April 2024 was the 1st time I used Tip Top and it was because I needed a kennel last minute and my normal "go to" was booked. I found the prices very reasonable. My dog had good care for 5 days. Ashley who answered the phone was very professional and well spoken. Drop off and pick up were easy and I had no problems. I would definitely use them again!

We live around the corner and I chose this kennel as a convenience. What a great choice that was! The employees are amazing with my dog, Zion. Z for short. He is a rescue pet and was abandoned and abused. He is a little afraid of people. He loves to go there so that should say everything!! Pricing is also reasonable.

This place was recommended by the breeder that we received our Great Dane puppy from. This place is great the personal that take care of your pet are very friendly and knowledgeable they treat you and your pet like family not like a customer. They offer you to call for updates on you pet while your away I recommend this place

I cannot say enough good stuff about Pam and Rick! They are awesome animal people with a heart of gold. I have been taking my past three dogs to them for over 20 years. They hire very professional groomers, their place is extremely clean and they care for your pet like it was their own! I have used their boarding service for my dogs a number of time and the dog comes back just as they go there...only cleaner! Their name says it all! TIP TOP KENNELS!

Loved this place. Took my 2 dogs there while I went away for a week. First time I had to leave my boys and was quite nervous about it. Ashley was awesome. She sent me daily updates and pictures by text and made me feel comfortable leaving them in such good hands. I highly recommend them!!!

Great experience! My two dogs had to be boarded on short notice, Tip Top Kennel’s was very accommodating! Extremely reasonable pricing. Even though it rained all weekend both dogs came home smelling fantastic! Definitely will be using Tip Top Kennels again!!

My husband and I are so happy with how amazing our Australian Sheppard looks after his grooming experience today! He’s only 10 months old and super fluffy so we weren’t sure how he would do, but the staff made sure he was comfortable and did a great job! Definitely will be going back from now on!

I just used them for the 1st time for a 5 day boarding through a recommendation. I most definitely will be using them again. They have a very family feel atmosphere and they took excellent care of dogs.

I’ve only taken my dog here twice and I’ll never go there again. First time was fine, a typical groom, but the second time I picked him up he was shaking and when I got in the car as I pet him I noticed he had two knicks on his back. There was dried blood flaking off in his fur so it was obviously recent. I tried calling and asking them what happened but they just denied it. I understand that accidents happen, but my dog is very dramatic, and if he was cut he would’ve definitely cried (he’s half Maltese), so either the groomers just don’t pay attention to their work or they were lying. Either way I would never trust them with my dog again and you shouldn’t either. (I mentioned this incident to some other dog owners and everyone who had brought their dog there had a similar experience where their dog came home with knicks).

We were concerned how our Shiba would handle being boarded. They kept such great care of him and he wasn't even sure who we were right away. He took a little time to warm up to them, but he eventually came around. We highly recommend them. They are great people and their kennels are very clean.

Excellent place to send your pets for grooming. My husband and I struggled and stressed ourselves out for months trying to clip our dog's nails and bathe her. My sister recommended tip top as they've been sending their family dog there for a while and raved about the service. Our dog Kali has been there twice and has tons of anxiety around other pets and the whole grooming process. However, the employees at Tiptop kennel treat our dog like she is their own. They are super accommodating with their drop off and pick up times. We know our dog is safe and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate all needs and truly take care for the animals that are coming in. We will continue to use their grooming services and we highly recommend to anyone. Great price as well.

Tip top kennels is the best. I brought my dog there who is shedding her undercoat and was starting to develop mats (I bathed her and didn’t realize how hard it was to comb her). They took great care of her. I thought she was going to have to get shaved but they easily got her hair knot free without any shaving. I will be going back!

It was our first time boarding our senior dog for 4 days. Tip Top Kennel was flawless in making her happy and comfortable! They were friendly and professional. It was such a relief to not have to worry. Highly recommend for pet boarding.

I have taken my dog to the same groomer since he was a puppy he is 10 years old now and has never had a good cut until I took him to tip top. They were kind and understood the cut I wanted him to have. He looked so good when I got him back I just loved it. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend.

I use to be a Dog Groomer and had a Very Successful business for many years.I have always had Long Haired Breeds Afghan Hounds and Maltese.. I have Always Groomed them Myself because I had terrible experiences with other Shops..Tip Top Kennels is Exactly what the name says...My Maltese has some issues with her legs and so it has gotten easier to have her cut a little shorter now since she is getting older..She Loves going there and the Groomers do a Beautiful job and She is Happy when she comes home because she always Looks So Pretty!Thank You Tip Top..A Great Place You can Feel Relaxed and Comfortable Leaving Your Fur Babies!I Give them a 10🏆!

I was very apprehensive about having my little Luna groomed.She is a rescue that I adopted a few months ago along with her brother. I don't know her background but she screams when you try to brush her or even put a leash on. So I wasn't sure they would be able to groom her. Well, I dropped her and her brother off hoping for the best. When I came to pick them up she looked beautiful all trimmed, bathed and nails clipped. They were both happy and calm. I am very happy with the treatment my two little ones received. I want to thank the whole staff at Tip Top for being so kind and reassuring to me and my two little ones. We will be back again.

This was our first time using this kennel and I was extremely reluctant because my dog is older. They accommodated everything I requested to keep my mind at ease. We had an unfortunate glitch come up and we were forced to extend our trip. Rather than having to wait they allowed us to pick him up on a holiday they were otherwise closed for. Our boy came home happy and clean.

I've been going to training classes every fall for the last 5 years. I don't know who looks forward to Wednesday nights more, me or my dog Charlie. The first year I showed up out of desperation. Charlie has always been a good dog, but he was very hard to handle on a leash. It turns out that he's great on a leash, I just needed to learn how to communicate with him. We went from aggravating short walks to being able to take him in public and around other dogs and have him listen to verbal commands and hand signals.We had such a great time every week that we've been back every year since. He doesn't need training anymore, but it's honestly my favorite thing to do and he loves hanging out with all the other dogs. It's really fun to watch a new batch of dogs come in every year.

My poodle is 15 years old and for the most part, blind. They did a great job on my pup and the dog wasnt freaked out when I got him back so apparently they are treating him kindly unlike the last place that groomed him. This is my second time at TTK and I appreciate their efforts

Friendly courteous I have 2 German Shepard’s they are always cleaned beautifully. Prices are very fair. They take especially great care of the animals in their care.
