Ordered online and could not get product. It was on the shelf and the manager said the computer system was down and he could not do anything. I showed them the order in print and on my phone. Would not change his mind. When home disputed the charge and then cancelled the order. Never use them again.

Absolutely the best pharmacist EVER, Zoltan is extremely knowledgeable about everything!! I trust him with everything!! I have moved away and still call him when I want an opinion about medication etc.He is the best!!

The worst pharmacy. I called twice during the week to find out the status of my prescription which I know has to be ordered. I was told twice that my prescription would be ordered etc and to just call back for follow up. Called today and now I’m told my prescription doesn’t exist. I understand things happen but 2 different phone calls on 2 different days and now this. It’s not big deal to get the provider to reorder it. To wait another week for the prescription to be sent and ordered.

ONCE and ONLY bad experience was encountering an employee named Silvia, an older lady with black hair and glasses. She was difficult, and rude and said “omg” to show annoyance with me, meanwhile taking a returning customer she knows with drastically a nicer attitude. I understand everyone has a different connection with each other, but she lacks basic professional etiquette which is huge different from other employees here..

This Rite Aid is a nice place to do business in. As far as pharmacy goes, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Their facility for getting vaccinations is comfortable and well thought out. As for the rest of the store, it has a warm feel to it, is always immaculately clean and well stocked. At holiday time they always have an abundance of decorations and holiday related items. A nice place to shop.

Absolutely abhorrent and deceitful. I used a Good RX coupon for medication and was charged $17 more. They cited they went through Good RX too, but the pharmacist confirmed they have to charge more for the medication to cover their own costs. Good RX confirmed the price but they wouldn't issue a refund for the differnece. Will never use this shady pharmacy again.

You need to get past the ugly cracked parking lot to see the beauty of the inside of this location. Especially for Valentine's day. The aisle was beautifully setup.Besides that, the store is very well organized and has plenty of walking or rolling room. One of the few locations that has clear space for wheelchairs. But once again that parking lot is terrible and needs to be replaced.#riteaid #parkinglot #beautifuldecor

Went to fill Rx which had just been electronically sent from MD. They said wait, we will do it right now. They checked to see which coupon would save me the most...very pleasant staff... couldn't ask for faster service...even during these crazy times. Thanks

I LOVE this Rite Aid. The layout is perfect - space is just the right size so it's not over or underwhelming. Stock on everything, so far for me.... The staff?? ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nasty pharmacist! She kept mispronouncing my name. I corrected her three times and then she started mocking me. She started to get yell, throw her arms around. She started screaming in the store all because I corrected her on my name. Just because your are a pharmacist doesn't mean you treat people like that. She needs help.

FANTASITC PARMACISTS! clean store and Covid - reducing measures in place! Zoltan is far an away the best pharmacist I have had ever had. Flu shot - so painless took four mins for paperwork and one for the shot. The pharmacy dept deserves a raise!!

I am not from the town of waldick but coming into the rite aid is like stepping back in time to the 40s and 50s and as brown man believe i had my encounters with rasicst and fake rich ppl trying to feel superior but the worst thing in the store is the pharmacy staff os backwards and fake

I went here with my friends and we got kicked out for no reason and lately a bunch of kids have gotten kicked of the store when they have went there with there friends and they never did a thing wrong. It was really unfair.
