Would have liked to have stayed here. Online they were showing 50% off for April 5-7 but when we called to book for March 25-28 they asked for full price. I questioned the logic in not giving the discount for our dates but no budge. $85 way too much to simply hook up our self contained RV in the off season when there are no amenities.

This campground is very nice, quiet during the week. The weekends are loaded with family friendly activities. The campground workers are very nice, answer any questions you have and suggest great dining options if you want to go and explore the area. The workers that keep the camp looking as good as it does are wonderful, garbage collected, road smoothed out from those big rigs coming and going. I would definitely be back and recommend this campground.

We drove through the campground to see if we might want to stay there in the future. I loved the drive to the campground - long quiet road, surrounded by trees! Many of the seasonal sites seem to be on the older side but most seemed to be reasonably well cared for. We would consider staying here in the future.

This campground made me more irritated than it did relaxed. We left a day early, not at the fault entirely of the campground, but for a window being stuck open on my truck. This campground is pure sand. But not just any sand, a sand mixed with dirt that really does a fine job of sticking to literally everything. There are large black ants everywhere. This isn't the owners fault, or really anyones, but just a heads up. They were all over our ez up bug netting, our camper, and in the camper. The pool itself was dirty. The grounds crew definitely takes care of the area, but not the pool. Otherwise, the only positive would be the brief interaction with the staff and the amount of activities. All in all, I don't think it's worth close to what they are charging.

Wow, just wow. Was a good location to visit mom from. Unfortunately, the staffer that checked is in was uninformed that we had two reservations back to back. After we booked, we got an email for Site 106 for the first part. We had to book the remaining days on a second booking. Our site was change without our knowledge. The stage then told us someone combined our stay to one site and told us we didn't have to move. A couple days later we went to tour the beach area over one hour away with our v87 year old mom. Immediately upon parking we received a very hostile and threatening call from a woman saying she was the owner and we had to immediately move our rig. Accusations were flying that we had better move it now. Of course, it felt sickening to be so far away from our rig to tour Mom's favorite spot and were verbally abused and told to return at once. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I don’t think there are enough words to explain how truly amazing this campground is! I’ve been to many campgrounds growing up and this one by far takes the cake! The cleanliness is nothing short of fantastic! No matter where you look, staff is cleaning from the moment you wake up to the time you call it a night. We stayed in the Lodge cabin and it was beautiful! This is the first cabin we have stayed in where they supplied pots, pans, silverware, dishes, toaster, etc. for the kitchen area! They had activities planned all day to keep you busy (shoutout to Lisa who made our stay fun. She was so friendly and welcoming) and delicious food! Their Sunday breakfast is to die for! I will definitely be back! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made you feel welcome at all time! I just don’t have enough words to truly explain how wonderful this campground is! You can tell them love what they do!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Shore Pines. As a family of 8 we sometimes find it difficult to find accommodations, but the staff here were very helpful and we had a great time. We also have a HUGE rig and they were able to fit us in no problem. We stayed here for a week or more, over a holiday, and had a great time. We were a little worried that the noise from the weekend holiday visitors would get out of hand and run late into the night, but to our surprise, as soon as the clock hit quiet time the park became silent. It was actually very impressive! Due to our own late booking we ended up having to move multiple times during our stay and each site we stayed in was great. One thing to keep in mind is that this is an RV Campground, not an RV Resort. It has great amenities, but the sites and the roads are not paved and may not be perfectly level. This is in the woods, there is a lot of sand, and nature is all over. If you require a perfectly paved site with perfectly manicured trees and landscaping this isn't the place for you. This place is clean and well maintained, but it's in the forest so don't expect differently. Why not 5 stars? Okay, so this is tough because we really enjoyed this park, but we are full-time nomadic so we're at RV parks every day and try to be as non-bias as possible and put all parks on an equal rating system and although we aren't leaving 5 stars, we do plan on coming back to this campground because it is a great campground! That said, we did not love the shower facilities at all, they were clean for the most part, but to operate the shower you have to hold a pull chain which means our kids couldn't operate the showers at all. It also made for some difficult showering. This was the biggest drawback to this campground. The wifi and internet was also not ideal which normally isn't a problem for us because we use starlink, but being in the woods our starlink wasn't able to get a clear signal either.Ultimately, we'll be back because this was overall a nice facility and we enjoyed the location very much!

What a fun place, very clean, lots of activities for the whole family. Love the traditional mini golf free. Pool was a little small, but fun. Good place to socialize with other campers. The bounce pad was so much fun and water balloon wars. Bring your own big bag of water balloons. Way to expensive in the camp store. The pizza at concession, and egg sandwiches for breakfast are very good. Cute gift shop for souvenirs. Cabin was clean. Lots and lots of beach sand all over. It's like camping at the beach. The giant fire and free smores was a nice touch too.

Very nice RV campground. Bathrooms and showers were very clean, lots of space in the sites for my Class A and my toad. The dog park was used everyday by my pups and they loved it. The park is located close to the coast so the eating and view was spectacular. Unfortunately the park is located in NJ and I'm not a fan of having to turn right to make a left turn or having someone else pump my gas when I pull into a gas station and the flies were terrible when you have a wind from the East or Southeast. Other than that it was a very relaxing stay once we got set up and just enjoyed the park. I'd recommend this RV park to anyone if you have a need to stay in NJ as we did.

I was coming here for years with my kids than stopped due a passing of a loved one. 15 yrs. to the day we are back now with my grandson. It was a blast and he was very supportive told him I use to take his mom and uncle David here at his age. He had an amazing time and can't wait to come back. Just need to clean pool more often. 10 + stars. Thank you for opportunity to be able to share this with my grandson its true blessings. Thank you everyone for being so nice and kind. Best place around.

Used to go when it was KOA, and once under this name. Loved it. Still do. This time we had a 70th birthday, they were very accommodating since we didn't have a big fridge and needed one to hold the cake. Campgrounds are decently spaced. Bathrooms are very clean. I remember they always are clean. Only issues --- you pull on the shower chain to shower. I totally forgot about them lol. Would be a nice little update at some point. And the cleaning crew. Not sure if these were just off days, but the bathrooms were started late and ended late. It would be nice to be prompt for people who need to go

If I could give this campground 100 stars I would! This was our first visit to ASP and I must say we were beyond impressed!! The entire campground and all the facilities are impeccably clean and perfectly maintained! There was plenty of activities throughout the day for the entire family! They offer many ammennities and the entire staff is very welcoming and friendly, as well as very helpful. They answered any questions we had, and made our visit a one of a kind experience! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to returning soon! I highly recommend this campground! They exceeded all of our expections!! A big Thank You to every single employee there for doing a fantastic job in ensuring everyone has a great time! They really LOVE what they do, and it shows!!!!😃👍🏕

Camping here is relaxing and fun. They have so many events for the kids on the weekends. The staff is friendly and the campground is clean. My son had the absolute best time in the pool and didn’t want to leave. He really loved meeting all the other kids at the pool and other fun attractions. A great Stewart’s Root beer is near by which is a plus! As well as LBI. We will be back next spring!

Our first stay and we are looking into becoming seasonals! There are too many perks to list.. first being the cleaniness for camping is grade A. Trash pick up huge plus when you have little ones, huge sites. The ONLY minor issue is the showers are extremely hot which we dealt with no problem with the rest of the perks! Lisa is down to earth and welcoming to both parents and children for their weekend activities! Huge plus was also the s'mores shack where THEY provided everything that was so nice! Love love love!! We will be back regardless!

10/22/20 - 10/25/20Very large campground with plenty of shaded spots. Accommodated our 40’ 5th wheel with no issue. If your in a larger rig, I suggest stopping on the main road once you pass the security gate and walk up to the main office. It can be a tight squeeze especially during peak times. The staff is super friendly. They pick up trash & clean the bathrooms often. We stayed in site 106. It was huge!We would stay there again next season for sure.

Have been here 6 times in the last 2 years overall we love it. The only issue is some of the disrespectful people that come who do not know how to act. They throw footballs while kids are swimming, i feel like its a little dangerous, we complained and the staff was right on top of it. The only other thing is in the volleyball court the rocks really hurt especially for my competitive family. When we dive for the ball and land on a rock we get all cut up, i would replace the rock sand with fresh sand.

Such a cute campground. Kids had a blast at Halloween trick or treating. The camp sites were decorated, alot of sites went all out. We had fun walking around and looking at the decorations. Staff are very friendly. The place is clean. Definitely love going there.

I camp at a lot of places along the east coast. I wasn't happy with our campsite. There was aints everywhere. The pool was cloudy , it had hair floating and debris, a man made a remark, said he felt like he was home. As he was cleaning the stuff out of the pool. you are not aloud to bring your golf cart. We called said we have a toy hauler//camper, they have a no refund policy you can not have your motorcycle here at this Park so don't plan on riding to the beach or riding around the pines of jersey..if your looking for a loud tractor coming buy your campsite or quad that they used for maintenance, then this is the place for you.and the food unless you tell them no spices on your cheesstake that is sopose to be a big selling, forget your going to get a lot of pepper on it. Even when you say plan.

Not like pictures on website at all. Staff not friendly. Bare minimum put into sites. Roads in campground are narrow for larger motor homes/campers. Feels more like a hole in the wall trailer park then a campground. We ended up not staying and booking Sea pirate campground down the road which was so much cleaner, nicer sites and more activities for the kids, plus the staff were more professional. To follow up on your response. We did stay there a few years before and we said we’d never come back. I had accidentally booked the same campground not realizing but figured we would give it a Second chance again since we already drove three hours to get there. We immediately were reminded of why we didn’t want to stay there again. Yes you gave us a refund, not “ friendly” about it and very condescending. This is the first and Only campground we’ve ever had a bad experience. I’m not going to apologize for having higher standards then your campground offered.
