Jarvis Marine brokered my boat this past summer (2023) and my experience in dealing with them was an extremely positive one. From the girls in the office to the guys in the yard, everyone was accommodating and very friendly. Tom went way over and above in preparing my boat for sale. Issues arose at the sea trial and Tom resolved all issues and again went over and above to be sure the buyer was getting a boat that was in top notch condition. When it was time to pay my bill, the charges were very fair in-fact, there were several items Tom did not charge me for, including putting gas in the gas tank! Bravo Jarvis, you have a customer for life!

2019 shook hands on a motor price and 2 weeks later said he cant get that motor. That's when the fun started. price went up 3500 i didn't care cause they said my payment wouldn't change and it didn't but every 2 wees they kept telling me they needed more money to put down, and i kept feeding them money, i just wanted my boat back. 8 months to get this done ,mean while my garage kept trailer got pummeled with salt water and its not galvanized, every time i went there the cover was off and the rod lockers were filled up with water, they said it was my cover . Not... i told them to plug my boat in and they did not, killed all my batteries and the wanted to sell me knew ones . i had blue top glass mat, old yes but still ran trolling motor for two day without charging. some one rammed into the front of my trailer causing damage. everytime i went there parts all over my carpet with grease and dirt on the carpet and foot prints with grease in them. total disrespect from the start . non returned phone calls were my biggest problem. everything that i said and has been documented with pictures and phone records.

Well lets just say he doesn’t pay attention to stuff. he literally put the fuel line of our outboard on the flywheel and thank hod I caught it in time because the flywheel rubbed on it and it started leaking fuel and could have started a fire. he didn’t even realize. and he charged like $800 for a carb clean when he didn’t even adjust the carb. You may have a good experience but i’m just saying we could have burned alive because of him

Brought my boat in to be winterized last year and the woman at the counter, Barbara, was very friendly and helpful. Winterized and shrink wrapped very reasonably priced. Went back in spring this year and again was very satisfied. Staff is great. Love the big dogs who were friendly to me, just don't carry anything in your hands or they want to steal it!

I get everything I need from Jarvis. From Tom explaining everything and giving professional advice with the parts and service I have done on the boat to calling in and Barbara getting me everything I need over the phone ready to pick up. By far the most personable and professional place to deal with. I have them on speed dial and they always come through.

I was looking for info on the best prop for my 2017 MayCraft Cape Classic 2000 with a Yamaha F150 and looked up MayCraft dealers. Jarvis is 250mi away from me and looked like it may be a good dealer. Late yesterday I emailed them with my boat and motor info asking what prop they would use. Early this morning Tom Jarvis responded and we shared a few emails about my question and now I feel comfortable with the best prop for me. Most businesses that you ask for info from, especially far away with little chance of getting your business, will not respond so quickly or not at all.I would say that Jarvis must be a first class business and would be worth giving your business to. I wish I lived closer.

Nice job making your work truck cool. Blasting black smoke so people can't see on the GSP. I am sure that is DOT approved. Unprofessional is the best I can say.

I was in the market for a New Boat so I went to the Boat show! I purchased a 20ft Clearwater from Tom but after buying this Boat my experience went down hill from there. There were Multiple things that were wrong with the boat that still are not fixed! The boat was with them all winter with a list of items to repair and they are still not fixed. They have the worst customer service in the Tuckerton area.
