Left on hold for 15 minutes total, while being transferred back and forth between the store and the garden center. All I wanted to know was if English ivy was available in the Fall. You might have just said "I don't think so, but if you don't mind waiting on hold, I will double check." Very unhappy with customer service.

It's a big 'un. It is their largest store, has a pretty good selection, and the folks are usually pretty nice.That would get them four stars from me.They also do kids' classes on the weekends to earn little badges, and my daughter loves those. We used to go on the weekend and grab breakfast at the Dunkin Donuts in the store and build our birdhouse or fire truck or flower pot.Nice to see them integrating the community at a big box store.

This became my favorite HD a few years ago! Very likely because there is a DD in the store (though lately it has NOT been kept very clean) I would sip and shop. * I divert... This HD is a pleasant place to shop. The customer is pretty good, some departments better than others.Paint👍👍👍Hardware 👍👍Lighting 👍👍Garden Center 👎No one knows anything about plants!Customer service is so important! Some employees could use a peptalk!It's the HD I prefer. I'll be back.

The garden center is a total sham. They sold me a blue orchid with fine print that, when it blooms again, it will be white. Home Depot should be ashamed of such shady business practices.

Whenever I visit my family in the neighborhood I like to stop by. This store has items that I have not seen or been able to get at other HD"s
