I purchased a new Weber grill, the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great model. The grill was delivered a few days later, delivery was right on time and the guys were very polite and professional. They gave me some great advice on how to prep the grill for use and how to safely store my propane tanks. I highly recommend this hardware store!

We sometimes shop here to get ideas of what our next project should be at our home. It's the perfect sized store, has about everything you need, not overwhelming and great prices.The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We rather shop here than the bigger stores and Amazon. You don't have to walk around for 15 minutes to find an employee for help or waste an hour trying to find research that fits exactly what you are trying to do. It's the questions/ideas that you can bounce off people that make the world of a difference for the DIY’ers. I appreciate this business and recommend.

This is a great local hardware store that has almost everything you need for indoor and outdoor projects. Their staff has always been helpful, especially with loading things into your car. They have never given me a hard time about helping me with gravel and even stopped to talk about cars.

The owner was not nice and pushy & I can't help but think it's bc I'm a woman-esp a WOC. My whyt partner had better expcs here obviously. The town is like 90% of them so no surprise there. I just needed to get something quick and made the mistake of stopping here 😬

Home Hardware is my “go to” place for anything repair related or for home upkeep. I have never gone into this store and not found what I was looking for. It easily beats trudging over to Home Depot or Lowes and the prices are comparable if not less. Staff is always helpful too. Home Hardware also has that “old time” feel. If you’re older, like me, this place will remind you of how hardware stores were when you were a kid.

Customer service is non-existent - just unbelievable rudeness. I interacted with a man working in the store, who refused to answer my question, and rudely asked me to go stand in the cashier line. Ok. At the cashier counter, another gray-haired man, at the very mention of a competitor big-box store, asked me to just go there. When I explained I needed some service (cut to size and drill holes) that might be unavailable at a do-it-yourself big-box retailer, he just took my broken equipment and said he will call tomorrow with a price. No receipt. When I asked for a receipt, Ron, another man at the counter, said I should not have come 15 min before closing time. There were at least 5 people in the line behind me then. So I asked Ron whether he is going to tell the same thing to those 5 people. And finally, while I was leaving, a woman at the counter gasped her displeasure! Such unbelievable rudeness! Who would even go to this store. Next time, should definitely go to another hardware store. I am also stunned by the ratings for this store - those seem entirely rigged. My experience was awful. Now I hope to just pick up my equipment after that store opens again. Dreading to deal with those same rude and unhelpful people. I would like to talk to the owner and ask him, how this is even acceptable when I am trying to shop locally. Sigh..

Ive bought 2 grills from these guys one for my father for fathers day a few years ago and one just recently for my first home. Everyone here is super knowledgeable and helpful both times got a great price on weber grills they even assembled and delivered.As a new resident in town i know ill find myself frequently on the weekends way more pleasant than shop[ping at one of those big box stores

Home Hardware is the best... for all the right reasons. They keep more of my dollars in the community. Everyone in that store gets an A+ for customer service. They always have what I need, and even know where it is. And the time I save avoiding traffic and lines at the bigger stores is worth much more than the pennies I'd save.

Came here for a propane refill which is a simple process of paying at the counter and then taking the propane tank to the refill station behind the store. Otherwise, this is a very nice hardware store with knowledgeable employees if you have questions about the right tools or parts for a project. They have an extensive number of products and a friendly staff. Definitely recommended if you are tired of the big box stores.

I have been a regular customer here for many years. It's run by mature responsible intelligent men, that know the store inside and out and they truly WANT to help you. They make smart and sound recommendations for any problem(s) you may have. They keep plenty of employees at the front counter to maintain a great checkout experience for their customers. They keep an accurate inventory so they are rarely out of anything you want. (Can you say this about "home centers"? - NO !!!!) I think most prices are competitive and if I'm paying 5-10% more, I don't care - I'm very happy and content to give them my business and watch them thrive !!

Tried to buy a replacement shower kbob, knowing it wouldn't be possible to get the exact one as there is no manufacturer name on the current knob.Asked for the type of knob that would be able to pull out and turn, as opposed to only turning.Stated SEVERAL times that I understood that there was no guarantee to get the correct one without knowing who it should be, but that I was just trying to get something better than what is currently in place.The clerk seemed more interested in telling me I was wrong than in listening to what I was asking.This will be the last time I shop at this store. Trying to help local businesses, rather than large chains, especially these days, should not be so difficult.

Good stock and helpful kind staff. Needed to pick up a bunch of plumbing supplies, some basic tools, silicone, etc. Found what we needed in 5 minutes and came out way less than Home Depot would have been. Thanks for the help!

One of the few remaining "Mom and Pop" places that will get you everything you need. A favorite for contractors and local dad's/homeowners. They've even made a customzed replacement post/washer/valve for an unusual faucet in one of my bathrooms in about 10 minutes on the fly for me. Very well staffed, very busy place, only high quality merchandise and even open on Sundays!

These very helpful folks have always had everything I have ever needed. Whether it was a desperate need for small pieces of sheetrock on a Sunday, to window glass, to insect screens , spray hoses to the tiniest of set screws , they have it all. Full of friendly, helpful advice as well. Try them before you venture down to the God awful mega hardware stores. You won't be sorry.

Great local place that has friendly and helpful staff. They also have a great inventory of Weber grills, and deep in the Covid Quarantine, they had the one grill that most other Weber dealers didn't have that I needed to replace my old dead grill!

This place is amazing for both merchandise and great service. Totally beats the big box stores in every way. We go there for everything from nails and bulbs to a gas grille etc etc.etc I was "blown away," though, by being able to find a replacement for the percolator top for a VERY old Farberware coffee pot which is still great but was unusable with the broken top. Sent for tops on line and nothing fit/worked. Figured would never be able to use it anymore. A friend saw the coffee pot and suggested I go to Home Hardware. Had not thought of it! I did and was shocked (and totally happy) to find they had just what I needed! A truly amazing place for whatever you may need (and also what can no longer find in big box stores and on line). Do not know what we would do without this store in many ways!

Excellent 1st time experience. My new go to hardware for immediate personalized service. This place has close to everything you need. It beats wandering around and walking for blocks in a Home Depot looking forever for someone to help you.

ive been coming for years. Their product sourcing ability will astound you. They've got big business connections with small business personality. Walking around Its like someone filtered all the nonsense out of a home depot and kept all the stuff people use. You really need to check it out.

I have been to Home Hardware several times in the last 6 months. Mostly for small things, a snow shovel and salt, garbage can, copies of keys, wall anchors and additional hardware, etc...Every time I need something the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always seem to know their stuff, and aren't looking to nickel and dime you.Most recently I *thought* I needed a fitting/adapter for a natural gas hookup for my outdoor grill. I brought in the hose I had, spoke with one of employees, and he said that he didn't think I needed anything and that I probably had 'X' (which he showed me an example of) and just needed to do 'Y' and didn't try to sell me on any other solutions that I wouldn't have needed. I said what should I do if that didn't work, and he said 'take some pictures of what you have at home, come back in, and we will figure it out.' He was 100% correct that I didn't actually need anything and with the info he gave me I was able to get everything working.Will definitely continue to shop their for my hardware needs

Prices are higher and wasn’t pleased with the attitude of the staff member I was asking for help. Rather cranky...could have went to a big box store if I wanted an attitude.
