My mother came into this Wawa at around 4:00 in the afternoon. She ordered two salads and a cheeseburger from the screen. There was a mix up with the order, and she went back in to get it fixed. Her order was 892, and 891 was just before her. Both orders were made and put into bags, but the stickers were mixed up. So, order 891 had the number 892 on it, and vise versa. She understands that things like this happen, but the first employee that mixed up the order wasn’t the one who remade it. The second employee was rude and very annoyed at the mix up and that the order had to be remade since the person who had 891 took my mom’s order. The second employee wouldn’t give my mom a bag for the remade order after she had asked, so when my mother went to grab it, the cup of salad dressing on top fell off and spilled everywhere. The second employee yelled and blamed my mom for it even though she was just trying to pick up her order. If she was given a bag for her remade order, this incident wouldn’t have happened. She didn’t get back from Wawa for over an hour. Nobody stays at a Wawa for more than 30 minutes at the most. She should have never had to put up with having to prove her order was wrong (when 891 had no salads) and being yelled at over a salad dressing cup after her order had been mixed up. I don’t want to assume anything about the rude employee since I was not there, and I know that having to remake an order is never fun, but yelling at my mom for accidentally spilling a cup of dressing isn’t okay. The food itself once it got home was great.

I stopped in for free coffee this morning, the cashier charged the customer in front of me for her coffee that she paid cash...then realized it was free coffee day & returned her money,she charged me 25% tax on 2 deer park water bottles at $3.00 I questioned the price did she ring it up incorrectly she responded "you gotta pay uncle sam" I wad puzzled by why 75 cents. After work I asked a different cashier what the real tax on water bottles is she said 7% so I explained my experience & she only said "ok" no apology I said you must update your chashiers, they all laughed at me ...never going again I don't trust them

Wawa is a great place for prepared foods that are tasty, sweet, salty, savory, and pricey. That's why I drove here for my friends who love it and today I enjoyed my healthy snacks from home right in the car. Another day that will be me🤣😂

Fueled up car Sunday 4/25/21 at Villas wawa.Looked like a new person who seemed not interested in having to do his job. I gave him a dollar tip and he never said thanks.When I came home I noticed the gas door wasn’t closed properly and when I checked I found the gas cap was not secured at all. He only put it on and never tightened it.Most of the times the service person is friendly and I look to see who’s working . They do a good job, courteous, and hustle.The person last week clearly needs to be trained for the job.

DONT go here if you ever want a hot turkey bowl!! They will never have it. Or the stuffing or sweet potatoes. And this kinda stuff has been going on for months now, and im not buying that covid excuse, all the other wawas have what they need in stock... And the drinks are messed up all the time too. I know its hard and alot of work but people are paying for these things and not getting their money's worth. Ill boost my ratings when they pick up the ball, because they definitely dropped it. But i do want to give a hand to the cashiers here who are always nice and most beyond nice. So thank you to them

i get a double burger with cheese. simple order somehow they always manage to give me one burger when i pay for two or just take forever because they like to have conversations with each other while i’m standing there waiting for the food

Almost always have what I want or need. And the workers are very good at their jobs. They are very helpful and friendly. And some you get to know and end up calling them a friend. It's not just another store but it's a part of this community!!

I just sent my childrens grandmother there. After finding no ice she asked an associate for help, they said they would assist her. She brought her other items out to her car. Upon coming in again, the associate was on register with 2 other employees. She got BACK in line and when got to the register was told she'd have to wait even longer so the patrons BEHIND her could be served. She left and found ice elsewhere. When I called the store the "Manager" was less than apolgetic and hung up on me mid conversation. I had to call back for her name. Congrats Nicole aka "Colie Cal" for ruining her experience at your store! Poor management at its prime example. I will be reaching out to human resources. The staff for this shift needs more training and obviously the "manager" is incapable of handling communication with customers! Maybe have an actual manager instead of "shift supervisors" at night. Such a shame the obvious difference.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Set up to allow you to get in and out as fast as possible, if you want that. Unless super busy you order something then go pay for it and usually waiting for you to pick up immediately.

I'm not one to write reviews, and having worked in customer service oriented jobs my entire life I consider myself very lenient when it comes to my service standards. Today at this wawa I had the worst customer service experience of my life. I've never had anyone be so incredibly rude to me. I'm a vegetarian and I simply wanted a bagel with eggs and cheese. Sizzlis are all made with meat, and there isn't an option on the touch screen to order an egg and cheese bagel, so I kindly asked the girl behind the counter how to place my order. She laughed at me, and proceeded to tell me that I cannot order a sizzli on the touch screen. I told her I was aware, and that I wanted a bagel without meat. She continued to scoff, rolling her eyes, and very condescendingly told me to order at the other counter. So I went down and tried to do so. The woman behind the counter initially ignored me, then without looking at me or facing me asked "what do you want?" I told her, and she shook her head while angrily looking away from me, muttering under her breath. When I requested provolone cheese she had the same reaction. Meanwhile, another employee trying to get behind the counter came up behind me nearly pushing me out of the way. We walked out. I go to wawa almost every day at home, and always have had awesome experiences. These employees put a damper on my vacation. I don't think my requests were unreasonable.

I go to this Wawa everyone I visit Cape May. It is large and clean, and well lit inside and out. They have a great selection of products and sell vas as well. It is very easy to access and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I would like to know when did Wawa start not offering receipts on a general basis and start taxing non-taxable items? And also, why are then not giving me a receipt??This is the second time at the Villas NJ WaWa that I have been charged more then what the items should have been. I use to be asked if I wanted a receipt, and always of course, I do! Now they process the order like a robot without pausing; no receipt, virtually no eye-contact, and no questions to find out if one is needed or wanted. . .I bought two Tastykake Pies and one pint WaWa Light cream today(7/05/2016). The TastyKake pies were two for $2.00 and the WaWa Light cream was listed at $2.29ea. I was charged over five dollars! Why?

Wawa‘s are great they’ve been around for a long time you can get ice cream to gas or a Shorty hoagie or milk and soda they have it all and you don’t have to run to the big store when Wawa has it all And the best coffee around for a good price
