We ordered cupcakes, cake pops and the cake for my Winnie the Pooh baby shower from A Sweet Memory Cake Shoppe. They were so accommodating with using honey stirrers for the cake pops and listening to all of our requests. They blew us out of the water on what they created!

A group of us scheduled an afternoon tea service and enjoyed the experience. The service, teas, sandwiches, scones a deserts were scrumptious. The table decor and bone china were an eclectic mix and the decor made for a fun shabby chic vibe. We all thought the price point was fair for the quality of the food, Rea and experience. I look forward to going again and would recommend that you give it a try.

I came to them with the butterfly design for my sisters birthday and she did an amazing job and on-top of it being beautiful, it was DELICIOUS !!Coming back a second time around for my boyfriend’s birthday. He absolutely loves Reese's peanut butter cups. So I brought the design to her and ask if she could make it taste like Reeses? Lets just say my boyfriend cut into the cake saw the beautiful layers and was speechless. It tasted exactly like a Reeses cup.So happy that I took a chance because this is my place for cakes 🎂 💜

I have been looking for months for a really good cupcake. We have a few bakeries and a few "cupcake" businesses in the area but honestly none of them were good. I decided for the first time to try this place because I seen on Facebook the ads for their opening of the new location in LBI. While I've known about the waretown location, I honestly thought it was just a place to have events or children's birthday parties. Upon going to the LBI location I was blown away with how many cupcakes they had and all the different desserts. Talking to the girls who work there, they explained to me that the waretown location was much larger and offered more than just cupcakes and desserts. She gave me a menu, which offered a t brunch which included sandwiches and soups and other finger foods. I went in literally just to buy two cupcakes and I left with six cupcakes. Four cannolis and tea. We came home and after dinner we decided it to eat the cupcakes and I have to say this is probably the best cupcake I've had in years. We decided on getting a mix of six different cupcakes and I had the one which contained Bavarian cream on the inside. It was absolutely delicious. Not so sweet that you feel ill after, but not bland or tasteless. It was truly perfection. I plan on going to the waretown location tomorrow to pick up cupcakes for my mother's birthday. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth or anyone who LOVES tea.

I have been using a sweet memory cake shoppe for our special occasions for over 4 years now. My mom lives local and we tried it out for a gender reveal cake and have since been taking the 45 minute drive to the shop for Christenings, first birthday cakes, smash cakes, cake pop and cookies. Everything they do exceeds my expectations. They always listen to everything I ask for and the cakes are delicious. Highly recommend the cookies and cream filling! I’m always excited to use them and try out a new theme for a party.

I wish it would allow me to add the picture of the cake, besides a mishap with the spelling of my sons name which thankfully it was an easy fix, I am very pleased very happy. Definitely found my new special events baker! I ordered with less then a weeks notice which thankfully they were able to squeeze in! The dinosaur cake was a hit. The cake was so delicious. Normally we hate fondant because its too sugary. But this was not the case at all. It was really good and not too sugary. All the guests were raving about it! You made a little boy and mama very happy. Thank you so much. I can't express how greatful I am! I work on the Island so maybe I will stop by more often!

A Perfectly Sweet Ending... Annemarie was wonderful to work with. She was extremely accommodating especially when we had to reschedule our date due to Covid. She took the picture of the wedding cake I wanted and made it 100% better. The cupcakes were beautiful and so yummy and so was the cake. Everything not only looked good but tasted even better. Lucky for us, A Sweet Memory is around the corner from were we live because they have gained a customer for life. I highly recommend!!

I order from here every occasion I have and I have to say everything I bring to parties is always the talk of night. I have ordered chocolate Centerpieces that are just amazing so beautiful. I have also ordered custom made cakes and when I tell you. The decorating skills are just unbelievable. The owner is such a nice woman and so Helpful when you're trying to figure out what kind of cake you want and on top of being beautiful. They are absolutely delicious. This is the only bakery I'll ever use.

This was my first time ordering with Sweet Memory and I was not disappointed. Not only is the staff incredibly sweet and nice, they have a great variety of sweets and treats! They truly brought my vision to life with my son’s 2 birthday cake. Especially with the fondant and getting it to a perfectly thin layer as I’m not a fan of thick fondant. Absolutely hands down most beautiful cake and I will for sure be recommending them to all my friends and family! Cake was a HIT at the party!

Lovely local spot, lunch was delicious and the baked good were obviously fantastic. Very friendly and efficient staff. My daughters favorite part was the giant hat rack of fanciful hats to wear while we enjoyed our luncheon. She is 2.5 but there were lots of options. She especially loved her mermaid fruit punch.

The ambience in the cake shoppe is really enticing. Sweets and treats are very attractive. Since it was our first time, we ordered 2 cupcakes to go- peanut butter cupcake and cherry cheesecake cupcake. They were both delicious and definitely coming back to try the other cakes.

My mother and I picked up a special cake today for a very special 1 year old, he has a special favorite stuffed monkey that we wanted a cake for his birthday to look exactly like. Sweet Memories did an absolute spectacular monkey cake that looked exactly like his toy!!! Ann Marie and the staff at A Sweet Memory Cake Shoppe were wonderful from the moment my mother and I stopped in for high tea and a consultation. After an amazing tea, Ann Marie helped create a wedding cake that was perfect for my beach wedding and a whole dessert bar to accompany it. Once we decided on flavors we were interested in trying, a 1/2 dozen cupcakes were made up for us to sample. Each was amazing, but we decided on s'mores and chocolate peanut butter. Ann Marie took her time to find the right sized adirondack chairs for the cake topper and customized them with details special to us. Everything was setup in a beautiful display and the guests thoroughly enjoyed the variety of decadent mini desserts. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bakery for their special event!

I generally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but taking my money and then not delivering the product is something other people should be warned about. I prepaid for an order for New Years’ Eve, and stopped by 5 different times during the pickup window, only for the shop to not be open for me to pick up the order I had already paid in advance for, even though it was when I was explicitly instructed to come to pick it up (9-2). For a company that uses social media so often, I feel like it should have been easy and taken 30 seconds to make a quick post if something came up to where a store could not open as expected so that people could make alternative plans.

wonderful experience, called for a reveal cake three days before the Easter Holiday! no problem!! We went and ordered the cake everyone came out and greeted us like family, was soo unexpected to receive that kind of service, we were so heart warmed by all the staff! The cake was beautifully decorated, deliciously moist and of course Baby blue inside! sooo exciting and wonderful the whole experience all around, friendly family like atmosphere, just wonderful!Just wanted to write another review about my sons 1st Birthday cake... perfectly done and was delicious!

First time I visited and I will be back. Girl at the front counter was so kind and patient. We had a very nice conversation while she packaged up my cupcakes, which were amazing! The quality of the cupcakes and the whimsy is so refreshing, especially in our little town, where we dont typically find those kind of shops! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love Sweet Memory Cake Shoppe and Tea Room! I’ve had my cakes for my bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding done there and let me tell you, they are the best cakes I’ve ever eaten in my life! All the baked items made there are absolutely delicious! They also have the best high tea in the game and the brunch is so yummy!!!I 100% recommend Sweet Memory!

I ordered a simple cake for my father's 80th birthday. The cake was delicious! Marble cake, moose filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. A year later, I got a red velvet birthday cake for my mother's 80th, and it was even more delicious!They also have smaller treats and fancy cupcakes. Ann Marie and her team were easy to work with, pick up was on time and everyone was helpful. Don't go anywhere else for cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats!

We enjoyed another cake made for an older boy receiving his First Holy Communion. The cake was perfect, moist, delicious and loved by everyone. Thank you Sandi, again, for creating the perfect cake for our special occasion.My husband, was very surprised and enjoyed his birthday cake. We purchased a Custom Black Forest Explosion cake; everything was fresh and moist. The cherries were delicious. The chocolate frosting and ganache toppings were to die for! The 6 inch round cake served 5 people for dinner, and we still brought half of the cake home.I had never been to A Sweet Memory Cake Shoppe before. I passed it, on Rt. 9, many times but never when I needed anything. I found them online and went there for this special cake because they were open after 4:00 pm. I am so happy that I did. The Shoppe is so adorable inside and much larger than it looks outside. It was easy to order my cake over the phone. I had to pick up the cake earlier than I anticipated, so I called, and it was no problem at all. They even gave me candles for the cake for free when I was looking for candles to purchase. The price was reasonable and well worth it.I wish I had the opportunity to take a photo of the cake; it was so beautiful! Thank you! :)11/16/17 - This is my second year going to A Sweet Memory for a special birthday cake. This year it was for my husband's 50th birthday and I wanted it to be even more special. I ordered a caramel apple strudel cake in a 9in. square shape. We loved it! It was so beautiful. I love the square shape. It was so much easier to cut into pieces for everyone. Even the staff at the restaurant had pieces; we had so much left over. Every bite, even a week later, was as great as the first! Everyone raved over the cake!!!!Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! This company did an awesome job with my husbands 40th birthday cake… but besides that the FLAVOR! I have NEVER had a cake that everyone ate. My husband is not a cake eater and he loved it! As big as this cake was we only had a small container was left over! Thank you so much it was absolutely perfect!

I had an awesome experience. The staff is very helpful and kind. I wanted an extra special cake for my sons 10th gamer theme birthday. The cake looked great and tasted delicious also. I would highly recommend and have now gone back for a more simple cake as well :) My mother and I recently visited the shop for tea and brunch. It is a lovely experience. Such a wonderful idea. Having English roots in my blood we love a nice cup of tea. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to get my cakes for special occasions there.

We have participated in many of their princess tea parties over the past year. My daughter loves seeing the princesses and the food is amazing! We just had them make my son's birthday cake and it was absolutely perfect!! They also have cake decorating for the kids. My daughter in 4 and had a blast!!
