i always go to this dollar general but this times i couldnt even go in the store door. i had a my dog 6 pounds only in my arms just wanna get a toaster. she say my dog need a leash, she was in my arm. what upset me the most she a i have been coming here and always had her in arms. when i get my service dog papers we should see.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very warm feeling considering it was closing time and many people were walking across swept and mopped flours. I always receive outstanding service when i shop this particular store thsts why i pass 2 other stores just for my favorite store.

I miss the sales associate they had before, "Richard" - Not only was he very nice and helpful, he was fast at checkout, quick at stocking items and a very hard worker. Always went above and beyond for all his customers and had you in and out. They need to bring him back!! Also, "Melissa" is a great sales associate. Love her personality. Very friendly & kind. Works very hard. My issue is the store is very unorganized, dirty, dull lights makes store look unwelcomed. Too crowded to the point I fear someone will fall and get hurt., a car liability. They need better Management, extra staff & cleaning service.

I go here often and wish they would clean up their parking lot a bit better. It's in a bad location where the wind just sends everything to one corner. But the rest of the lot always has some sort of litter or trash and weirdly always personal items like shoes and hair extensions have been spotted in said lot. However with that being the only negative this store is always well stocked and never really too busy either. The last thing I want is to wait in a long line with only 3 items behind someone who just did their entore weeks shopping, which has been my experience at other local Dollar General Stores. However this one takes the cake for Cumberland County so far in my travels. Happy bargain shopping.

Dollar general is a joke. They don't hire enough people to put the product on the shelf so I stead they hog up every aisle with huge carts full of productAnd it sits thereAnd sits there. Now they have a new solution to the problem...... lock off a whole aislePut all the carts Full of stuff in one aisle! It's been like this for over a year now!!BUT DOLLAR GENERAL has the money to keep building a store every other mile. But they can't hire enough people to fill shelves.SIXK OF IT

I just love dollar stores! So convenient. And luckily for me this one is a hop, skip and jump from my house. Location, location, location. Customer service is always good at this one. Everyone's always friendly and polite. My only complaint and seriously its my only one, is that sometimes you can't find the cashier for a little bit and there is no service bell or anything so you just sit there and wait. But seriously it never takea them long to realize your there.

The store itself is nice, the employees are nice. But it's in an endless loop of stocking. The aisles are cluttered with carts full of items you want and need. With no end in sight to the restock nightmare. The prices are very cheap and it took me awhile to find out why on many items. Like Reece cups, they always tasted different here than regular... It's because they're smaller and cheaper made. So the deal you think you're getting is really not a deal at all. The entire store's concept is low value, low quality items. Seemingly designed for low income housing areas, signs posted all over the store reminding shoppers they gladly take EBT and any food Stampy welfarey you'd have. That being said, it's still good for cheap snack runs, gawdy but cheap decorations, literboxes and seemingly expired sodas and drinks.

Clean...management helpful....workers are nice...aisles clean and clear of items so you can shop without fear of tripping over items. Prefer shopping here over other local Dollar General because they are unkept and staff does not care about store and keep it dirty.

Found what I needed very easily. The store was s bit messy, but looked like it was in the middle of being restocked. The cashier was quick, efficient, and friendly. And my drink was very cold. Can't complain.

I just loveeee DG! One of the only stores where I can walk in with $20 and walk out with $10 chang while getting everything I needed from essentials to snacks...hey, why go if you can't walk out with a box of lil Debbie's lol.

Dollar General on Main Rd is the best! Sandy the manager runs an organized clean store. She is dedicated to helping her store run smooth for customers. She and staff are always helpful.

In the past, i rated this dollar general a four because its usually clean and a nice atmosphere. I usually can find what I need in this store. However today, I am giving customer service a 2, I walked in the woman working behind the register acknowledged me and we greeted each other but when it was time for me to check out she proceeded to talk to the customer that was in front of me. The customer had finished paying for her items and the woman behind the register kept talking to her but never rang me up. In my opinion her coversation was inappropriate. They were talking about childbirth and she was telling the customer about how she got pregnant with her last child and how her placenta is detached on and on and on, REALLY. Not once did she acknowledge me, she just lept talking as if I wasnt there. I left everything on the counter and walked out. RIDICULOUS. I had other things to do other than sit there and wait while she talks all day. Geesh

I like the products available. But this store the isles are so close together, it was hard to get my wheelchair thru when another person was coming thru the isle, at the same time. Other than that the store had plenty to pick from.

The cashiers are always friendly and give great customer service. Always a long line, always with one cashier on, but they will get that line down as fast as they can and do all they can to help.

Typical Dollar General. Aisles are crowded with stock and not much customer service but no one goes there for that. What people go there for is the cheap prices and wide selection, and they have that.

It was the worst dollar general I’ve ever went to the workers were rude and chasing me outta the store at 8:53 I would not recommend you to go to this one drive the extra mile and go to a higher end one the worker was out smoking and I’m allergic it was absolutely terrible don’t go there
