I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Jay and his staff. They were absolutely wonderful to my dog, Stella Blue and me. Stella has an aggressive mast cell tumor on her foot. Dr. Jay removed it and took great care to make sure it healed properly and she was able to walk. Unfortunately, the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and there wasn’t anything anyone could do. Dr. Jay and his staff were phenomenal in trying to give Stella the best quality of life in her remaining days. We had to put her to rest yesterday, and the doctors and staff made sure it was a gentle experience for Stella, as well as my family.I would highly recommend East Oak to anyone. I’m happy that I always get such great care and will continue to bring all of my furry family here for years to come. ❤️

Everyone has been pleasant and make you feel comfortable. They have taken good care of my little Stella. We love Dr. Jay. Stella just had some surgery and he called me twice to discuss things which I appreciated so much. They were so nice when I picked her up. It’s always a good experience with East Oak. Thank you so much for taking care of my little girl.

My friend got a kitten and decided to go to a different vet. I said, "Why wouldn't you go to my vet when you know they're good?" She said, "I don't know. I just decided to go to somebody else". Long story short, her kitten got very sick after the vet visit and she couldn't get it back into her vet even though it was deteriorating rapidly. What happens? I had to call East Oak, who made the time to see the kitten, took care of it, and it is now back healthy and racing around the house. The moral of this story is #1. Don't go somewhere else when East Oak is the BEST around. #2. I'm ALWAYS RIGHT! And yes, I enjoyed that precious little moment of "I told you so!" after the little guy recovered. Lol

All the staff and vets are amazing! They are so helpful and informative. We take our pups there for their regular care and when it was time to make the hard decision to put one of them down (16 years old), they were so compassionate and let us take our time. I highly recommend them!!!

These folks are outstanding. I have two 7 month old puppies who I have been taking to East Oak since they were 6 weeks old. They have received all their shots and were both spayed. Throughout all visits, the puppies were treated like gold and they have no fear of return visits. I highly recommend this place.

I love this place, great pet care, personable doctors, assistants, and general staff. Went there to have our new pup evaluated, got her a thorough exam, and set up a follow-up shot plan. Clean bill of health provided. The doc is a great guy and will answer all your concerns. Left the GF there with a CC to pay the bill. She came home gushing over the bill..... Only $48.... Unheard of in this era... I highly recommend them, pay them a visit.

I've been going there since I moved to east Vineland and I couldn't be happier with them. I have 3 cats and recently as last week we had issue with one of my cats getting a respitory infection. She was quickly seen and given antibiotics and a steroid that cleared it right up. They're very caring and I will always go there. You'll be in good hands there 💞🕯️💞

Dr.Jay & Dr.Mary are wonderful. They have taken great care of my kitties. Had an emergency with my oldest kitty and they were able to fit us in the next day. The staff even reached out afterwards to check in on my kitty. Compassion all around. I won't take my babies anywhere else.

I just can’t say enough good things about our experiences with Dr Jay and Dr Mary. We travel about 90 minutes to see them with our two dogs for everything and the care and love on top of great treatment always leaves us feeling great. My golden retriever was neutered yesterday by Dr Jay and I was so at peace with how Jay and staff would take care of him that I never had to think twice. 10/10 recommend east oak.

Dr. Mary and Dr. Jay are the best vets we have ever been to. They always have what’s best for the pets in mind and always do everything they can to help. They are fantastic people, and by far the best vets in Jersey. When we lived in 3 hours away we would take the trip down to take our dogs to Dr. Jay and Dr. Mary because we can always trust that they will do what’s best. The vet techs are great too! We recommend East Oak to literally everyone we know has pets within driving distance.

Awesome and truly compassionate.I had to make a emergency visit, while visiting from vermont, with my boy. I called the night before and even though they were booked for the day they still found a way to get my buddy in . The staff is awesome and went above and beyond to make sure my boy was taken care of and in good shape for his drive back home. Anytime we come back to vineland (which we do every few months) we are going to book an appointment for annual check-up.Thank you so much again East Oak Animal Hospital!!!

I thoroughly enjoy the care and compassion that East Oak animal hospital shows for the pets we have. I recently adopted a dog who was having some difficulties upon adjusting to our home. They were able to diagnose some issues she was having and got her the treatment she needed. Would definitely recommend them for anyone who is in need of a vet!

I can't say enough good things about this vet. Dr. Kooy really cares about my pets. He takes the time to explain things and always gets us in as soon as possible, and when he can't, his office staff is so helpful and friendly over the phone.For decades I was going to another local vet who made us wait weeks, if not months for an appointment and the front desk staff was so unfriendly. I'm so happy we found this place!

Dr. Jay and Dr. Mary are always there for our dogs. They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and reliable. They will do everything within their power to help your pet.They are also not breed prejudice. I have chow chows. When I have been to many other vets who are nervous around my dogs, it is refreshing to find a vet that acknowledge the breed's traits but do not treat them any differently. In fact, my chows love visiting them... or in the least, they don't mind as much. 😉Thank you for all that you do for our fluffy family!

Simply incredible! The level of care here is superior and the doctor made us feel so comfortable. Truly compassionate, and curious about the health of our cats! My cat was super nervous and wet himself, his whole crate, and all over the lobby floor... The staff was so caring and attentive, they even helped clean out the crate and put new pads inside.
