Can never get my prescriptions for days after the Doctor submits a script or it's a refill. I am still waiting for a new prescription to be filled. I received an email stating it was back ordered, so I called and asked when do you expect it in and was told tomorrow. I called the next day and was told they were putting in the order!!My son is on a med that is not something many take. Recently, I have been getting 5 pills then a week or so later, the remaining pills. Last time, it was 9 days. Because there is a withdrawal factor with this med. I had to give him cough syrup that has the same active ingredient!

LAILA SALARI is the devil in person. The most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. I went to the pharmacy 30 minutes before they closed with my crying daughter in pain cause she needed antibiotics. She did not want to service us saying they close at 9:00 pm. What a HORRIBLE person. Absolute horrible person with no compassion whatsoever. A person like this should not be dealing with customers she is the devil in person.

They will fill your script when they are damn ready to do it. Who cares if your kid is sick at home with RSV. Be prepared to harass them to fill even the most basic prescription. Looking for a local pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. Ever try calling them? Either on hold forever, or on hold and then they pick up the phone and hang up. Place sucks.

I have had a terrible experience at their pharmacy with their Lead Pharmacist treating me like a drug addict/abuser. I had just come out of surgery that day with surgical dressing still on and visible. The prescription notes clearly stating that it was from a surgical center and the Lead Pharmacist initially refused to fill my medication because I opted to pay cash when my insurance would only cover a partial fill.I was lied to by being told I was not allowed to pay cash, then lied to again when they said that they can refuse to fill my prescription. It is my understanding under New Jersey state law that the pharmacy has a duty to fill lawful prescriptions under NJ Section 45:14-7.1.I was lucky enough to have a Surgeon and Pain Management Specialist who was willing to take time out of their very busy day to talk to the Lead Pharmacist over the phone.In the end I got my medications, but at what cost? Being looked at like a dug addict?I was extremely close to taking their NPI number and reporting them to the Board of Pharmacy, but I ended up accepting their apology.Regardless, this was a terrible experience as a customer who they decided to ignore their duty to do no harm.

The reviews do not exaggerate; this is consistently the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Be prepared to call multiple times in order to make sure they’re actually filling your script. They tend to tell you it’s an hour wait and regardless of what time you show up they’ll ask for just “15 more minutes” to then actually fill it

They lie....point blank. The tech said they didn't have a basic antibiotic in stock instead of doing the work to initiate a prior authorization with the MD and the insurance to get a prescription covered and filled. They sent me to Walgreen Wyckoff to do all the tedious tasks of actually meeting basic patient needs. Please do not go to this pharmacy if you need any medications. Save yourself the trouble and just go straight to Wyckoff instead.

They don’t give you a physical receipt, never send the electronic receipt (have had the email checked at the store multiple times) then when you have to return something you can’t just use the same credit card you need a receipt. And you get stuck with it. Nice racket they got going.

The pharmacy here is horrible. There is one girl in particular who is really nasty all the time. Never in a good mood and always seems annoyed. Now while I understand everyone has good days and bad days this has been every single time I have encountered her. I go there out of convenience, but it has become so inconvenient because of their attitudes that I actually will be switching pharmacies. If I could’ve given a negative review on the pharmacy I would. However, the store and the staff within in the store is great.

Your staff is terrible. I’m better off finding something with a blindfold than to ask the staff where something is. I asked where a pencil sharpener was and I was directed to magnets and before I could tell the man working there that it was magnets he had walked away. Do better finding staff please this is outrageous.

Pretty good Walgreens. The issues I have had here we're using the FedEx pickup and the pharmacy. The FedEx pickup did not go smoothly mainly because the girl seemed to not be trained in how to use the system. One guy at the pharmacy was very bothered and basically refused to refill my prescription that I had at a C.V.S store. I understand it may be a pain to transfer the prescription but to flat out give attitude and basically refuse is not the correct approach in dealing with customers. Otherwise, the shelves are stocked.

It’s a Walgreens.It’s open 24 hours a day!It was open in New Years Day and I needed some essentials and meds. Perfect at midnight when everything else is closed.Well lit. Could be cleaner, but it’s new. Plenty of safe parking, drive thru pharmacy (I’ve never used it and wasn’t sure if it was open at night), but I just needed OTC.Cashier didn’t smile but who smiles at midnight hahaha. There’s also a 7-11 kitty corner from this Walgreens, tucked away in a parking lot right there and that’s convenient as well.If they did COVID testing 24 hours a day, that would be awesome. But I do recommend one more staff person on the floor even for 3rd shift.

Horrible experience! Very racist staff! This pharmacist, Kerolous Sharkaur, asked me to show ID to have my Father's prescription filled, called me a drug addict, and threatened to call the District Attorney on me. He yelled at me in front of other customer's and announced on the store's PA system that he needed help ejecting me from the store. Finally his supervisor came and called the doctor that had just issued the prescription to my Father and verified that it was legitimate. No apology for the racist treatment or slanderous words, but I was given the excuse that he previously worked in black neighborhoods where he was constantly dealing with drug addicts. Her comment only added insult to injury, and I observed that no other customer, they happened to be all white, were asked to show ID to fill their narcotic prescriptions. They even made a copy of my ID. There was no posted policy of this so called requirement because its only required of black people. This is one of many racist incidents the Walgreens chain has had to answer to, (Judge OKs Walgreen's $24M Settlement Of Bias Case, Dickerson v. Walgreen Co, and the list goes on). They spend a lot of money protecting their employees racist actions. My complaint to their corporate offices went unanswered, demonstrating that they only care about the money that they make off of their customers and do not care about the way their customers of color are treated. I was visibly shaken and humiliated by the experience. I will never step foot in another Walgreens again. Shame on them!

Pharm manager Asma Ali gave the worst customer service today. Went to drive thru asked for visine and refused to sell it to me. Told me to leave the window. I called the CEOs office and they were appauled by her actions and reprehended her. CEOs office said she should have offered for a clerk to bring me item in parking lot. And not refuse me in the drive thru. Awful human being. Awful CS. Awful. And she’s a manager. When I asked for store manager, she refused to bring him to me. Control freak! Buyer stay clear of this Walgreens.

Walgreens pharmacy in Waldwick NJ is very efficient and most accommodating. Everyone has always been very helpful but one employee really stands out among the rest. I would like to thank Asma for her tremendous help with getting my mother's prescriptions on time and really fighting with the insurance company on our behalf. I would give her a ten star if I could. Asma if you get to read this I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for caring about your customers and our needs.

the best little mini mart in town it's quick for snacks and drinks if you need them and they have cards and toys for birthday's and holidays. the staff are very nice and they are super helpful. it's in the perfect location waldwick nj a safe town for all people. give these guys a big thank you and give them a shoutout. walgreens rocks.

This is by FAR , the worst pharmacy EVER . I worked in the medical field 25+ years and they have almost killed me with prescriptions in the past . The new Pharmacist Julie has a very flippant attitude despite the fact that she has mis written 2/2 Prescriptions in two Days ...you need to be your own advocate if you are dealing with this pharmacy #Walgreens
