They refused to return my colorshift spray paint that when I only used it one time and put the cap back on it started spraying out till it emptIed out completely as though can see in the video with the lamp shades it was only able to do one before it started spraying out all over the place which was crazy expensive too 13 dollars for spray paint one can just one! For it to do that I was shocked. For Walmart not too take it and refund it not give me a new one was crazy I had my receipt and they said "no can't, you have to bring it to the Walmart you got it from. Our inventory will be short", WHAT!? IVE NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE. NOT TO MENTION THEY FLOWED US ALL AROUND THE STORE LIKE CRIMINALS. AND HELD UP THIS WHOLE LINE THINKING THAT THEY WERE GONNA CATCH MY FRIEND STEALING!! WHEN WE HAD RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING. ITS A SHAME MAN. Also that blanket which mug cats love.

I do Walmart Shoppes from home with delivery. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service you pay a yearly amount I believe of $99. You can order every day of the week for delivery with no extra charge except for a tip If you want to pay $5 more your order will come in three hours or less, this service has been a lifesaver, especially during holidays. When you’re always forget if some thing. Everything comes fresh and to order and if you have to make a substitute, they will let you know beforehand. The drivers are quick and efficient. Leave your packages on your step and let you know when they arrive.

Had a pickup 9am they gave used electronic item had to return did not notice till I got home after work at 8pm drove back to this Walmart the electronic Walmart coach wouldn't match the price for pickup item wasted my time they wanted me to reorder the item again and come pick it up in the morning to get the same price.. way to go for Walmart+ member

Don't recommend order pick up they take forever and it would be faster to just go inside. Plus, they bring out orders randomly even if you resrved a time for pick up.

I usually do my shopping here early in the morning several times a week and I have to say the employees are so awesome. The lady who greets is such a sweetheart and the lady who works the self checkout section is a sweetheart as well with so much patience. There is another gentleman who helped me in the garden section find charcoal who had such a great personality. I wish I had gotten all their names but they really do make my visit to this store very pleasant.

The lack of respect this store has for it's customers is just unacceptable. This is the second order in a month that I have had an issue with receiving my food. I placed an online order they took one hundred-twelve dollars from my account for an online order that I paid to have delivered to my home between the hours of two and three this afternoon. Well, I arrive home from work and my groceries are not here. I immediately check the app and see that it says order delayed. I have the customer service line contact me back. I was connected with a lady named Daliah, she spoke with an accent and was very dismissive of the issue. I voiced my concerns in regards to my previous order that I placed on April 5, 2024. The bill was over two-hundered dollars. I paid for "EXPRESS" shipping,which meant my groceries should have been at my door within the hour. I had to keep calling the app help center to get updated about my order. I finally received my order in the middle of the afternoon. I needed the food that morning for dinner prep and due to company error I the customer had to just get an apology and the good old let's just waive the delivery fee. TODAY TAKES THE CAKE...I ORDER GROCERIES AROUND 10 AM THIS MORNING. WALMART IN VINELAND NJ, ON DELSEY DRIVE TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER DELIVERED MY PRODUCT. ANGER IS AN UNDERSTATMENT. IT'S AFTER NINE IN THE EVENING AND MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET I PAID FOR DELIVERY. I PAID FOR MY GROCERIES. WHEN DALIAH WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL I CALLED THE STORE SPOKE WITH CHRIS THE MANAGER AND I WAS INFORMED THAT MY ORDER STATED IT WAS RETURNED YET HE COULD NOT LOCATE IT. I WAS ASKED TO CALL BACK IN AN HOUR AS THEY HAD TO RESHOP MY ITEMS AND TRY TO FIND SOMEONE TO DELIVER THEM.I CALLED BACK AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER, SO I HUNG UP AND I CALL AGAIN, STILL NO ANSWER, I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY PICKED UP THE LINE AND HUNG UP. NOW IM FURIOUS IT'S AFTER NINE I WANT MY GROCERIES THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO BE HERE AT TWO THIS AFTERNOON. SO I CALL AGAIN THEY PICKED UP AND PUT ME ON HOLD. NOT ONE TIME DID ANYONE SAY THANK YOU FOR CALLING WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS (NAME), HOW MAY I ASSIST YOU. NO YOU ALLOWED A PAYING CUSTOMER TO BE IGNORED NUMEROUS TIMES. SAD THING IS MY SON JUST FOUND MY GROCERIES WHICH CLEARY ON MY REQUEST STATES THAT SOMEONE SIGNS FOR THE ORDER. MY FOOD WAS LEFT OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND IN THE RAIN. THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT. THE LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I PRAY YOUR CORPORATE MANAGERS SEE THIS BECAUSE YOU ALL NEED TO BE RETRAINED. IF I WAS QA YOU FAILED IF I WERE A MYSTERY SHOPPER YOU FAILED. THE SAME GOES FOR THE APP ASSISTANT, YOU FAILED TO MEET MY STANDARDS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. The self checkout line can be somewhat long sometimes. They have a nice clearance aisle but a lot of the staff seems unknowledgeable about certain areas or products. It's big. it's clean. It has a lot of stuff to buy just like every other walmart.

The absolute WORST delivery service I’ve ever seen. I have placed several online orders and I can say that at least 1/2 of these orders have been delivered to the wrong address, on the completely wrong street. When ordering groceries, these drivers get it right but when ordering merchandise, forget it. At least 1/2 the time, I’m having to either hunt down our items, or calling customer service for refunds. It’s really not that hard to follow a GPS!

Online ordering review: my last 2 orders from this store have been horrible! The first order of 20 items 6 were apparently unavailable. I have never had that many. The 2nd today, I purposely placed for 1 item. I added a bunch of other items. The shopper sends substitute. I reach out by chat, tell Glenn I don’t want that flavor, but to please bring regular size & flavor any brand. He says fine, no problem. Delivery arrives, everything but the OG item I need! So no more online shopping for me from this store. I will take my business somewhere else.

This Walmart goes over and beyond for customers. They put people in special needs first and help them.The people here are friendly and kind. The store is in great shape you don’t see things out of place and thrown around. I like coming here. It’s far for me but it’s worth the travel because you get treated with respect.

It's walmart. You have your usual walmart stereotypes, but at least there's not a massive amount of homeless begging for change. It has a Subway and an Auntie Anne's towards the entrance. It's clean enough for a walmart and not overly-crowded.

DO NOT order express delivery online. This place is wild. I had the same car with Kentucky plates show up as 4 different names. Walmart is clearly not checking that their drivers line up with their accounts. They have literally no idea who is actually showing up to your house. INSANE!!!!!!!

This place is great! Everything I ever need is there and at a reasonable price. I had the experience of ordering a toy for my grandson online and it came damaged, so we went to our Walmart and the customer service not only had our money refunded to our card but they were so nice and friendly. We visit our favorite store at least 2 or 3 times a week for everything from milk to car batteries! It's a clean and friendly place to grocery shop, Christmas shop and get your prescription filled!

The employee told me the weren’t open until 10am and yet she was helping someone else and she was so rude with an attitude and everything. She was clearly not trying to help me and I thought customers service was all about helping the customer.!

Walmart carries most ofDr. Teals personal care products, including the Lemon Balm body wash!I was looking all over for it, and jimminy crickets; there it was, at Walmart.I found the largest selection at the Millville Walmart location.Peace ☮️.Also, they have a good selection of Dr Teal's body oil for dry skin.I use the Eucalyptus body oil to soothe my dry skin during the colder, dryer, winter months.Peace.

Don't order nothing at Wal-Mart in Vineland. This is not the first time they mess up my order.Before I give a POSITIVE REVIEWS, but since they doesn't do right I want to tell my story.On 2021 I order a laptop and order stuff my order got stolen. Now all the time my products are missing or the order never got in time. Like yesterday November 5, 2023 my order never get to my house then they say my order supposed to got here today November 6 wich I ended canceled because my order has to be no more late than 9 Am.MY RECOMMENDATION BECAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDERED AT WAL-MART

This is your standard Walmart Super Center, though I find this one to be more on the messy side.I ran over a soda bottle pulling into a parking spot. All of the trash cans in the parking lot were overflowing. The store was quite messy, but they were also in the middle of seasonal transitions through out.They have a sample kiosk in the produce department, be sure to have your Walmart app ready.

Out of stock of many specials. Very few employees to ask for help. Too many self checkout registers broken. Why have a door greeter/cart checker when people are just told thank you n leave n they don't really check the big items? ( saw a lady leave w 2 large bags of dog food on bottom of cart, never pd for in self checkout n left store thru the cart checker! Wasted expense that I HAVE TO COVER IN I CREASED COSTS, for the employee wages AND the stolen merchandise

I hardly visit Wal-Mart. The staff in Vineland don't care, at least half of them. One cashier had an attitude with every single person in her line. I left the store then called the manager. I go like their garden center of nothing else. They have great deals on flowers and plants.

Very nice store! Also clean and organized. The employees, or at least the ones I encountered were very helpful and directed me to where I would find my item. Nothing negative to report. And, also, I like the the idea of having the grocery area conveniently located right in the store. This is helpful in that there's no need to make an additional stop at a grocery store.

Bought a brand new bike today from Walmart...My only issue is why do they leave them outside in the inclement weather??? Some of the chrome covered parts had began to rust...A little TLC and elbow grease corrected the problem. However, should I have to do this for a brand new bike🤷🏾‍♂️🤔
