Decent store with the new renovations. But today I went in and they had gangster rap playing. Nothing like non-stop profanity blasting through the store. I left without buying anything.

i had a dissatisfying customer service experience at dollargeneralstore#05818, the cashiers stood there behind the register/counter, talking to each other, ignoring me, instead of assisting me, as they should engage the customer to enhance the shopping experience, there was no politeness, no interaction, and my checkout experience was very slow. it was awful, the store was messy, and i wouldn't recommend shopping there!this supposed to be "convenience store" made my shopping experience completely inconvenient.

I’ve frequented this store for several years now. This store has recently made changes for the better! The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful! They’re always running around stocking shelves in between customers and staying busy. However this store is still a mess 95% of the time. I’ve noticed in the late night hours certain managers stand outside and smoke cigarettes quite often which contributes to the stores condition. I’ve also witnessed one night manager refusing to ring up customers with a very long line because she said she was on break. So she got in the line making it longer as she socialized with the part time associates trying to assist customers. You could tell the associates were uncomfortable with the situation, it didn’t look or sound right! It’s a shame that some management in the store just don’t realize that without customers, they will be out of work The new employees are fantastic.. especially their customer service training! That manager certainly could learn a lot from recently hired team members!

They were receiving items in and taking up the aisle space. Items were not properly organized on the shelves, only area organized shampoo/hair products aisles which is located on the side of the registers.I may have caught them on a bad day, however there were no customers besides the 2 of us. First for me. I've always seen customers in Dollar stores but not in this one.

Sent my brother money yesterday through Western Union and the cashier told him he had to download the app to receive it. This is not true and she wasn't trying to help. I then asked him to hand her the phone and she over talked him and refused to let me speak to her. Fast-forward to today I call the store and the phone line is busy . This happend yesterday at 7:15pm until 7:35 so whoever was the cashier at that time needs to be trained on customer service and doing her job because she clearly doesn't know what she is doing. Now we are going through the inconvenience of contacting Western Union for a refund.

Manager named Christine should be fired! She screamed over the phone at my 89 year old father because he called twice to ask the price of Pepsi & Coke. Then when I called to speak to her about the incident she had a terrible attitude, then hung up on me.

Always dollies of stuff, at all the stores, that need to be put on shelves. They don't have enough help... They could if they would pay a better wage. As they build more stores within 5- 10 miles of each other !!! 🤦🏻

Great prices but horrible customer service, the shelves are bare while the store is cluttered with the stock still sitting on a cart waiting to be placed on the shelves? The last aisle of the store is completely on unusable and has been for the past year that I've been shopping in the store due to cart upon cart upon cart filled with merchandise that needs to be placed on the shelves as the shelves are empty! You literally cannot get to the comforters,pillows ,curtains, kitchen items, lamps etc. anything on the back wall which I would guess are all high gross profit items?? Wouldn't management want to sell these items?? The company is great, this particular store is well below par in comparison to company standards!

It's very clean and organized and always have im liking for sometime it has big lines but never rude employees this is by far my only and favorite store to stop at. the others stores in the area never have what I'm looking for and their staff is always rude ...like we are bothering them ....but yes great store and best employees...

This store always has the best people! Always friendly and helpful. Where else can you go in & buy a coffee maker, Neosporin, socks, kids activity books, a bag of mini donuts, milk & soda and be out the door in under 15 minutes? Not Wal-Mart that's for sure. The employees at this store know where merchandise is, get you to it, and on your way- and are always nice to the customers.

Great store. The prices are very reasonable and when items are on sale you can save even more. They even have a small dollar section. Great place to shop. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I visit this store frequently, and I always purchase something needed for my home, however today I visited, and the associate located at the cashier kept watching me, as if I were going to steal something.I purchased my items, and tried not to take it personally, however uncomfortable it made me feel.Regards,VF

I enjoy the staff here they always know where everything is and they sell my Sole gels. Also every time I go there I spend more than I plannedbecause I buy more stuff than I expected however I spend way lessthere than I would at any other store for the same amount of items!

Their always out of what I'm going for. They have loads of other nice stuff though. If you choose this one here in Buena the chances you get what you went for or if you clip cupons like I do what you clipped finding them items are slim to none I really don't care for this Dollar General at all!!

My favorite discount shopping store but it seems that all the stock piles up and you can't get down a few of the aisles. So you can't really see all the merchandise since the pathways around the stock usually leave 1 side completely covered and out of sight.

My local dollar general is a fabulous place to shop. The seasonal items are always on trend. The variety of store goods keeps me coming back. Always friendly service.

I like this store but they are always so messy!! Also, everytime I go there are incoming merchandise carts, I guess to be put away but they are blocking things that I want to shop for and I wind up leaving frustrated...

I mean, this place has Alot of things and it's a...reasonable price I guess I glcould say, but there is too much things out of place, I went to get a Set of bowls and there was 4 gum packs inside of the one in the top. Otherwise good job

This place is always clean and if you need something quick, they have it. They also have a redbox outside which is a pretty good thing. If u go there, u will have nothing to worry about.
