Wanted to purchase some items using my Affirm account but couldn't because Home Depot doesn't take contactless payments! I don't understand how a department chain as big as this one doesn't have the ability to take contactless payments! This was very disappointing and I was not able to make my purchase of over a thousand dollars and had to go to Lowes!

Took my puppy there because they allow dogs in the store which is a good thing. Lowes, Tractor Supply, all pet stores and I'm sure others I don't know about do also. In Home Depot, more than the others, there is so much "stuff" on the floor for the dogs to pick up ... cardboard pieces, bits of wire, wood, screws, nails, string. Just had to constantly watch him so he didn't pick up anything that would hurt him. Dog friendly, not necessarily dog safe.

Looking for the items I needed passed Michelle 3x on her phone I asked for help she said wasn't her department. I also needed a key after waiting 10 minutes for some help I asked a man whom appeared to work there. He said he didn't but he did. I just asked to call someone who could help me. He was very rude. Definitely going to Lowe's next time.

I needed to make copies of a key. I had to wait for someone to help me...but my presence was acknowledged and I also received an apology. The staff person was friendly.

Thanks to Emiliano he was able to save me a lot of money. We were looking for a cabinet "wine rack" to fill the empty space above fridge, since the dimensions were a bit out of the norm and expensive he looked up a third party that works with Home Depot.It's a assemble yourself cabinet meant for the vertical position but worked perfectly in the horizontal. Bought one filler to complete the sides. The instructions and diagrams are the worse but I have done countless assemble yourself furniture to figure this one out.

Ordered doors from Feather River..took 6 months to arrive and was missing 1. Hardware was wrong on all doors. Replacement of missing doors was late and incorrect. Never again.

I needed 4 hex nuts for my bed. I brought a bolt and nut to the store and not knowing where to look I got help fast from Bill Y. He assisted me pronto. Measured the Gage of the thread and got what I needed quickly. Exceptional service from my local home depot ! Thx Bill :)

I'm utterly frustrated and disappointed with Home Depot! I placed an order for a refrigerator, spending a significant amount of money. The initial delivery window was between 10 am and 2 pm. I even received text message updates informing me that the refrigerator was on its way and would be delivered that day. Yet, when I called at 2:30 pm, I was told it had been mistakenly omitted from the truck.To compound matters, the rescheduled delivery of the refrigerator and microwave, slated for the same window on Thursday, arrived at 9:30 am without prior notice or any communication. This led to an unnecessary drive of one hour and forty minutes from work, only to discover that I still don't have my refrigerator. To add insult to injury, the delivery service manager informed me that they reserve the right to modify the delivery time as they please. I'm afraid this experience has left me seriously questioning my future dealings with Home Depot.

Customer service is not good. All I need is someone to help me order a replacement cabinet drawer and they tell me only one person knows about that, but at the same time told me they’d find someone to help me. The person never came back. I left and have tried calling multiple times but never get anything but a ringing dial when the computer says it will transfer for me to main operator.

Great store, very neat and clean. Employees are always around to answer questions or help you find something. Great selection of products and outdoor garden stuff. Always lots of items in stock. Definitely recommend this store for anything home or garden. Gave four stars because it is rather pricey.

Great you're open on Easter but cranky old man Wayne, when someone asks you where automotive is and you point, then turn around & say "where the sign says automotive" under your breath, you should look at and maybe fix the sign. Last I checked omotive wasn't a real word. Maybe if the sign was up properly, someone could've found it without asking you.

This home Depot was incredibly difficult to work with. I put an order for delivery and was missing material. Took hours to sort it out and had to pick up the material myself. Once I got there the pick up desk still have me a time just to give me my materials.

On Sunday, July 16th 2023, The manager, Erica, was very rude to my boyfriend. She should be fired, because of the way she talked down to him. She is very lucky that I wasn’t there because I would not have left the store until I spoke to the district manager and made sure he fired her. How dare she speak to a customer the way she did.

As a result, it's a truly amazing experience to have the opportunity to be assisted by Sayyid, at the Vineland store. More than knowledgeable, and happy to share outside the box solutions, he helped me easily solve a plumbing dilemma

Home Depot in general had gone straight downhill the past few years, but this location is one of the worst I've seen. Employees don't care, and ignore you. Shelves are frequently empty, or stock is in the wrong place. Aisles are blocked off with employees up on machinery, not actually working, but having conversations with other employees on the ground. With Lowes just 2 minutes away, I'd recommend you don't waste your time trying to get what you need here, and just head over to Lowes or a local hardware store. Good luck I'd you choose to venture here.... You'll need it

When I go to Home Depot I find what I want as quick as possible pay and go. If the weather is bad I roam around the store looking for neat things that might work for me. I really hate the self checkout. Home Depot needs to hire more cashier's and put people to work.
