If you are scheduled to close at 10pm why were the doors locked at 9:35pm? Literally pulled up with two kids, everyone got out of the car to grab something we needed, to then pull on a locked door. Employee could clearly hear it but continued to mop/sweep the floor as if it were already 10pm. Switch the hours to 9:30pm if you are gonna lock any doors prior.

I go to this Family dollar regularly. Staff is friendly . But one day in particular I walked out of the store proud to say the least. A customer was being rude, and was giving the cashier a hard time, insulting her intelligence and carrying on. I believe the cashiers name was Miara . She kept her composure very professional. Continued to offer different ways to help the customer. And also apologized for my wait in line. She handled a customer service situation well enough for me to hope her employers see this. Keep up the good work Miara.

Can't get down any isle!!! Picked up 7different razor blades that say dollar general right on them I always turn those in. I'm sick of the way this store is ran. I'll go to millville from now on even though it is 7miles away... They manager on call or so she says but she was outside making drug deals so she stuck up for the 2men screaming at me.... Nd I was told to leave... I will NEVER BE THERE AGAIN IF IASIMINE IS WORKING wow nd didn't even think about the long lines when the old lady is working feet up in DG chairs eating nd says don't care I'm on my break!!!

This location opens up at 8am for the holidays. I got here at 8am and it was still locked. I looked inside and saw the store manager. I kept knocking as she sat there on the phone looking at me. Other customers showed up and we all had to wait outside in freezing cold until about 8:25am. She wasn't doing anything but talking on the phone. Store has good stuff, but staff are very unpleasant and rude. Especially one of the managers (I don't know if there's more than one). She was a bi***.

This particular store it's one of the better ones in the chain semi cluttered at times the sales and integrity of its employees make up the difference compared to the Main Rd or Millville store, I don't have a problem visiting this location for any of my needs...

Good deals. Staff turnover occurs often. Rap music needs to be turned off while customers in store. Not appropriate.

Store is tightly packed with products. Need some paint and linoleum ro be power washed. This store does NOT carry 1 litre sodas and extremely limited in sugar free products. Beyond that rhe store carries basics. Majority of oroducts MADE in CHINA. Overall it's an okay store. Woukd have given a higher store but it needs "sprucing" up and more sugar free options at REASONABLE prices. Forget itmes costing $1.....they are practically nonexistent.

They are always helpful and the one lady shares the deals if you have anything that might be same quality but cheaper, she'll tell ya! Live the store and the folks that work there.

They take apple pay, offer mobile coupons and they help you figure out the family dollar app and they care about your experience.. best one around and the staff is friendly and very helpful and respectful

Denise Dice (not sure if she is store manager) told me to "bite me" after she ignored me to talk to another associate. She also told me to get her full name right when I told her I would be calling in a complaint.
