At 3Pm on this good Tuesday.. This white lady came out of the back, out of nowhere to watch me, a young melanated woman, check out. Literally a few other white people were in front of me they checked out no one was up front, then all of a sudden she literally walked up there and stood about ten feet away just watching me and then looking at her phone when I would look at her. Absolutely disgusting! DO BETTER it’s 2024!

I will not be using this CVS. My script was accidentally sent to this CVS on Landis and Lincoln. Where Jessica 1st said they could not find my script and then said it was rejected. She told me to wait for the pharmacist. Who waited on people behind me. Jessica asked me to have a seat. Cause you know the pharmacist was busy. Then tried to tell me the people were before me when they were standing behind me in line. It has been 30 min. No one is here helping me. Jessica you suck and does this store....boo to you

I visited the vineland, nj store on Landis ave on 2/4 and was helped by Jessica. She gave very bad attitude from the start. She did not want to help me at all, gave me a nasty look just for standing at the counter with a question. I had to repeat my question multiple times. \n\nI needed help reloading a netspend card. She acted like she didnt know what that was - when i said i saw this was a reload location she rolled her eyes. Then she went to the register and started to ring me up. It was obvious she knew what to do to reload a netspend card - she just could not be bothered to help a loyal customer. Ive been coming to this cvs branch for years and this is the first bad experience i had. She is not a good addition at all. If this is the way she treats your customers, you will have more complaints. If i continue to receive poor service like i did today, i will take my business to a competitor.

I have always had good service at this pharmacy. They are usually busy and short staffed but they do their best, work as a team, and try to help customers regardless. They try to untangle the complicated demands of insurance, doctors, and patients and answer all your questions along the way while they have phones ringing, customers in the store and in the drive thru. Kudos to you guys for the work you do and thank you for treating everyone with kindness!

I was omw to my 40th class reunion from out of town. I stopped at this particular CVS to pick up a few things. I also needed to change my shoes and such. I was going through something so traumatic at the time. The manager was so sweet and helpful. He made my day. It's people like that young man that gives me hope for the world. You shall receive good, because you are good!! It was Sept 23 Rd about 7 pm. He was on duty ❤️ 5 stars 4 Him

The CVS on Landis and Lincoln is the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had! They seemed bothered by you picking up your rx. That is IF they even filled it. It don't matter if the automated message said your rx will be ready. Likely, it is not! There is absolutely NO rush on their end to make sure your rx is filled. It don't matter to them if you even get it!

CVS at east landis, Vineland is the worst drugstore I’ve ever dealt with. I brought in a prescription for my husband that he needed desperately at 9:10 am and was told it would take at least an hour. WHY? She said we just opened and it would take that long. If you can’t fill a simple prescription in 10 minutes or so, you are not open. Also the people in that department are rude and condescending. They act like they are doing you a favor.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used. Time and time again, they disappoint. Not only are they rude, they never have things in stock. Today knowing they were closing at 7:00pm, I wad proactive and called to see if it would be ready. On hold for 12 minutes, I drove there. Finally getting the call answered (as I stood in line), I was told that it wouldn't be ready today because they were too busy. Now I get a text at 6:59 pm that my prescription is ready!!! They should be a little more respectful and diligent in remembering that people come there out of medical necessity. I'll be pulling all my business out of there!!

The most disrespectful pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They brush you off, the laugh when you’re worried about a medication being filled, and they are just downright completely rude. They have no customer service etiquette, and they probably don’t have any etiquette in the real world either. Changing pharmacies.

Very disrespectful to the elderly. The pharmacy department needs an overhaul. Extremely unprofessional and vulgar. They yelled at a woman for asking a question, then told her she will wait longer for her prescription and demanded she wait out front. Such a disgrace! I will go to Walgreens where I do not witness this nonsense. If you hate your job, quit! Don't take it out on the sick and helpless.

The pharmacist David and his assistant Amanda were easily the best, most considerate, hard working and kind dr./pharmacist-assistant team i have EVER met. I can not say enough about this crew. Thank you CVS for caring about your consumers values, i.e. being treated with respect and concern.From this point forward i will literally drive an hour from my home at the beach to patron this pharmacy. A+

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Every month I have problems getting meds. I get bad info when I call. They don’t send texts when script isn’t covered by insurance, needs to be ordered or is even filled. Now the drive thru for scripts is down, of course they use window for Covid-19 testing. But even when no one is there you still have to go inside. I have severe mobility issues & can’t get pain medication. So much for customer service. I do have to say pharmacy tech Jen is awesome, if you are lucky enough to get her, never any issues.

The pharmacists are just so nasty and mean especially at the cvs on Lincoln and Landis going into Vineland the one in Williamstown Christina the pharmacist there she's wonderful other than that the rest of them are just mean! N not very good people persons... That's the only reason they're getting ⭐⭐ stars

Every single time I come to this location there’s an issue. Todays issue inside registers are closed drive thru only. Always long lines, always something down or not working. Get it together

I wanted to get tested for COVID19 at this site. I do not have COVID19, but was getting tested for a job that required a negative results. After doing the self serve test I was told to wipe done a metal box over flowing with tests and put my specimen inside the box. When I approached the box I wiped the top of the box, then lifted the lid water was dripping all around the box and it was a sunny day. Then, due to over flow of specimen in the box I had to push my test on top of multiple test. My hands touched other plastic bags. I then had to sanitize, wash and washed my hands. This is not safe for people testing, you can get the virus from just opening the box and putting specimen in the box. I would not recommend getting tested at a place like this. Not safe... the CDC states that the virus can live 2-3 days on a metal surface. I am worried after this that I might get sick.
