Good place to find a lot of items you can't find at the big hardware stores. Their employees need some customer service skills. The majority of them walk around with attitudes, and it transfers to the interaction with the customers. I get that some customers are a bit hard to deal with, but you need to deal with each one the same way at the beginning of your interaction. First impressions are big in any business.

We work at Ace in Texas, but stopped in here because we needed some things for a project at my father-in-law‘s house in New Jersey. We were in and out quickly, and Connie and Helen were friendly, cheerful - and by scanning each item found that we had grabbed the wrong shark bite fitting, so we were able to get the right piece before leaving. We’re super thankful they saved us a trip backStore was clean and Organized. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Jersey. Thanks y’all!!

This is a very good place to go where you can find most anything you need. They have something over the big stores in that you dont have to walk so far to get your things.

The people r so nice in ACE they made my car keys 🔑 and they worked and they made my house 🏠 keys 🔑 to and they worked they even programed my jeep 🚙 keys 🔑 to my jeep and the price was cheep I will be going back there for anything I need for my house and keys

I will start by saying I loved shopping here but after what happened today I will never go back. The receipt clearly states returns accepted within 90 days and thats it. Well that is not the case. Returns are only accepted if the manager says its ok. They need to put on the receipt that returns are subject to manager approval. They offered store credit and when I hesitated for a moment they shooed me away bc customers were waiting. Then when I said I'll think about it they said "well you may not get anything if you try later".. I said it says 90 days. Basically shrugged shoulders and said "well maybe". What kind of policy is that? Maybe say something like we may return it or we may say f you and it's subject to whatever rules the manager wants to make in that moment. Lost a loyal customer today.

This is the most helpful Ace I've ever been to. I came in with the most bizarre questions for farm equipment on a Sunday. The real answer was to go to a large equipment/ag equip store but all were closed on Sunday. They worked to help me get up and running with work arounds that worked! The staff is warm, funny and caring. Glad it's closeby to me.

I went there trying to find a specialty nut and bolt for my harley no one else in vineland automotive stores had it I had 2 stops left to find it .ace hardware went out of there way to actually make 4 up for me and they where so kind not to charge me for making it up for me.you guys rock you are definitely my go to guy from here on out.thank you ace hardware. For all you did for me it was appreciated .I recommend ace highly. Stop buy and see what they can do for you. Remember stay loyal buy local.

I tell you right now the big chains they have a lot of stuff in them this is true. Ace hardware has most of that same stuff. If you need lumber they will cut it for you. You need piping they will cut it for you. Customer service there is beyond anything you can find at Lowe's or home Depot. I have walked through both of those chains and looked totally lost and no one has suggested or inquired that I might need some help. I walk into Ace and they say "is there anything I can help you with?" And they often say to me you may need this or that however for your needs you don't need the most expensive. They give me options I can try and if it doesn't work, they also give me the option of returning that item and having it replaced with a stronger version. However they've always been right so far!

The worst shopping experience in my life. I'm 48 and never been thrown out of anywhere. But apparently you have 2 speed shop or one employee with tattoos on her neck. Will make u leave cause you do make her feel comfortable. That was her reason for throwing me out. Maybe try restocking your store so I can find what I need. Will never shop there again. And make sure everyone I know does the same

I bought keys online and had them cut here which I had to pay for them to be cut and they were cut wrong. I went back to get a refund and the gave me the refund for the cut but not the 20 I had to spend on the keys. They told me that the wouldn’t be able to give me the money for the keys I BOUGHT, and they messed up. Awesome job 👍

Always polite. They always have what my fiance needs in regards to nuts, bolts, specialty bits. Its layout is great amd easy to navigate. They even have a couple drinks at the check out as well as candy and munchies if you get hungry on the way out and don't have time to stop somewhere else.

This Ace is good and bad in a way. I was there looking for some pool products and it took about 20 min before anyone came over to ask if I need help. But you can find good deals at great prices.
