I personally have a great experience in here, staff in the majority are nice and willing to help and some others have to much attitude, my only complaint and it’s something that every 3 weeks when I take my dog for a wash, the air it’s SO COLD and several times they run off of warm water in the self wash service, so my little one it’s shaking like crazy. Can you make it possible have the air running little bit more warm so all small dogs can get dry and warm at the same time!!! I raise this several times in the store but looks like it’s not a change and trust me I come here every 3 weeks for the past 8 months

Friendly staff! Great consumer journey from entrance to check out. The staff is helpful when needed, offers assistance with heavy bags and is always a clean environment. I go here every time for any pet supplies.

They are so awesome here & I truly value all there hard work !! They are the only local place that carry my big puppy’s brand of food, they’re always open & they’re always smiling! I was truly "WOW'ed" by the exceptional service at Pet Supplies Plus today. I am just a few days away from owning my first ever puppy - beginning a process that I am so excited for - however one that can feel overwhelming at times too. My goal is to ensure I am the best dog owner a man can be, and that my puppy is the happiest boy he can be.Prior to walking into Pet Supplies Plus, I actually stopped at a competitor. Not once did anyone offer to help me - as a matter of fact, no one even looked my way. I walked out empty handed and headed straight to Pet Supplies Plus.At Pet Supplies Plus, I had the exact opposite experience. The Assistant Manager, Rebecca, was an absolute angel and helped ensure I had everything I need to welcome my puppy into my home. She not only gave advice for what has worked in the past based on her personal experiences, but she also genuinely cared for my puppy and the amazing life that he will live. I've got all the basis covered already - from food, to treats, to a create & bedding, to cleaning supplies and toys, etc.Because of Rebecca, Pet Supplies Plus now has a customer for life. She also introduced me to Shannon and got the whole team onboard and excited to meet my puppy. I will be bringing him back next week for his first grooming experience.Thanks for making my day!

Martin has been super helpful in helping us set up and purchase new fish for our tank. He was very knowledgeable and patient and took his time with us, even when it was close to closing time. He gave us good, honest advice and we were very impressed with his customer service. John is also very kind and helpful and always goes out of his way to help us get the supplies we need. I dont understand how they work with dogs on a daily basis but can't handle a Maltese. I GOT SCAMMED $58 for a basic shower i could of done myself for $10 at a self service shower. I asked for a full service grooming and they didn't do it because my dog was being "aggressive" I've taken her to multiple groomers and they have no problem with my dog on the contrary they love her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR GROOMING SERVICE BECAUSE THEY didn't PUT THE BARE EFFORT TO EVEN COMFORT her for a better experience. Now i have to look for another groomer and pay extra cash because they overcharged me for a basic wash with no conditoner or even brushed her down. Id give negative starts to this place if i could. Unmotivated workers just waiting for their shift to be over that's all.🚮

We found this place one day when looking for self bath locations. Loved it! Friendly and helpful staff and the bath discount card is so worth it with a poodle. The prices are great compared to large chain stores.

Very disappointed a customer had an uncollared unleashed (small) dog in the store. Not every dog is open to another running up to them. I had to quickly pick my dog up. The cashier said there wasn't an in-store leashpolicy. I understand you can't control customer actions but ...what really??

My favorite pet store to shop at. The store is clean, easy to navigate and they have everything you need. And they have the cutest selection of doggy bakery items that my fur baby absolutely loves. The staff is very polite and attentive, if you have pets I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Pet Supplies to use the dog self wash. On 3/19/23 I was there with 2 dogs, the associate and manager were rude and difficult to deal with because they refused to give me more towels to use for drying my dogs. They have a new rule, 5 towels for drying dog. I had to argue that I had 2 dogs so I need more than 5 towels.After waiting for a while to speak to the manager, he refused as well.Bottom line, don’t sell dog self washes if you don’t have towels to use or advertise, Bring your own towels! I will not go back!And you shouldn’t go either..

This store is very dirty and has a bad smell to it. Especially the pet wash area.*^ Response to owner. I already sent a message to pet supply plus yesterday 5/31. I was told the store is an independently owned franchise and that they would reach out to the owner to relay this information. My contact info was submitted if you have any questions.

Im so disappointed in PSP as I usually have pleasant experiences here. Called to ask and see if I could pick up an online order almost an hour after I placed it since I was in the area and was spoken to rudely by the associate I spoke to on the phone, got transferred to random departments in the store, and the associate that brought the order outside was plain nasty. Awful customer service.

Great variety, good sales, if you have an online account you get a coupon for $5 off for every 1000 points, and theres plenty of ways to get points.Employees are always really nice and helpful, and they partnered with a rescue so you can either donate cash, or if you're worried 100% doesn't go to the animals, you can also donate food, litter, toys, flea n tick supplies, or clothes. It's a great idea to help a rescue get much needed supplies.edit: 10/12/22I just took my dog for grooming. He had an appointment with Pat, who was just amazing. My dog Carmine is the sweetest dog ever....until he has to get he claws trimmed. Literally turns into satan when anyone touches his nails. I've been to countless groomers, several requested we do go back, also a few vets. Not 1 of them were able to trim all his nails and every vet suggested I put him under so they can do his nails. He's a senior English and Old Bulldog mix.....they don't always do well under anesthesia.Pat clipped every one of his claws, even though he was snarling and tried to bite her several times, she didn't give up on him. I can't thank her enough, and I highly recommend to take your dog to her to be groomed.

I came to buy fish the other morning, and the girl was extremely rude to me. The tanks also looked filthy, definitely won’t be purchasing fish from here.I recommend they start hiring people with better customer service skills/work ethic.
