Food was fine. Halfway through our meal a guy smelling of marijuana (which we could smell 15 feet away) walked through the door and walked directly to the kitchen where I guess he was starting his shift. Not comfortable with the idea that someone who is high is making my food. We had ordered milkshakes. The staff forgot all about them until we asked. There was only one other patron there so, no reason for them to forget our order when they just took it.

We got in right before closing, and the staff was still super friendly and got us our food really quickly!Always enjoy Five Guy's food, and this run was no exception. I would definitely recommend hitting these guys up if you're in the area!

I recently visited Five Guys and was thoroughly disappointed by my experience. Right from the outset, the staff's nonchalant attitude towards customers set a poor tone. What particularly caught my attention was the lack of personal hygiene, especially the staff's unkempt fingernails, which was off-putting.The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The soda and condiment area was swarming with gnats, creating a very unhygienic environment. This was further compounded by the state of the bathrooms, which were nothing short of disgusting.To make matters worse, the tables were dirty and created an unwelcoming atmosphere for dining. It's clear that there's a severe lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service, which reflects poorly on the management. The owners need to take a more active role in overseeing the operations and ensuring basic standards are met.Unfortunately, my experience was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing out my food and leaving the restaurant. It felt like I had just donated $18 to a place that doesn't value its customers or their dining experience. This visit was a total letdown and has discouraged me from returning in the future.

Great first five guys experience! Everything I hoped for from Five Guys. Solid burgers, free peanuts, cold beverages, and fresh cut fries. Only critiques are I ordered a large fries and I was expecting it to be bigger but its still a good amount. Then when I ordered another fries I asked for well done but it didn't seem much different

been going to five guys for years since i was a kid, and it hasn't changed a bit.ALSO LOOK HOW MUCH FRIES THEY GIVE YOU??!Kid-friendliness: there's always a corkboard, card, and crayons for the kids to draw on and post messages.

I wish no stars was available to place a review. The fact they got our order wrong wasn't the problem, it was them ridiculing us for coming to them to correct the bacon they left off of 4 burgers. On our way out they laughed and yelled,"oh you're leaving? Thank God!" I stood there to let them know that I heard them and they stopped when they realized that I will stand up for my family and me. I mean I had a 6 year old with me too- like really?! You are going to conduct yourself like that in a business and in front of customers and children? I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied with this place and will NEVER GO TO ANY 5 GUYS EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

Five guys is great although the prices seem to have doubled. A small cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger with sautéed onions, small fries and a small vanilla shake was like $35 bucks. Food is great and so is the service but to sit and eat there is not one of my favorite things to do—what with all the shouting among the workers about who’s here for pickup and yelling the order to the others doesn’t make it very enjoyable to sit in and eat. But the food is GREAT. That’s what’s important.

There is always a wait for takeout orders because they bag the fries fresh right before pick up. Consistent quality. Shakes take even longer. Good option if you are craving burgers and want them fast.

A burger with fries and a shake! This place is a perfect blend of speed, convenience, quality and budget.Not for those on diets or with peanut allergies, but for the rest of us that enjoy a good burger Five Guys is fantastic.Warning the french fry portions are enormous. A small feeds a family of four and I can only imagine a large can feed a small army.

In the summer of 2022, I experienced diarrhea after consuming my meal from here, reported it and the manager (?) said I would be getting a gift card or something as compensation in the mail. It never came. Now as recently as a few weeks ago, I got a burger that was raw in the middle, sent in a complaint. Heard nothing of it and followed up and the agent said the location had sent a gift card out… never got it. Why lie? The manager (?) emailed me and I asked for a refund and never got a response back. What a shady location.
