My dog went in for a grooming. I purchased the luxury package, and for the first time ever, my dog haircut looked terrible. Lets start off by saying the sanitary area not trim correctly, haircut all around body uneven i could the patches of the machine ,teeth weren't clean ears weren't clean so I pretty much wasted my hard earned money on someone who didn't do there job correctly . LISTEN I am definitely not the type to leave a review, but after I went home and got my composure, I didn't want to spazz out. I must say that for the price I paid, this should've never happened. I'm not trying to say all groomers in this place are bad. But deff the person who groomed mines need alot of more training. I would never everrrr go to this petsmart grooming ever again first and last.

This location is an aquarium lover's nightmare. I went with the intention of setting up a new 10 gallon freshwater tank.First I walked past the betta graveyard and almost cried. Most of them were dead or dying. Their cups were all filled with algae and some type of bacterial bloom. Their water has probably never been changed and who knows the last time they were even fed.Then I went to the back of the store to see what fish they have for sale in the tanks. Well all the tanks were infested with green algae. Some were so bad you couldn't even see the fish in the tank. I'll never buy a single fish from here with such horrible water conditions.There were 3 staff members all talking together about something they found in the store that smelled so bad and was covered in flies.I'll be buying my fish at petco where you can at least see what fish are in the tank.

Wow. Where should I begin. So I had an appointment with groomer Gaby for my baby Prince at 1:30PM on 12/29/23. Upon arrival Gaby and I begin to discuss Prince type of cuts she wanted him to have(Gaby) I then explained to her that I want that type of style and can I pay extra for the dematting since she stated that he had a little mating. Gaby then told me NO and insisted that I take Prince back home several times. Well that's when Sara the Senior groomer begin yelling, speaking very unprofessional telling me she's the Senior Groomer and that they need to take up for each other. Whole time she has absolutely nothing to donwith his grooming. I askednhernSara manybtimesnto not speak to me and to get maneger Sara then told me to go find her!!! And proceeded to speak to the staff in Spanish I asked if she can please speak in English and she shouted that's Racists..WOW Im a Black woman who does not speak nor understand Spanish yet Sara thought it was okay to speak spanish about me to her co workers. But said my statement of asking her to speak English is racist!!!! Speaking in Spanish in front of customers who suppose to entrust their dog with you, while your creating a very hostile environment.NOT GOOD BUSINESS....Well the maneger Atika walked in and of Course Sara the Senior grooomer was still yelling to the point the Maneger asked her several times to please be quite while trying to de-escalate the situation. Atika and I left the area and can still hear Sara yelling and the others laughing. THIS BEHAVIOR FROM AN EMPLOYEE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE DISTURBING AND DISAPPOINTING AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED, i hope this isn't the practice that petsmart deems appropriate. I have recorded my encounter.

I left almost in tears.They gave my dog back to me wet.They kept my dog for 4 hours. I’m pretty sure grooming does not take that long and my assumption is that they just kept him in a crate in the back.She also cut his golden hair. I did not tell them to cut anything.It’s frightening. Please don’t take your dog here for grooming.

Do not take your pet to this Petsmart or any Petsmart for grooming. As a new dog mom I took my 4 month old cockapoo for a much needed trim and this was the worse mistake I could have ever made. If my dog would not allow them to cut her hair they should have simply called me and let me know; instead they scissor cut her hair uneven and a lot shorter than asked for. To add salt to the wound they have you pay before seeing your dog & tackled on a $10 special handling fee. I could have personally cut her hair much better for a lot less. There was 0 love and effort put in. I will never ever ever take her to any Petsmart again. For reference purposes the individual who groomed her was Tati D. I’ve added before and after pictures.

They are raciest to cats, had three different appointments, they never seen the cat, and made arrangements from my job to get her there,and had to experience nothing but excuses,why she couldn't be seen, will also cancel my insurance. $50 dollars a month for this type of treatment!!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

This review is specifically for Gaby. I’ve taken my dog to her for my dogs nail trims as he does not let anyone do it. Sure enough she managed to take care of my dog. I definitely recommend her as she is nice and seems to be the preferred groomer at this location.

2nd and sadly last time i will be shopping here, waiting on line to make a purchase the associate clearly seeing that i'm wating for her to take care of the person in front of me. when she finishes with the other customer she proceeds to walk away right past me and pretends to be busy doing something else. at this point i just put everything back on the shelf and simply walked out. I'd rather spend my money at the local mom and pop pet store than come here to a big chain pet store and get treated as if my business is not wanted. if i could give this employee a review i would go in the negative numbers. I would recommend customer service training 101. The foundation of any business and the face of that business is your customer service rep, if your customer service rep fails to engage a customer in a contructive, meaningful dialogue to assertain the customer's immediate and future needs as well as make them feel as if their business is wanted and appreciated sadly in this case the employee did just that. i will refrain from visiting this store or any of the sister stores nor would i recommend any of them...

Bought my mutt in for a wash and wax , she came out smelling so clean! Took her home I don't she was happy so she rolled around in mud. Either way they treated her well. She doesn't like other dogs and she is timid with new people. They took that into consideration and I appreciate it greatly. Not many groomers understand 120 pounds of stubborn and excessive shedding. I appreciate it she will return soon.

It's petsmart, calm down. My mother was greeted not me which I prefer I'm awkward like that. Someone adopt those cats there so sweet! The cat lady seemed to do well with them which put me at ease as a bystander. Saw dogs being groomed pups being trained, very chill environment. Love that! Saw a giant hamster that could use a good home she was quite sweet, and a few more lil mama's and papas that need a good loving home. All in all standard well served place.

"The grooming department leaves much to be desired. I should have trusted my gut and cancelled the appointment upon arrival. When I walked in, I sensed a pointed lack of care or warmth from the staff. Sure enough, when I picked up our dog, her hind legs were still dirty, and her nails poorly trimmed with sharp edges. From her stressed demeanor and eagerness to leave the store immediately, I suspect that she may not have received very good treatment. The bottom line is that the grooming staff are not the best people for the job, and I will not trust our pets with them again.

Prices are usually pretty good. Also the groomers are great. They don't cut your dog when you bring them in for a shave.

Sara R has been grooming Abby for a few months now. Abby loves her. She is wonderful, friendly, gentle and caring. She always does a great job with Abby. Abby looks beautiful, fluffy and smells really nice when I pick her up. Overall excellent experience each time.
