Natalie is one of four people my dog likes. She always takes the time to warm him up before his appointment with lots of love, pets, and specialized attention. She not only does a great job with his nails but also communicates about anything she notices with his paws and skin issues. Natalie really puts both my dog and me at ease, and I know he’s in good hands with her.

The grooming fir my dog Charly is wonderful he is Standard poodle mixed with Siverian Husky, and he needs his hair totally groomed and bails ,teeth brused, ears clean we love it all the experience!! Thanks Petco for making my favority 125 lbs doggy very happy!!

Recently got my puppy groomed here and Nathalie was fantastic! I’m so happy I found a groomer that I feel comfortable with, that’s also affordable. I’ve taken my pup to Petsmart a couple times & Petco doesn’t even compare! Their customer service is way above Petsmart and overall just a totally different experience. Petco didn’t have that commercial vibe to them. Not once did Nathalie try to upsell any other services or make me feel rushed in any way. Also the grooming was reasonably timed, about 1.5 hours - vs Petsmart taking 4 hours! I’m happy to come here again and I recommend this location for anyone looking to get their dog groomed!

Natalie followed our instructions to the letter. Our Cocker Spaniel looks great. She took very good care of her and helped alleviate her anxiety. We’re definitely coming back.

Great customer service when in person and lovely staff, but to get a hold of someone from any department on the phone is like calling the DMV. No one answers. They hang up, or they tell you they're busy. Busy is ok, but busy from open to close 6 days a week and being unavailable is not an acceptable excuse. Especially the grooming dept. There should be a dedicated receptionist.

I was thrilled I was able TY o schedule an appt the same day. I had to wait 20 min after my 12:00 appt which was frustrating at first bc no one was at the desk to greet me, the one person there was grooming s/o pet. Then the other 2 ladies came in from break put their refreshments down and came back out to address me. They were amazingly pleasant and I felt good about leaving my baby with them. You could tell they loved their work. I was happy with my experience once I engaged with the ladies.I thought they were phenominal

Groomer was 25 minutes late. Manager had no idea who was supposed to be there and that she was late. No one apologized. There was no 7 point at the beginning. Groomer didn't tell me what she did. She barely spoke to me for 5 minutes. She was too busy talking to other employees.
