Staff was rude calling from office (out of sight) about my daughters backpack style purse. When I went to checkout, I waited and waited, then another customer came so I called out Hello? The cashier came and snapped at me that there was a bell -- which there was NOT! She generally rude and I don't plan to return. There's another FD in vineland so no need for that one. Employees stay hidden while you shop so you have find it all yourself and then get snarky when you want to pay. Very disappointing experience.

POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE!!! There's an cashier that is extremely nasty and rude. Threatened to call cops cuz I ring bell at counter after waiting... Got into verbal with her. She's a white lady bout 32. Very drug addict looking. Need a consumer service class!!! I lodge a complaint with headquarters but heard nothing back.

The maneger has no courtesy with the clients. Really bad attitude no good customer service and she blame her staff. I do not recommend this place

Cynthia provides amazing customer service! She greets people at the door and does not make anyone wait long. Best customer service I’ve ever seen at a Family Dollar. Meanwhile I visited another one yesterday on Main Rd and she had an attitude while on a personal call on her phone. Shout Out to Cynthia from The Family Dollar on Landis because that’s the customer service I look for when going to a store.

I always find everything I need and Plus in the morning at this particular store the cashier is very helpful as well as knowledgeable never is she disgruntled or sharp with you she is upbeat makes my day even if I may at times forget what I came in for 😊😉😀 she has patience .they better Keep her there with a generous Raise !

The place was sloppy. Seemed like I was in a thrift store. Only two workers and one was coughing her head off. I was afraid to catch whatever she may have had. I'll stick to the newer, neater, airier one on Chestnut avenue.

The manager has a major attitude greets certain customers and others she doesn't !! Doesn't say hello thank you nothing. Miserable as can be! Don't like your job leave lady!!!

Updating my 1 star review, too many shelves don’t have pricing: Tupperware section, oral products, isle 29 food section etc. Lets fix this inconvenience
