Dr called my script in at 1:30 I arrive at 4:45 they tell me it’s not ready. I waited 20 more mins to be told it’s gonna be another 15 mins. I’m noticing they are telling their customer the same thing, come back like drive thru and the inside people are being told the same thing. Rite Aid for know on walgreens is trash.

The pharmacy staff here are flat-out RUDE. The woman hung up on me. I didn't even know the call was over. She hung up on me after she said the prescription would be ready tomorrow. I said thank you to silence. I didn't call back to find out what time. They should teach professionalism, manners, and class at pharmacy tech schools.

🗑🗑🚮 This pharmacy has gone into the trash can over the last few years. Don't get me wrong, I have had an annoying time or 2 in the last 10+ years, but I have NEVER been spoken to the way that I was recently by a pharmaceutical staff member in my life. I have been a loyal customer through their consistently long, 40-minute line of 2 cars at the drive-thru window (Psssst- if it's not ready, ask them to pull back around). I've stayed loyal during their short staff, short BIRTH CONTROL medication, and their ridiculously short hours. I expect to be given the same amount of human decency that has been extended to them. The staff here are atrocious & have been for a while. I was even turned away for a Covid vaccine!!! 💉 I had an appointment & qualified for as high risk but the woman behind the counter didn't think I needed it!! It's an atrocity to think that these pharmacists are acting as Dr's, picking & choosing who gets what vaccine or medication. Their job is to fill what the Dr states, with a smile. They should learn how to do their job.

Had a great experience at Walgreens pharmacy today. I called every pharmacy in the area looking for a prescription that there's a shortage of and had the pleasure of speaking to Lisa in the pharmacy department. She was so pleasant and so helpful. She even helped me with another issue I was having and recommended the correct medication to resolve my issue. Definitely coming to Walgreens from now on!

I have had my experiences with some chaotic pharmacies in the past, but this pharmacy has some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. I usually go through the drive thru window because of having physical disabilities, to which I’m usually waiting a good 20-30 minutes. My scripts are never getting filled after my doctors send them in, and I usually wait about a day before going just so it gives them enough time. Not to mention I have automatic refills on all of my updated medications and they also never get refilled.There are maybe 2 staff members that I’ve seen hustle both not only the drive thru window, but also the counter on a busy day with about 6+ people waiting in line on both ends, while I can see other staff standing around talking and on their phones. Half of the young girls that I talk to have no customer service or manners. This morning I went to the pharmacy at 9:00-9:30 after my script was sent in by my doctor at 11:00 am the day before. It was fairly urgent considering I have a kidney infection and I’m belted over in pain. Again I give them a day because that’s how untimely they are. The staff member never said good morning and didn’t ask me why I was even there. She just stared at me while holding the phone as I had seemed to interrupt a conversation between her and some guy at the counter. I told her I was there for a script and she said she needed my insurance card.Mind you I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a year now, so I had asked her if there was an issue with the script or if my insurance didn’t cover the script. She never said anything, and I said I didn’t have it on me. She said well she needed the ID number to have it filled. Again, makes no sense. I asked well was my insurance information wiped out of the system or something? She said “probably”. So she said I could call back in with the ID number or bring it back. I said I’d call back with it. I’m still confused as to why nobody from the pharmacy has called me or notified me that they needed this information because again, it was sent in 11:00 am the day before.I went home and tried to call back and they kept putting me on hold, they wouldn’t answer my call. After 20 minutes I heard someone finally pick up and it was the same girl from the window laughing and talking to what sounded like some guy, and probably the same one from the counter when I was there. I have been more than patient with the staff here and their ridiculous unethical behavior. I don’t know why they think it’s funny to take people’s medication as a joke or have no communication skills with the general public about their insurance + prescriptions. I called after they hung up on me and switched everything over to the rite aid across the street.

Customer service well Michelle has very little. I walk in with 5 mins til they close. Just to load my cashapp and she says I need my ID so I go to my car and get it, leaving my phone inside. I find my ID and turn around and Michelle is walking my phone out to me and says they are closing. I have worked in retail and sales most my life and the fact that I wasn’t extended a minute after they close to simply load my cashapp is unacceptable. I will be calling management and corporate about this.

Bad customer service! My prescription was called in at eight on a Saturday morning Walgreens pharmacy doesn’t open till nine my prescription wasn’t filled to 10 but I own hair salon so I had to be at work by 11 so I had to leave I left work early to try to make it to the pharmacy by six I was running late due to traffic and I called the pharmacy to ask if they can wait 10 minutes cause I really need i medicine because I suffer from migraines when I don’t take it that’s why my doctor called in on a Saturday. I was very sincere to the pharmacist and asked if she could wait 10 minutes and she said she had to pick up her dog and she had a life and the pharmacy closes at six not my problem. I asked to speak to the manager the manager michele said the same thing my pharmacist has a life I said I’m 10 minutes away and I really need do you have my prescription she said I should have somebody come and get it for me during the day but I don’t have anybody during the day to come and get it for me I was at work as well I work in the customer service industry and sometimes if a client has a problem I’ll wait the extra 10 minutes because that’s what you do for a good customer service I don’t believe a pharmacist said she had a life.This is medication And if you chose that career there’s sometimes in your life you may have to wait five or 10 minutes for someone I actually drove all way to the pharmacy to see exactly what time I would pull in the parking lot and I told him exactly 610. Then I try to call the manager back to speak to her and she would pick up the phone this Is the worst customer service ever. I don’t believe someone said they had to pick up their dog at a daycare and couldn’t wait 10 minutes I’m sure the daycare would’ve waited an extra 10 minutes due to the circumstances it took one phone call as it took me one phone call to call them. But the pharmacist had a life. it’s not like it happens every day.I work an hour and 10 minutes away from Walgreens I even called earlier in the day to see if they can transfer the prescription to a Walgreens near my work but they couldn’t do that either. . I don’t believe I was treated like that. I run a business myself and I have a life too but sometimes people do run behind and you try to help out that individual because that’s what the customer service is especially when they tell you they’re driving an hour and 15 minutes To get to you, and I was pulled over for going in and out of lanes to get there faster I explain to them and still they did not care

Wish I could give -0 for the Walgreens on Main and Oak in Vineland NJ Incompetence and the Disregard they treat their Customers. I waited One Hour Fourty Two Minutes for someone to answer my Call in regards to my Perscription....which I was told it would be ready at 1:00 then I was told the Pharmacist would complete it after Lunch , Next told 300 to 330...Lastly I was told My Medication would Not be in stock till Mid March a Month Away....This was WRONG...I told him thats the other liquid form and he said they are both out of stock till Mid March...I Called Walmart to confirm and was right Walmart said it indeed was in stock Walgreen was wrong and they are transferring all my Medications to Walmart now....The Person at Wallgreens said they are backed up lack of techs and 200 orders on their counter...Now you have 199.....DONT GO TO WALGREENS ON OAK AND MAIN IN VINELAND !!!!

Every month I went to pick up my prescription there was an issue. My prescription was on auto refill and either they couldn't find it or I had to order it myself even after I received a text that it was ready the day before. Today was the last straw...I selected this pharmacy once I moved to this area because they were close to my home but I previously had all of my prescriptions at CVS and I am going back. This pharmacy is unorganized and does not provide good service to make sure their customers have their prescriptions. No apologies or anything when i told her I was switching back to CVS...not a care in the world the entire time I'm discussing the reasons for why my prescription is not available once again. Never again

For your safety's sake, think twice about going here. I used Walgreens for years, but six months straight, these people made wreckless mistakes with my prescriptions, so I absolutely know I cannot rely on them for something as important as my health. They've lost my prescriptions, filed them and never notified me, and even called the wrong doctor (in the wrong state even) to fill my prescription (seriously, that actually happened, even after spending several minutes on the phone with a very dumb pharmacist spelling out who my doctor was, and where they were located). How have they not been shut down? In addition to that, the lines are often out of control, one time I literally stood there for over 20 minutes just to find that the prescription they emailed me and said they filed, they hadn't gotten to yet, and there were pharmacists literally standing doing nothing. Any other pharmacy in town would be a better choice than this. Again, people this wreckless, lazy, and seemingly dumb cannot be trusted with something as important as our health.

Mom is on pain management. Called Friday to see when we could pick up her scripts they said 5/31/2021 I know it is memorial weekend they should have notified us that the pharmacy hours were shortened instead of they said nothing. Went to get my moms scripts at a little after 5 and they were closed. Now mom is in agony because thei pharmacy decides it doesn't want to tell people that call they are going to close early on the day they tel them to pick up.

There should be a zero star for this terrible place!Employees are nasty and never greet people at the door! You get coupons from them and can never use them because they made up their own rules every time! Also no one ever ask you if you need help. Save yourself from a very bad experience and go to Rite Aid or CVS!

Terrible customer service , wouldn't check for inventory in the back even though they said they had it , told me to come back later when 3 employees all up front with Madrid gras feathers in their hair were looking through magazines together. Millville and Landis and Delsea both will bend over backwards for you even if they are busy . This place wouldn't stop reading their magazine to lift a finger I was told to come back tomorrow " they just didn't feel like going through all the totes yet"Not my first bad experience there either . 2/23/18 1:45 pm
