This store is terrible. It is poorly stocked and disheveled. I often go 11 miles out of my way to a better managed Target where things are not locked up. I only go to the Vauxhall store in a time crunch; otherwise, I avoid it.Also, inventory is always inaccurate on the app. Per usual, they never have the items that are listed online as in stock. This Target has been in a state of disarray for years! Photos posted are over a few years span.

I urgently needed to purchase baby formula, but despite my repeated attempts to seek help, none of the employees were willing to assist me. I spent a whopping 25 minutes waiting near the shelf, asking six different employees for assistance, only to be met with rudeness and indifference.The utter disregard for customer needs and the lack of willingness to provide assistance is simply unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such a renowned retailer fail so miserably in basic customer service.

Updating my review. I gave this location 5 stars a year ago. I returned today and it was an absolute disaster. Extremely cluttered, clothes, carts, hanger everywhere. The beauty section was a mess, it looked like what you would think any Target would look like after a Black Friday sale.

I purchased too many of an item. Did not have my receipt but was able to get it from my credit card. Customer service was amazing and I was able to return the items with no problem. Keep up the good customer service.

Do yourself a favor and do not come here, not even for pickup. Every time I come to this store it is in shambles and I’m waiting 30+ minutes when I do curbside order pick up. Against my better judgement I did a curbside pick up here. I waited 20 minutes in my car and there were only two other cars. Finally someone comes out with the order for 1 car. After waiting another 10 minutes I walk in the store and the person doing the curbside pick up is inside helping guests. Even though there was already a cashier helping people. Then I had to wait for someone to help me inside. So after 35+ minutes of waiting I’m told they can’t find my order and have to go on the floor to pick them up. This is the worst Target I have ever been to in my entire life and I have been to a lot of Targets around the country. This is literally the bottom of the barrel of Target.

New to the area and tried this Target for the first time today. EVERYTHING is locked up. Toothpaste? Socks? Detergent? And to make it worse, it takes 10-20 minutes for someone to come open the items locked up. There were lines across the store to check out. Don't come here unless you have 3-4 hours to shop and an hour to wait on line. A waste for a messy store, low stock and poor parking. I walked out and ordered from Amazon.

Despite the efforts of the individual employees who are very polite and are likely going as fast as they possibly can, order pick up at this location especially in the drive up is on average 20-25 minutes. If you go inside the return and pick up line is confusing and long. Overall the guest service's employees look over-worked and miserable. They need to hire more people and based on the amount of people waiting, their business is certainly not suffering; shame on you Target Corporation!

Drive up is a perpetual mess the last couple of times I've been. 40+ min waits, one person working, cars filling every space waiting. Then the person who comes out is fkn pissed, throws items in my trunk doesn't say a word, walks off. I worked retail 6 years, I get it - so I'm not too mad at the employee because clearly they are understaffed, underpaid, and stressed. Unfortunately I rely on pickup for my own reasons but it's becoming worse each time. Target needs to do better and schedule more people instead of giving us a blanket "sorry this is a busy time" message on the app. There is no help option on the app for when no one shows up and you can't run in bc you're thinking that's when they'll come out and you'll miss them. There is no number to call. So frustrating. Oh and thanks for the Starbucks order option but I don't want them spitting in my drink for trying to use another offered "service". Hopefully the workers get more hours and the help they need, especially in the winter months.

Okay, so I understand this target is in the ghetto but seriously whoever is running this place has some loose screws. What was the point of locking up all of the hygiene products when there is only 5 at most staff here. If this was the solution to stealing there should be more associates present to help retrieve these items.

Terrible customer service. They checked a price online. Instead of looking at the gondolas. IM not coming back anymore. I'll stick with E Hanover. Everything with a locked key wastes a lot of time to sell you a soap or deodorant, call them to open the door and give you the product in your hand.

Whether in store or using the drive up service this location continues to disappoint. Much of the staff cannot be bothered to show any concern for their customers. Lines wrap around the store with only one person at the counter or other times with six people behind the counter gabbin. The drive up used to run smoothly but recently I’ve counted over 15 cars waiting with no one coming out for the deliveries. The past two drive ups I’ve waited over 30 minutes before canceling and trying again or going inside only to be treated like a nuisance. I’ve called their HR department, and I’ve looked and waited for the general manager to no avail. This place needs desperate, help and proper training of its employees.

This used to be my favorite target and in the last year or so it has gone so downhill. There are hardly any registers open and lines are long, everything is behind locks and it takes forever to have someone show up to help you, and the store just constantly feels dirty and in disarray.

I feel bad, but the customer service is really terrible. Unfortunately, I had to ask four different employees to help me find one single specific cable that I needed for my computer. The first three just shrugged and pointed me towards the tech department worker. That worker had a line about six people long, I finally asked one more employee and showed her the item on their website, and asked her to look it up in the system, and then she was able to find it. I’ll just go home and order it online next time because there’s no way it should take that long to find help. about half the items were out of stock too or locked behind a glass case that nobody will come and help you unlock, even if you press the button.

In some areas, the store is crowded and overwhelmed by customers and the check lines are often very long. Stuffs are also not well arranged and all over the place. It's clean overall and the prices are affordable.

Couple of months later: even worse than the last time around, so probably the last time I ever go to this store. Again: only one register open on a Sat!?!?!?~~~This has always been a very poorly run Target store with major inventory issues and lots of things being out of stock. Now it is getting even worse: lots of things locked up, and with poor staffing, it takes forever to have somebody come unlock the cabinets. And on a Sat morning - prime time for shopping - they have literally one checkout lane open. Are they intentionally pushing shoppers to Amazon???

Prices have gone up some but that’s everywhere. They are getting better designers which costs a bit more. Get what you pay for. Go to Walmart if you want real cheap and breaks in a week!!!!

I understand that theft in this location is high, but why do I have to wait 20-30mins for someone to unlock the baby milk. When you find an associate they tell you they have a key but that’s not there area. One associate said if you can’t find someone, then come back to me and I’ll help you.

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes for someone with a key to open a locked cabinet - whilst 10+ other employees passed, but didn't have the keys. Then waited 20 minutes to check out due to long lines at self checkout and the manager wouldn't open more than two regular lanes, even while she was just standing around reminding people in line that the two registers were open.

Walked in and right back out at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. Self checkout line was a least 20 long and only 2 of those registers open. Regular registers that were open had crazy long lines. Parking lot littered with carts. Worst managed target I’ve ever seen has been getting much worse in recent months

Absolutely disgraceful location vs the Union Target on rt22. If mobile pick up is a part of your business model moving forward, how about you add some pickup spots like EVERY OTHER TARGET? GM should be fired for that alone. How are you going to have people blocking traffic waiting for orders?Then in top of that, you're waiting 15+ minutes for the actual order to come out. I COULD HAVE GONE INTO THE STORE MYSELF IN THAT TIME. Wipe the entire management team and try again, Target corporate.

This target location gets worse and worse every week.There’s never any staff working, and when there is, they are likely texting away on their cellphones.The exchanges and returns area has no sense of urgency and no understanding of what a customer service is.All of the bathroom and toiletry supplies are locked away so you feel like a criminal while you’re shopping, and the checkout lines extend to the back of the store.To top it all off, you get harassed by people trying to sell you a new phone plan every time you walk into the store.No, we don’t want to buy everything on Amazon, but this is where its heading if target can’t get their act together.
