manager and cashier were laughing and making fun of a special needs child for asking if/where they had bells and they began to mock and make fun of him. Truly disgusted by that behavior...especially from grown adults. SHAME on them. Won’t be shopping here any longer.

pricing for online purchase for in store pickup was 15% cheaper than in store... I showed the associate at the store. They said I would have to purchase it online then wait 15-20min for the order to come through so they could process it. Ridiculous.

A young boy came in walked up to the register and ask the manager and the cashier asked if they sold bells the cashier and manager both replied by laughing at him and said…What? the young child replied yes the kind that ring …well the manger and cashier began to make fun of him even more …listening and looking at the child you could tell that he is on the spectrum…they continued over and over laughing and pointing and looking at each other saying did he just really ask us that .. The young man began to walk off and go through the aisles of the store looking for a bell.

Not crowded at all, easy to get a vax appt, and pretty empty store. Little more aged but lots of space inside and quick staff at the pharmacy.

Filled a prescription here yesterday via their telephone automated service and was told it would be ready by 11:30am that day. My husband goes to pick it up and the pharmacy is closed..??? I call back to confirm that it was in fact this location and the status of the prescription, and was told the same thing via the automated line. Were the pharmacy staff just out to lunch inexplicably? Why was no sign posted about the change in hours? I called again to try to talk to a pharmacist, and was on hold for about an hour being repeatedly told that there was "1 caller ahead of me." Noone ever picked up. The pharmacy never opened that day. Then today I get a text that the prescription is filled and ready for pick-up. We don't live in the area (we only refilled it there yesterday because we were closeby). I call again to talk to pharmacy staff so that they can return the prescription, so that I can get it refilled at a Walgreens near my home. Have now been on hold for an hour - it plays on-hold music for a few minutes, then ringing tone, then sounds like it gets picked-up by someone but then immediately placed back on hold to the on-hold music. There's something really wrong with the pharmacy staff here - are they all just checked-out?? No longer answering calls or bothering to show up??

The cashiers at this Walgreens location are lazy, and disrespectful. I'm waiting on a long line at vauxhall walgreens, and another cashier comes from "washing her hands," and opens another cashier line. The first cashier asked her "Where you been for 20 minutes?" So pls washing her hands for 20 minutes, and then has the nerve to rush us to the counter, probably afraid the mgr. will see a long line, ugh these young people are USELESS!!

If you have to decide between CVS and Walgreens then hands down it's always Walgreens. As for the pharmacy, there's no pharmacist I rather see than Marcus and his team. They are the reason that I choose that specific Walgreens every time I need a prescription. I've really developed a relationship with the staff and I really hope that that pharmacy stays open for as long as possible. The only downside with the Walgreens pharmacy is that it closes now at 7:00 on the weekdays.

I find the associates friendly and helpful. Also, Walgreen's merchandise is less expensive than their nearby competitor. Walgreen's has my business!

Nice staff person at the register (5 stars) but what a disgusting bathroom (0 stars)...reminded me of the ones ‘round back at old gas stations back in the day. Yuck!
