Store is great, but pharmacy staff is down right rude. Pharmacy kept calling me multiple times regarding a prescription transfer. I was speaking to a pharmacy staff member and the automated system kept calling me. Lady who answered the phone had an attitude and as I explained the situation she cut me off and said "well who is this for" after I already told her my name and date of birth. Pharmacy staff needs to learn phone etiquette and customer service skills. Young ladies at the front registers are great. Pharmacy staff could learn people skills from them.

Wow is about all I can say! We were in a bind after our normal pharmacy(10+) years decided on the morning of our appointment to say they couldn't fill our medication anymore. Some of our medications are hard to find and I had called around to so many places and nothing. My doctor's office called some places yesterday but gave up so I had to hope to find our medication. I called here and explained everything, they were so great because they said they could take care of our medical needs and we went right there. They had it done fast and were so understanding. Wish other places were as great as they are! Frank is very patient and professional. He takes his time and goes above and beyond to do everything possible to help out in some confusing situations. Bruce is another person I'd like to give credit to since he always seems to be the one to get our stuff and ring us up. He's professional, courteous and so very patient also. I have not had any issues with anyone at this location whether on the phone or in person so a huge thank you to all of the employees. If you are in need of a good pharmacy, I would recommend this location since I've only had positive experiences here and that's amazing in the retail world. Rite Aid should know what great employees they have with Frank and also Bruce. Thanks so much for the pleasant way we are treated and not brushed off.

The best pharmacist and very kind. Treats you with respect unlike some pharmacies they don't have the time to speak with you. The Indian pharmacist is the nicest one I've ever had. He does not make you feel like you're bothering him but takes the time with you and your concerns.

Went to pick up my mom’s medicine , and rang the button twice since I didn’t hear it the first time. Bruce, the pharmacist guy, responded with attitude and rolled his eyes at me. I asked him if it rang twice and he says yes (with an attitude) and told me: yes, we were having an important conversation!!!!!!! I looked at him and still was nice. Before I left, I told him: Sorry for interrupting “your important conversation!!!” He rolled his eyes at me and moved on. SO RUDE!!!! Not a way to treat a customer. I don’t care if you’re having a conversation, all you had to do was tell me: Hello, I’ll be right with you. That’s all, not be that rude!!

Switched to this Rite Aid after some issues with Landis & Delsea location. I’ve never been happier with a pharmacy in my life. Every pharmacist there is beyond helpful, kind, and attentive. Recently I had an issue getting a medication and Gabriella went the extra mile to contact another Rite Aid and find the medication for me, she truly is a life saver and a sweetheart!! Highly highly suggest!!!

My wife and I have been coming here for years and my wife is always telling me how rude the people are in the pharmacy. We continue to come because of the proximity to our house. For the first time, I had to deal with them and I will not come here again. I will drive 10 mins out of my way to another pharmacy to avoid the bad customer service and the attitude. First of all, there are never enough employees in the store. Customer's are made to wait at the check out counter regularly with no one in site. Many times we've had to actually yell out "hello" before anyone notices. I once asked for bread and the teller pointed and said, "on the end cap", no isle #, left, right...and got snippy when I asked where.

My fave pharmacy! One of the pharmacist even knows my name every time I go to pick up medicines. I am always greeted by when entering the pharmacy. Clean, organized and not crowded!

This store is great! The employees are never anything but pleasant and greet you as soon as you walk in. They're always very helpful and I can almost always find what I need.
