Typical Best buy store. A lot of products you can buy and games. Mostly electronics though. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.I have also serviced my phone there a few times and it always was a nice, quick and helpful experience. Just make sure you book an appointment although you don't have to.

Went to buy a TV today and I was being helped by Tom, his knowledge of TV’s, surround sounds and everything in between was incredible! His service was amazing! It’s so hard to get good service in these big box stores. But, Tom made the experience very good and I’ll be going back to him.

Great job by Kevin and Crew from choosing Computer parts to building out my desktop. Patience and lending their product knowledge made it a success for me. Hassle free but more Importantly, stress free. They are skilled and Bridge the gaps of what I didn't know. Your Tech Team is great, and keep that Culture going. Terrible geek squad department if you make an appointment it does not matter because i have been sitting here 50 minutes and cannot be helped until a specific Apple person can order the correct part. I just need someone to order a new part of my phone and I am not being helped when they are aware my appointment was at 5:40 and continue to help people that arrived after me. So disappointed wish I just sucked it up and went to the Apple store instead of a Best Buy. It has now been almost an hour after typing this out. Do better.

I get the sense stores like this might indeed be on their way out. There were not many customers in the store when I visited. There were not many employees either. It takes a bit to accomplish a task. If you have to get something from their storage area, you might have to wait a bit. In our case, we went to purchase one of the new Samsung Frame TVs. On our first visit, we were happy to learn that the person who assisted us was not working on commission, so his answers to our questions were very honest and helpful. We appreciated that and decided we would return the very next day after making plans for the TV we had, which had just died. When we returned the next day, the price was reduced! This was fantastic! It took a bit of time to process everything but we took our TV home and put it together. Sadly, after we mounted it on the wall, the television wouldn't turn on! We called customer service and tech support. Finally, Samsung suggested we take it back to Best Buy since we had just bought it that day. Again, we made another trip to Best Buy. We did get a replacement TV and the person at customer service was happy to open the package for us and let us confirm that the TV would actually work! He did this without hesitation, without complaint, without any change in attitude. I really appreciated that. Sometimes people act like they just cannot be bothered. I can say that everyone we encountered was very nice.

I love this Best Buy and never had any problems with the services in the past 18 years. However, today my husband and I went to place an order for a stove Refrigerator and microwave for our new house, and the service was horrible. The Guy was philippine name is JAY…looked like he didn’t want to be there today he was very Moody. Jay didn’t want to Waite on us, because it was a big order he said …saying someone will come help us. After waiting 40 mins he helped two other people, so my husband went to speak with a manager he was very helpful. They placed the order and we left. I don’t think he should be working in the appliance section due to the fact your dealing with customers, You have to have patience and do not rush your customers like he did us today.

This location is understaffed with no one to help. I did all the research myself while in the store. Then when it came time to purchase the tablet, I clicked on the QR code for store pickup. I waited, and the employee told me it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes passed and my tablet arrived.Sadly the store clerk was not there. Another attendant was there, and asked if he could help. When he saw the product and I explained to him that I just wanted to pay for it, he stated “ I don’t want to mess with any transactions you did prior, you will have to wait for the guy to come back”.In another ten minutes I was able to find the same product on Amazon for the same price. I purchased it on Amazon, and exited the store promptly.Sadly time wasted when I could have just been at home and ordered the product online.If stores are going to get people back into the structures, they better learn how to retrain their staff.Tuck in your shirts, speak proper English, and make transactions.Ineptitude and improper training is the downfall of a good business.

Disappointing Service for Car Electronics InstallationI visited the Best Buy in Union, New Jersey, with an appointment scheduled a month in advance to have a DIN radio and a backup camera installed in my car. My experience was far from satisfactory.To start: I called BestBuy and was given advice on what parts to buy, and made sure everything worked. Upon my arrival, I was greeted not with assistance, but by an extremely unhelpful and arrogant staff member who wouldn’t even give me his name. Despite having made an appointment and purchasing the recommended parts from Best Buy specifically for my vehicle, the staff member outright refused to even consider the installation. His immediate response was a flat "no," followed by a refusal to look at the parts or my car.What was more frustrating was his attitude throughout the interaction. He was dismissive and arrogant, offering no helpful advice or alternatives. His only explanation was citing "Best Buy liability" and the need to "certify their work," which was confusing and contradictory given that these were parts recommended and sold by Best Buy for my specific car model.This experience was not only a waste of my time as I drove an hour there and paid tolls, but also left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I had expected a professional service, especially after following their guidance on purchasing the parts. Unfortunately, this visit only resulted in disappointment and frustration.

This local Best Buy is definitely on the low end. The store is in need of some upkeep with numerous carpet stains and terribly dirty air vents. Honestly it seems as if it’s closing soon, the shelves are often pretty empty and it’s always under staffed. The associates who are working all seem to be fulfilling online orders and don’t really offer any help to costumers. Like most stores Best Buy is trying to move more into online shopping so they don’t carry much here like movies and cameras. I’ve waited over 30min for help from an associate on multiple occasions. The best thing about the store is the geek squad service, they seem pretty knowledgeable and are quite informative. If you need to go to a Best Buy I’d take the extra time to go to the one in Bridgewater, it’s much nicer and better in every way.

Mello is the best helper!!!If you have any questions, and concerns she is amazing. I went in to get ox for my husband and she was so helpful and doesn’t judge because I had no idea on what I was looking for and I was scared to judge but not with her!!!So welcoming too!!Then two days after I went back and brought a keyboard and mouse for the pc and she was helpful too. I didn’t want anyone else to help me beside her!!!!Definitely recommend asking for her

This is a beautiful old theater where I have seen many concerts. They have recently added on and updated the theater, making it nicer. Parking can be difficult, so get there early to avoid a long walk.

The store was stocked with the item I needed. However, the staff were talking in the middle of the floor and did not ask if I needed assistance. I asked, if there was anyone available.The associate guy that assisted was not customer service oriented but served a purpose.

I was at the best buy location in Union, and i wanted to buy a laptop and i was waiting in line for more than an hour just to ask an representative. After all of that wait, they didnt get me what i wanted plus they took the customer after me before me and didnt even take care of what i wanted. Very unqualified representatives and managers, very rude, and very useless with the number of staff that they have. They dont know about the kind of technology they are trying to sell because after i asked her for a laptop then she gave me a different laptop with a different brand.

This review is few months late. I Initially went to the Bridgewater store to pick up a Nintendo Switch because online showed stock. Upon arrival I was told they don't have any in stock sometimes inventory doesn't show correctly. Then I was told Union store has it in stock and the games you are looking for. I said ok. The employee said I can ring you up here and you can pick it up in Union. I said please check stock or call them up to make sure. Employee said they had plenty and kept insisting. I proceed to checkout then drove all the way to union 40mins. Enter the union store no one says hi or anything. I see a bunch of managers hanging out near the entrance all laughing having fun. I continued to walk to pick up area. An employee at the pick up area scans my barcode, didnt even check my Id, told me we don't have it in stock. I saw a few Nintendo switches right behind in the stock area. The employee calls one of the the manager that was having alot of fun at the entrance and she comes and I explain the situation and I told her if there is anything you can do as drove 40 mins from Bridgewater and they said item was in stock and insisted on purchasing. She said no. She didn't even bother checking other stores. Was very rude. I told her I was going to file a complaint she said go ahead. It is unfortunate that Best Buy has managers like this working. These managers getting paid to stand around and laugh. Last time I enter Bestbuy store. To cancel my order I had to go through a hassel calling customer service and my return took almost weeks to complete back to my card and had to call in multiple times to customer service since order was not fulfilled. Of course they cant return my $300+ dollars immediately because there is an issue with fulfillment. BestBuy is not what it was like 10 years ago. I had a similar experience in Bridgewater and East Brunswick. I ended up in the Manalapan store called ahead and told them to please put it on side which is what the Bridgewater store employee should have done to check and then the union manager should have for customer service check another store or have it shipped to the union store or to my house but instead gave me no options.The Manalapan employee also asked for my ID said hello and have a nice day. Overall spent 5hrs driving and in stores to Bridgewater to Union to Manalapan and back.

Needed to buy some SD cards and was able to enter , ask a sales clerk for help, was pointed in the right direction and they had a decent selection of cards which is not common in these days of supply chain issues. I paid quickly and was on my way. Great service

This Union Best Buy is always well organized and stocked. I like to come here while my gets serviced to kill some time and end up purchasing something just about every time. Their displays are well thought out and eye catching. Their customer service team is on point!

Worst service promise here, security guard, manager and the guy at the phones section are at the wrong place. If the manager don’t give the keys of the phones storage, nobody could get the unlocked phones. All the waste long time me and other customer were waiting for and they said “sorry we don’t have stock”. Ohhhhh my god what a diligence back there !!!It is definitely unattended, I won’t come back never to this location. Todo extremely Poor experience for Latinos. We went forward to Best Buy Vauxhall location is the best in service so we could get the item and awesome service

I went to the Best Buy here three times. The first time I needed to verify my identity to use my credit card. That’s understandable. The second time when I actually made the transaction I got all the way home and received a broken TV. I go back the same day within an hour and received yet another broken TV. Never again

Came here to get a Google tablet. There were none in stock at any Best Buy in the area, so the employee helped me order and get it shipped to my house. Thank you to the girl with the same zflip as me and the purple case with random guys' names stuck on it. You're an awesome and helpful person who went above and beyond ☆

They are not friendly, you are not greeted when entering the store, when you need info,or help there is no associate for assistance, and the prices are outrageous !!!!! I were running an errand for someone, I will never shop at the location and NC.location for me.!

It was very hard to get assistance. When I did, the first young man was very helpful and attentive to my needs as well as his associate. They needed more help. I did get what I needed. But the items I needed were not the items that were on sale as advertised. He went on the product website to better assist me.
