The staff is always phenomenal and friendly. The pharmacy is always busy but extremely professional and gives everyone their full attention when waiting on them. It's worth the wait if there is a long line to receive excellent service.

Oh boy certified the worst pharmacy in vineland! The store is fine thats why there’s 2 stars instead of one. The slowest, unorganized, zombified pharmacy workers hands down. When you are standing in the line and calling to see if they even have phone but don't hear a single ring and they still don’t pick up, theres something majorly wrong. Customers in line confused after they went in the am to pick up and were told it will be done soon only to come back roughly 7 hours later amd finding out they havent even started. Whoever runs lincoln rite aide needs to come clean house on landis.

Can get busy at the pharmacy but generally not that busy as a store. They have good sales after holidays on overstocked items.

Doctor prescribed 3 medication one day and the Pharmacy send you a message saying there's one medication per day. Super Slow!!!

I've typically had good experiences at this location (except for long pharmacy lines). But in the last month, I've had issues with two medications. The RiteAid system said they were refilled, but I don't have them and haven't received them! The first time I chalked it up to my mistake, but now it's happened again. I'm starting to think something isn't right. To other customers, please check your scripts before you leave and double check everything.Edit 12/21/22- They showed my second medication was picked up/delivered on Monday. I don't use delivery and I wasn't in the store on that date. Not sure who has my meds or where they are. I pushed to have it filled asap. Very scary situation.Turns out it was a mistake by "Central Processing", but I have no idea what that means. When I went to get my medication, I was the only customer there. Jessica was the tech at the counter, she was facing away having a chat with the Pharmacist. I said "Good morning" and "Excuse me" three times to get her attention. Then she acted like I was bothering her and was rude during the interaction. But no worry, I won't bother her again, because I'm taking my business to a competitor pharmacy.

I went in to store to get a toy for my dog. The toy cost 3.99. The cashier charged me 5.00. When I questioned why I was charged an extra 88 cents I was told "oh you must have pushed the button to round off your change". No I did not and aren't you supposed to ask first?. I let it slidthis time. I went home and checked my past receipts.They all had charges for kid cents contributions on it. That's stealing my money . I believe this cashier is pocketing the money at end of night. I'm going back again tonight and when she does the same thing I'm gonna demand to see a manager. This is the theft as far as I am concerned. Check your receipts before leaving store.

The absolute worst rite aid I have ever been to. It’s guys hanging around outside the store asking for money coming to your car tapping on the window.Not to the appearance of the store looks abandoned. Let’s not talk about the workers on the inside, the night I came in an employee was behind the counter on her phone yelling and cursing in front of customers. When I asked to speak to a manager she stated. “I am the manager “ very aggressively. Hee attitude was very rude. I will not be shopping there or no other rite aid again if that’s how they conduct business. Traveling from San Diego California where you enter a rite aid store and it’s very busy but customer service always priority. Here early morning not busy, and customer service the worst I’ve encountered from all the states I just drove by coming from California.

I have been using Rite Aid for many years. I never had any problems with their service until lately. I call to check at what time my prescription is going to be ready, they tell me a time, and when I go pick up it’s not ready. They tell me to come back in 45 minutes. Not good ! I’m thinking about switching pharmacy.

They were so caring n helpful! They were busy n still went out of there way to help me and even carried the cases of soda to my car! Extremely enjoyable place to shop plus bargains were good too! DEFINATELY will shop here more often!

3 times I went to get a Rx and the first time they said my insurance was not covering. They were looking into a generic came back tge fallowing day and nothing was done ,I agreed to pay for the meds they say the were going to order and a week latter nothing. Not ordered and noting in the system ,this rite aid has to get some responsible pharmacist to run the pharmacy.

Nor friendly, won't work with you. Make you wait 31 days between filling a 30 day prescription 9x out of 10. Always run out of medication before they'll decide to let you fwt them filled. 99% of prescription plans let you fill your prescriptions after 28 days. Only place that does this. It's very upsetting and hard to fill your prescriptions OR get them transferred so you don't run out of medication. It's hard to comprehend and not explainable by any means.

Got our shots at Rite Aide. Flu, Prevnar They called my Doctor to find out what I needed. We also get prescriptions filled there. Staff is Always pleasant. Great prices on everything.

This Rite Aid Pharmacy is perfectly located in Vinland. Also very easily accessible to or from Rt 55. The staff is friendly and polite. The Place is spotless and appears that cleaning is done continueisly no matter what time it says on the clock.

I'm officially done with Ride Aide they don't know how to treat their customers. My advice to Ride aide is to fix your ignorant staff working there or let them go. Because you just lost a customer.

I went to receive a western union and there was an older white woman with straight white hair that was very rude to me simply for asking how to get my 8 digit code for my money. I was using my mtcn instead of the 8 digit code which i didnt know how to get and she said if i dont know or like how it works i could leave and go to a different store that i like more. Very disappointed in her service as a custom service representative for your store.

No matter what time of day , I never have to worry about getting the help I need. The staff at the landis ave , Vineland riteaide is absolutely amazing! I have never had a bad experience, when using this rite aide. I highly recommend this rite aide to all my friends and family members.

Great for late night finds! Clerks aren't as friendly as they could be at night. Young Hispanic male clerk has always been very friendly!What's with the creepy guy sitting at the photo computer late at night?? They said he was security...shouldn't he actually LOOK like an employee instead of a homeless man?

I needed my seizure medicine they said I need to call my insurance company so I can I pay my bill which is fine and all but I told the pharmacist I need medicine to last me till Friday or so, she we can't do that, so I said I guess I will have seizure then replays with go to the hospital I don't know what to tell you, wowww really that was really unprofessional, then I ask if they can spilt it up so they gave me 5 days worth
