First time visit yesterday .... great service, tasty ice cream, good variety, bright & clean shoppe. Normally, I would look forward to my next visit. BUT ... FEES FOR USING CREDIT/DEBIT is insane. It is a flat $1.00 charge per transaction. That's 10% for a $10 charge. Too many establishments are using these fees as added income and because customers do not say "no". This is a dishonest practice and for that reason will not return. I have ice cream choices.

Huge variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and cones to choose from. Not to mention the delicious shakes; customer service is excellent and they have outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy your treat

Definitely recommend! Easily one of the best soft serves in the state!Lots of different flavors and combos to choose from. Soft serve, hard ice cream, or Italian ices available!Seating inside and outside which is nice. Small parking lot in the back.

I am updating my review.I had the pistachio ice cream. EH! It doesn't taste the same as before. However, I love the touch of almond flavor. I don't like the Butter Pecan Ice cream. I will try the Ube next time.

Best creamy, homemade ice cream. Excellent choice of flavors. I had a scoop of chocolate chocolate chip scoop of blackberry on a waffle chocolate crunchy cone. Omg! Owner is professional, friendly and stayed cool when 52 coworkers and I walked in. She was as lovely as her shop.

Wow this place is so delicious! I love the oat milk ice cream and the cookies and cream oat milk one as well! So delicious and light, also their cannoli flavor is amazing!!! The owner Jo is literally the best! She’s the sweetest and always there talking to customers and even scooping ice cream for the customers and she talks about the flavors in depths. I love this ice cream shop it just has that old school feel to it!

This is a second year we had an ice cream cake done for our baby. Both cakes were amazing. This year they blew us away with the design. Our two year old loves train. We brought a small train candle holder to be used on top of the cake. We talked to the owner and he read our mind. He suggested to draw train track. And he did so much more. The cake was so beautiful! And tasty too. We highly recommend Magic Fountain Union Creamery.

The ice cream was great and my son enjoyed it, but he and my wife had to watch young children behind the counter with their hands in their pants scratching their butts and not washing their hands. This is not something I or anyone wants to see happening around food that we have to eat. I’m sure the owner can rectify this behavior moving forward.

This is my go to place! The staff are very helpful when trying to decide on a new flavor of icecream. The owner is AMAZING!!! My fiance and I adore her!!!!

5/9/22 Best small batch/Craft ice cream in the area. They have unique and classic flavors. This place offer both indoor seating, and outdoor as well.They also make Milk shakes that are delicious. Parking lot in rear of building or street side.

Delicious ice cream flavors, lots of different ice cream cones to choose from, indoor and outdoor seating, kitschy decor inside. Our toddler never finishes her ice cream cones until coming here! The ice cream is so creamy and delicious. I highly recommend this place for ice cream that is better and different from your typical ice cream shop.

I treated my little niece to an ice cream cone. I had a small sundae. The cost was $15.00!!! (and some change). It's a nice place & the service was great but the prices are too high.

I absolutely love this ice cream shop. The employees are friendly and professional. The ice cream is top notched and doesnt make your stomach bubble gurgle and gas up like the other local spots. I speak so highly of the place many of my friends go here as well. They have a vast array of flavors and vegan options as well.

Love their ice cream. Recently celebrated my partners birthday and they made a beautiful, delicious hard ice-cream cake for us. Even though there was only 4 of us because of this pandemic, I had no problem finishing this cake off! The fudge in the middle was the best part, too. And everyone that works there is very kind and friendly. I feel much better giving my money to a small business VS some corporation. Plus the quality was over the top. Thank you guys, for staying open and helping us celebrate!

My wife and I stopped in for a couple of cones pretty late. Staff was very friendly and didn't mind letting me try a few flavors before I settled on one. Selection of flavors was robust and I liked the choices of flavored waffle cones. Both ice cream and cone were excellent. Very recommended.

I absolutely enjoyed their ice cream. The menu is huge with so many options from ice cream to shakes and sundaes. I had the cookie dough and oreo flavor with hot fudge. It was so good. Workers are nice and friendly. It could get busy. We went on a monday night in August and we waited in line for like 10 minutes. Be sure to sit outside when you visit. They have a nice outdoor seating area.

My son and I like to go there after dinner. If is a handy place with parking on the street. There is never a line, so you can order right away.They always have the sugar cones we like. Sometimes they scoop the bottom of the container onto the top of the next. It's not so nice to get that older ice cream, but somebody is going to, I guess.The price is very reasonable for good size scoops.It's clean and peaceful, but the place looks a bit run down. Too bad, because it is such a pleasant treat to get a freshly scooped ice cream cone, then go sit and eat it together. They should make it look more cheerful inside.Go get yourself an ice cream or a gelato or a sundae. You deserve a treat, don't you?

Home made ice cream. Need I say more? Let's start out with the perks especially those with kiddos. There's parking! Plenty of outdoor seating but limited inside. Jo was simply the best. She knew every flavor and was extremely helpful. Simply just as sweet as the ice cream!They have a variety of flavors, some ices and soft serve. Our picky kids ate their entire ice creams (that never happens) and the adults enjoyed the creamy flavors like chocolate chip brownie, cannoli, banana and maple walnut.We will absolutely be returning to this gem of a place!!The only negative honestly is the seating could be improved on the inside. For the ice cream lovers who love to eat it on a cold rainy day. Lol
