They allow dogs in their carts barking at other customers. When I asked customer service about their pet policy, woman at desk said pets are welcome in their stores.

Excellent place to shop. Ignore all the entitled boomers review bombing this with 1 star reviews. The place has a huge selection, very friendly staff and great prices. Lots of random cool finds too. Really a worth while place, especially with Biden's economy.The express checkout on the app was a breeze to use. I was in and out of the store quickly and without waiting in a line. It felt amazing.I tried a year of membership on a suggestion and it was so worth it. Definitely give this place a try

Apparently the teenagers at this BJs think it's fine to write a paper note at the deli to say they don't feel like working an hour before closing. There's nowhere on Google or the store website/hours that states one of the most used areas in the entire store closes at will. Gross disservice and attitude from these children when you ask for basic help or service that comes with the job they supposedly signed up for.

I hate self checkouts, and I hate that this store has no actual cashier's at a register. Ever! I won't ever go again, unless I have one or two things to get. I'm done with actual grocery shopping at this store.

I had purchased a 6 PC couch set from Vineland BJ's today and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time when purchasing from a box store. From ordering to picking up it was pleasure. The employees were great and helped us get loaded in a timely matter. Will definitely be back!

This BJ'S has one person working in the tire shop. I showed up without an appointment for a nail in my tire. I had originally bought my tires from BJ'S. They usually fix tires for free if you bought them there. I showed up at 12:30 and no customers were there. The employee asked if I could come back at 5pm because he had a 1pm appointment coming in. I asked him why 5pm if his next appointment was at 1pm? To that he answered okay could I come back at 2:30pm. I asked him if he could take a look at the tire now which was 12:35pm at this point. The employee working was kind enough to fix it but BJ'S makes too much money for them to only have one person working on tires.I went back three weeks later but this time I had an appointment. I had another slow leak in the same tire. A young man came in from the garage and I told him about the leak. He says to me that he will have to work on it after he gets done. I told him I had an appointment to which he said "So do they". Huh, they? I guess he was speaking of the one man who was sitting in the waiting room. The same man who told me he was waiting there since 10:30am. I said to the employee that he seemed angry. His reply was "I'm not angry" then he walked away saying he'll get to me when he was done. I arrived at noon for a 12:15pm appointment. After I purchased a new tire I left at 1:40 pm. Then I realized I didn't have the wheel lock for my car. I went back 20 minutes later and the door to the tire shop was locked. I went into the store and asked for a manager. A lady came down and when I told her why I was there she told me she couldn't help me. She said the managers were in a meeting but she would get the tire manager for me. I did get my wheel lock back but was it a coincidence that they forgot to give it back? I don't know but do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

If you want to find a company that does not fit its intended purpose, look no further. A bulk food store with a delivery option ought to be more competent than this. I cleared substitutions on an order, had the meat guy confirm to the delivery driver that what needed subbed was in stock, but the store did not allow the substitution. Now I've paid a delivery fee and did not even get what I needed. Have to go there in person anyway. What a waste. Hope we get a Sam's soon.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP. AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SHOP THERE N GET BAD SERVICE. THE HELP IS TERRIBLE THEY IGNORE YOU N TREAT HANDICAP PEOPLE N SENIORS HORRIBLE. THE FOOD IS LOUSY N OVERPRICED ITEMS. THEY NEED TO BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC NOT HAVE A STUPID MEMBERSHIP THATS WORTHLESS THE WAY YOU ARE TREATED. THEY NEED TO PAY ME FOR SHOPPING THERE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK MY FRIEND TOOK ME AND I SAID THIS PLACE REALLY STINKS THE SERVICE IS SO RUDE THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO IGNORE HELPING YOU. Employees are miserable and treat the members bad. Employees/management now have to scan items if you choose the few available flat carts. I was told not to grab them anymore. Seniors and disabled be prepared to lift your items into the cart. This store is Not Member, senior or disabled friendly.

This place is always a good place to go to buy things in bulk, the place is clean and they always have everything that you need, good to stock up once a month before school or on items that you find that you use a lot of, Staff were very helpful

I have been shopping at BJ's for 12 years now. I never had a problem till today.went to use my rewards had a problem. They called for employee to come over to fix the problem she couldn't help so so they called for a manager to help Jason morell took about 10 minutes to find him I already told the cashier how to handle the situation and he comes over with an aggressive attitude telling me that I could leave the store because I had to do his job for him he was mad

I do like to shop at BJ's. BUT!!!! The lines are too long. Especially when you have cold or frozen items.. You need to have more people to run the registers. Self check out is not always the answer!!!

I loved BJs, they always had good prices and coupons made it even better but... now I am completely turned off. They decided to open up 6 days a week at 8am to the elderly which is fine but you have forgotten about your other members who have paid memberships also. I work at a hospital and I HAVE to go to work, most elderly can stay home. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, you finally get Clorox wipes and I waited in line from 845 to 9am to get some, completely sold out to the “elderly”. Easy fix if you cared about the rest of your members, you could have only put out half the pallet to the elderly and had some available to the rest of us. I am completely turned off and I want my membership refunded.

Went to do my weekly shopping yesterday, all the freezers were tied shut, out of service! OK, just called the store to check to see if freezers were back. After listening to all the voice instructions finally pressed 0 and got a person. Asked if freezers were back in service. She didn't know what I was talking about< so I explained. Then she put me on hold. I am still holding after 5 minutes! I will not be renewing my membership!

For a 100 plus membership a year it isn't worth it. We shop and shop and never get our money's worth on rewards. spending over $1000 a month to only get 10.00 in awards.. and the gas omg worse service I've ever seen in any town or state. One day was in line for 45 min.. while employee's just talked to each other or walking around.. thanks God for self check out ... and the gas station down the street by Rita's..

What can I say? It's BJ's. I found everything I was looking for. It's always crowded. I got gas afterwards at a cheaper price. 10/29/2022 edit. Was in the Millville BJs today and a worker walked past us and I about gagged. The bo coming from her(yes, her) was sickening. I was a good 10 feet from her and could smell her.

BJ's is always awesome. We have been members since they opened. I have/had only two gripes. We saw a few freezers with broken handles for almost three years and it was tough to open the doors. For the last couple years things have been good. So I'm hoping new management has resoleved these issues. The second is with corporate. I'm tired of them having someone check my receipt at the door. If they think I'm stealing from them then find a better method. It's worst at busy times and customers are stacked up. I've had some get nasty because they can't see all the items and want me to start moving stuff. Not good when I have two carts jam packed. The best is when I bring in bags and prepack my stuff. I tell them to call the police if they have a problem but I'm not unpacking it. Fix this BJ's. As soon as the competition moves in and fixes this I'm gone! Other then that they are 5 star!

Waited for bakery to change shifts no one back there she was standing in an aisle talking for about 10 minutes while I waited . when she finally came she says to me I will be we with you in a minute hun... Hun? I am old enough to be her mother then she went and got my order a cake to pick up didnt say anything, thank you , or is everthing ok just gave and walked away. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Will not use vineland bakery again!

Store is always out of the same items week after week. Its not rocket science to order more of the products that you are constantly running out of. Never an issue at nearby Bjs stores, its only this Vineland store. Management must be terrible!

Went in worried about carrying everything I needed and walking it out to the car. Anxious about going in in general as I was alone. Trey helped me by not only putting the cases in my cart and into my car but also pushed the cart to the register for me. Thank you! Great prices great service

Tire guy had to many Excuses why he Couldn't do the job right(Some 🐂💩 about them being made on a angle). Had to take To Another Tire Shop just to get my tires balanced right without tearing up my vehicle 🚗

The 1 star was for the tire department, i wont ever recommend anyone to get tire from the vineland location. They are the worst, i would say my bad experience but is to much to say, but I won't definitely ever go there again even if that was the last place to go.

Waiting in like 30 minutes for coldcuts while the three guys just talk with each other instead of helping the customers quicker. Its ridicules that they were at number 34 when we got out number and took them for ever to get to us

Was very happy took my grandkids to the cumberland mall to see santa and they wanted money and not just a few dollars , i feel this is ridiculous thats not what santa is about its about the kids not making money so after arguing, we left and went to BJs and as we were leaving they said take the kids to see santa over there, we were like does it cost they said no and you can take your own pictures and we also take pictures that you can pick up in a few days at no cost. That was wonderful of you BJs that you still believe in the magic of Christmas for the children and not your wallets. It isnt that i couldn't afford it. It was the purpose behind it and im sure there are alot of families who cant afford to pay .

Worse place to work in the world they treat all there employees like trash disrespect everyone pet does it the most doesn't make what you do or how much time you have in they well yell and scream at you for not doing something else wouldn't recommend anyone working there under that management
