My 1 year old son had just been discharged from Cooper hospital. I dropped off his prescriptions I did take note of the sign on the door. When I went back 2 hour later the pharmacy was closed. I asked the woman at the front of the store if she knew the hours who happened to be the manager. Her name is Deanna Denelsebck. She replied with a very agitated and nasty tone. The hours are on the door. I was confused as to why she was speaking to me in that manner. I only asked the hours. If you don't like your job get a new one. It is not ok to treat people that way.

I was asking the woman that was ringing up my prescription a question because there was an issue with it. She obviously didn't want to bother with me and asked me to leave because she needed to help the next customer. We were not arguing. I was not there that long. We were having a normal conversation. So when she "dismissed" me I was shocked and just walked away. I will not go back. I will have my prescription filled elsewhere. This was embarrassing and extremely unprofessional.

I called to find out if a medication I take was in stock before my doctor sent the prescription in because there has been a supply issue with it for a few months and was rudely told by a pharmacy tech and then the pharmacist that they can't tell me that information because it is a controlled substance, even though I have called before and asked with no problem. I was able to call and ask the CVS in West Cape May with no issue.

absolutely awful customer service from the pharmacist herself. cut off a line of customers because they “close at 7” when the customers were waiting well before closing time. the lack of professionalism from people who are distributing medications that people rely on is unacceptable.

This Pharmacy is a complete mess. I don't mean to be rude but the young colored girl, and the women with the short hair are the only two that have a clue. I went in there Yesterday Monday 11/21, after dropping my prescription off the Prior Monday. I was standing waiting as the short haited lady helped the customer infront of me. I waited until she was done, and she ask HI can I help you. Meanwhile the two Blonde haired women conversated about how their weekend was, as the telephone was ringing with 2 calls. I tell these two women if they evereave CVS, I will be transferring pharmacies also.As far as the rest of the store, I can not comment.

I received a text to pick up 2 prescriptions. The sales clerk told me there was a co pay. She said I did not have insurance, which I do through WellCare supplement with my Medicare. Then I was told I can not pick up today because it was not scheduled with my insurance yet. But I could pay cash for it. Patricia was very abrupt and on the rude side.The only reason I was there was because the text CVS sent. Your computer systems is very poor and I can almost see the anxiety of your clerks. My wife has the same problems. Walgreens is looking better and better.I just tried calling and using your contact form. It did not work. Your service is as bad as your computer software.

Pharmacy is horrible they switched time and date for my presciption 5 times already i am disabled and cannot drive it was on app at being ready at 230 pm then 5 minutes later it was cancelled they told me another 5 days i need medicine for my disabilty i need a ride too get there only reason i had too go there was it was close too my house never had this many promblems in less then 3 months there also waited on phone and hung up many times i have only gotten 3 prescipion already very dissapointed

My family just moved to the Villas from PA. We have always used CVS back home. I will never go to this location again. When the drive thru had 9 cars in it, I decided to go inside. The line at the pharmacy inside had 10 people in it. I waited patiently like everyone else. After 25 minutes I reached the counter. The woman told me my wife's scripts were not ready yet. I explained to her that they had been called in to their pharmacy at 10am the day before ( my wife even called them to verify they recieved them at 11am the day before). She told me they would be ready in about 10 minutes. After waiting an additional 35 minutes I was called to the counter to tell me they were now ready. Although the staff I delt with was friendly the service was inexcusable. This was not our only terrible experience here. Last week my wife called to verify a script for our daughter and she was actually left on hold for 53 minutes before her call was taken. I urged her to hang up several times but she was determined to see just how long they would leave her waiting. I will NEVER go to this location again for anything.

I purchased cereal today and took advantage of a great sale--$1.99 instead of the $5.00 regular price. This CVS was spacious, clean, and well organized. The cashier was friendly and professional, asking if I needed help finding anything.

Unfortunately lost 3 weeks of osteoporosis medication called doctor 1st thing in morning a script was sent i called my insurance company who agreed to pay but CVS just went on telling me my insurance wouldn't pay instead of checking the facts themselves . Now i have to begin the medication again in 3 weeks

Pharmacy has gone completely down hill within 1 month. Online refills are ignored, drive thru was unable to attend to me, autofills were neglected as well. Only way to get scripts now is to stand there and wait so they actually fill them!! Otherwise you're waiting for days. Such a shame.

It normally takes a while to get your scripts filled(they are Always busy and under staffed) but on this occasion I seriously needed my sons nebulizer medication filled asap. It was done within 15 mins of the doctors ordering it.

Pharmacy services have been on a continual decline for the last 12-18 months. Been using this pharmacy since they opened but will be switching. Horrible communication when issues filling a script, days sometimes to fill them, overall terrible.

Thank you to Marie and Erik in the pharmacy. My daughter came in having an asthma attack(she forgot her inhaler) and they quickly got her rx transferred. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
