Natalis was so wonderful. She made sure Duke and Roscoe had a great grooming experience as we haven’t done grooming too often in the past. She took her time to ask me questions about them and afterward too gave me a little run down on how they did and everything. She was an absolute pleasure and really went above and beyond. We will be back and will ask her her specifically!

An Extremely inattentive place. If you’re not the first appt for grooming, forget it, you’ll be waiting 25 mins JUST to check in! Then add another 10 -15 mins before the groomer comes out to get them. Defeats the point of an appointment! Picking up your pet? Checking out? Know you’ll be waiting for that too. Never find anyone around. If they see you, you’ll be ignored. You can call all you want, they’ll never answer their phones. This has been ongoing for months! Truly awful service

It was a nice visit I got what I was looking for I'm just disappointed they didn't have a big variety of cat harnesses I see the aisle with all cat food but I don't see any nail caps like online showed me which not there fault so.etimes online shows stuff but it's not sold in the store near you or not SD at all I. That store but I couldn't find the perfect harness for my kitten she was a stray and I rescued her ut I want to take her out for walks and the harness is for that reason but it wasn't the one that looks like a tiny sweater it's just the one that's like string it does not look comfy on her but otherwise everything was great even got the harness I picked on clearance yayy lol

I love that I can bring in my foster dog, Twizzler. He has made friends with the staff and enjoys picking a toy. Everyone is so welcoming (Lou and Donna).

Took my 5 year old daughter here to get fish to her new 30 gallon aquarium & was told they wouldn't sell us ANY fish because she had a goldfish in the tank. I've owned fish tanks 25+ years, never had a problem & NEVER had a place refuse to sell any fish to me. If my managers & employees treated customers like they did me; They would be at the unemployment office. Terrible customer service. My family & friends will NOT be shopping there ever again.

My visit started out bad. Being ignored. As I was leaving another worker asked me how I was doing I told him not good told him that I was trying to get a fish tank together for a fish that I've had for a while needed one little bit bigger for her and that I felt that I would was being ignored and he said that he was going to stop what he was doing and come over and help me. So I took him up on his offer because I was there because I needed the fish tank he was very helpful in finding things that I needed. And now my fish Goldie is a very happy camper and a 5 gallon fish tank.

As usual, this location is in tip top form. Helpful associates, clean store, and an outstanding grooming staff. I'm always so happy with the results and my dogs are always taken care of expertly. This is no small feat as they are rescues and are not the most trusting of new people.I'm always given great advice when asked for. This has been my favorite location since I moved here 2 years ago.

Very good experience here. The staff was super friendly and helpful when I asked them to help me find some products in the store. One employee went above and beyond to help me look these up, then find them on the shelves as well. Clean and well maintained store. Wide selection of products in stock to choose from. Reasonably priced.

This store is like an Easter egg hunt. Two customers in the whole store and try to find someone to help good luck. Employees undertrained greeting customers and disappearing is not service.No surprise the internet is so popular. I will never go back.

Just went in for some fish (6 goldfish) for my outside pond and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Great service from a very upbeat sales lady, a real sweetheart. My husband asked if she could help us and she said "Sure!" She netted the ones that I liked and asked me to if I was pleased with my selection. Very pleased! A month before going to Petco we went to Petsmart and bought goldfish too, they all died. Sales lady was not that willing to help. I highly recommend Petco!

I usually just come in here to look at animals. I came here at about 5-6pm.As per usual of pet stores, the beta fish look dead, sad, and neglected. The rest of the animals seem fine. Today when I went in was the most active I've ever seen guinea pigs, they definitely had the zoomies! That was really fun to watch.Somehow, one of the fish in the fish area had gotten out. I'm not sure how this could have happened, since the fish tanks all have lids/flaps blocking fish from jumping out.The fish was still alive because it was still "breathing" and moving, so we went to try to find an employee to help, but there was no one to be found for some reason. Eventually we finally found one, and he was very nice and put the fish back into the tank.Very odd situation, but of course that won't be stopping me from coming here again to get pet supplies (I have done so before, and have had a very good experience of buying products here) and look at animals.

I Waited for about 7 minutes at the register to check out and the guy seen me and my family waiting he proceeded with helping people that had just walk up to him when I had been waiting at the register. It was not until I started walking over to him and asked if they had cashiers. And then her told me there are people that want to see animals as if the people that are buying merchandise is not important. There is never anyone at the register it very inconvenient and unprofessional and can cripple the business owner. Cause I was going to walk out how many time does that have to happen?
