete. Very satisfied!

Petty motorworks LLC was amazing!! I went in originally for a starter issue. All in which three other people said it was a huge job! Either they couldn't do. Petty Motors assured me it would be no problem. (Petty mechanics they never had seen such starter placed in such a hard spot but they did it!!) Petty Motors also towed my car for less then I got a quote for, they fixed the problem right away as fast as they could. They worked with my budget and was understanding about the fears I had. They not only took a look of my over all veichcle. They drove it to ensuring anyone in the veichcle were safe! With that said by doing this one other issue I had seemed to have been resolved as well 🤞🤞! The professionalism and proficiency was amazing! I was met with kindness by every employee I spoke with! As someone who isn’t as knowledgeable about cars as others, I never felt like I was being talked down to about the repairs needed for my car or that I was being upsold for things I don’t need. I was able to get an appointment quickly. My issue: front passenger tire kept losing air from a slow leak. When I arrived, they took my car in immediately and confirmed I had picked up a nail. Fortunately, it was in a spot that could be easily repaired so they saved me the cost of a brand new tire. It’s nice to work with an honest repair shop that doesn’t try to sell you what you don’t really need just to make a buck. I was in an out in of their shop in under one hour. Great experience. Had to replace valve covers and gaskets on a 2006 Infiniti G35 with 206,000 miles on it so I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Had to go back a second time and they put the car right in. No hassle and so far so good!
