Cannot handy the customer volume since they closed the CVS on the West side of town and dumped all the prescription customers on this store.Service is terrible, wait times are unacceptable, the pharmacy area is dirty and unorganized.

The store is nice but the pharmacy is a bit slow. 2wks ago after waiting in line for the pharmacy drive thru, with several cars still behind me, they decided to just close the drive thru window and put a sign up for us all to come inside. Really?! Then of course, there was also a line inside so we all had to wait all over again. The pharmacy could use some work, but I have no complaints about the store and love the digital coupons!

The manager of this particular CVS goes out of his way to make sure customers are satisfied. I believe his name is Bill. Their staff are all very polite and anxious to help you find the items you need. They also have many coupon specials on their online app.

The only complaint I had was the fact that it was a while for appointments to get covid-19 vaccinations when I'm only home for about 4 days out of the month as an OTR truck driver I was forced to go elsewhere for my vaccination shots. If they had something different for essential workers that can get in and out within a day or two I would have gladly kept all my business with CVS.

I haven’t been coming to the CVS for about two months now and every time I go it is an amazing experience. Especially in the pharmacy they always go above and beyond to ensure that you get the best service. Sheiana Farm tech has been incredibly helpful and I totally highly recommend this pharmacy. The nurse who took care of administering my booster shot with super sweet! She really went out of her way to take care of me like I was a friend. If you go here and she takes care of you, you are in good hands.

CVS is one of my favorite stores. It is a great place to save money because I receive great rewards and coupons. The cashiers are usually pleasant and knowledgeable.👍🏽

Worst cvs ever make sure u count your medication before leaving they charge u for what u are supposed to have and the script says it's a full script and yet this new pharmacist keeps cutting the script in half and not telling us it's only half the script go somewhere else this pharmacist is the worst never had this problem in the past 5 years since he took over

I was in the store Monday afternoon and went to the pharmacy department to ask about Covid test appointment because i tried on my phone and i couldn't do it, and Elizabeth she worksnon pharmacy, took the time to do this with me,she even use her personal phone to show me how to do it, while the others only told me, " you have to do it online"Im a store manager in retail and that's what i called a excellent customer service. Thank you Elizabeth for your help.I really appreciate what you did for me.

10 pm saw Mgr leave didn't even give the decency to say they are closed. The online store hours say 12 am. The door says 12 am yet they can't have the decency to let people know their Covid or holiday changed hours??. Real pathetic. So sick of the lack of.customer service.

The pharmacy is horrible. Go somewhere else. All they do is mess up your prescriptions and say they can't do anything or its because of something you have to do when really they just don't know how to do their jobs correctly.
