My family and I have been going here for years, even before the store changed in design. I had realized so many things that might not be noticed or just seem very strange when it comes to the quality of service, the food, the cleanliness and the prices. The issues I have here, well there is a few. First, many of the workers are a tad rude when you ask for help. The younger people seem to be kinder than many of the older workers who've been there for awhile or even years. Another issue is that The prices do seem to be unfair because a deal would be great if the price was average to other locations not placed at a higher amount. If you go to another store near by, like Walmart or the Dollar General, they sell the same product way cheaper and so when it goes on sale, the saving you see on the screen isn't really a great deal as the product is pricier than any other location. Causing the buyer to feel as if they saved so much, but really not. The next issue is that when it comes to the cooked food in the store, eww 🤢. I bought a few roasted chickens in the past and sometimes you think they look great, but get home to find that there is still raw and not fully cooked portions inside. The taste, the blood, the pink meat is not a great sign and totally gross! Another issue with the items I stocked at the store when they do go on sale is that they have it in stock and never put anymore out when the quantity is low. However, the next day when the new week begins and the prices change, it's fully stocked. So getting a great deal can be very difficult or what you want when going to this store. Quality is everything to me and those issues just make this place an unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience. I probably have a few more to mention, but these really are just the biggest issues I have faced at this store.

The wife and I visited this ACME today, the staff was great and store was immaculately clean. We both told store manager compare to the Manahawkin's ACME (smells and very dirty) how everything was great. 5 Stars grocery store.

We were visiting the area and just wanted to get some Pellegrino water to bring to BYOB we were going to visit. I didn't see any. I asked a young associate that was very friendly but seemed a bit confused....never heard of the product.The store is old and not the cleanest. ...glad it is not my local store

We came for The RSV shots and had to wait for over 40 minutes. There was no one else here! Normally no wait! We have been getting our shots here for years . .

HATE THIS STORE!!!!!! The quality sucks really bad I bought tons of fresh vegetables and fruits and I had to throw most of them away because they rotted in 2 days…. Organic markets and farms are the way to go especially since everything is being produced in a lab even the vegetables and meats now a days

I like the stuff here. Sometime things are expensive but if you use coupons you save money. I don't use coupons so I don't save money, but the have the cheese doodles I like so I still go. Good chicken on Mondays and other days too but you lose a dollar on tuesdays.

It was my first time at this particular store I enjoyed it although it was backwards from the one I frequent it was very clean and people were very helpful especially since I didn't know where anything was lol

They've gotten better. Sometimes they're just too expensive though. I got some REALLLLLLLLLLLY good peaches there last week though. Oh man they were GOOD!!!😂😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️

20 years ago it was a great grocery store. Now the town's population has more than tripled and a super Walmart moved in half a mile away, and these days this Acme is just okay. They seem to have problems keeping many of the popular items in stock, produce quality I'd say 3 out of 5. Only 1 or 2 registers ever open, they rely heavily on the self-checkout system instead. But customer service is good, employees are helpful and polite, and the store is pretty clean.

Everyone has their own opinion for the best supermarket which makes them all good. I happen to loke Acme because they are close to my home and carry everything I like to eat. It's a clean fairly priced place to shop.

Great store, except price gauging. Seems to be the latest 'state of the art' to price gauge as much as possible. You know, whatever the market will bear, as if that's the right way to live. Whatever

The prices are higher than Snoop Dogg at Willie Nelson's house. There is hardly ever anyone working the customer service desk. And the cashiers seem like they don't want to work there, actually most of the employees act annoyed if you ask them for help. I once went there to do a simple propane tank exchange and the manager on duty (a young kid probably no older than 21) told me that there was nobody on hand to do a propane exchange. It was 6 pm! There is no reason why he couldn't have gone behind the desk and grabbed the keys to do the exchange for me himself.

Store has EVERYTHING and it's always very clean and well stocked. I love their fried chicken, although I'm not fond of the packaging. It makes the coating soggy by the time you get it home. It wasn't sealed properly either. Maybe an improvement is needed. Some things are extremely high priced so I wait for sales. Overall it's a fabulous store!!

The self check out registers are horrible. Every 15 seconds a store clerk has to come fix something bc everything needs to stay in bagging area, even tho it's there, it still says replace last item scanned. Other then those registers it's not to bad.

Prices are inconsistent. My biggest dislike is when a product is 3 dollars one day then "on sale" for 5.99 the next. Lucky for this Acme, its only competitor in town (Walmart ) is terrible at being fully stocked.

Acme is alright. Not bad, not particularly the best but hey, it's close and convenient. Idk they've always seemed to be a good store to me, a little pricey sometimes but I think that would be the ONLY complaint about them. 🤷🏻‍♀️😁

ACME of Little Egg Harbor is a great store. Their prices are fair, and the staff is very knowledgeable about their department. They now offer curbside pick up. They are updating products and carrying everything I need. The pharmacy department is excellent also.

Probably the best Acme I have shopped at....I don’t live in Tuckerton, but have family that live in the area. Very clean, pleasant employees, very nice bakery, and produce area was well stocked and great variety. I met the store Manager who out stocking and making shoppers feel welcome. Great Store in a little town!!!!

This is one of the only marts I ever gone to. The unique thing about this place is the chicken bar . You can get good chicken for cheap.there are big shelves full of all every item you need. Flour,TV dinners,pizza,milk.its perfect and the acme is parked between shops for convince and a huge parking lot. It great go go now.

Went in for two simple items, one had a tag under it saying 3.99 for the item. Rang up for 11. Cashier was extremely slow and Customer service- after spending 5 mins adjusting the price- it still totals out to 11! The line has been building during this and it was very frustrating. Gave up and got 1 thing. Not going back, they have no idea what they're doing here.

It's just okay. I used to like the deli but after my last experience I am very unhappy. My father was ordering the chicken dinner and the lady helping him was so rude.... I'm Sorry he's 75 and you had a hard time being patient... The nerve of some people!!! Take a job dealing with the public and you're just flat out nasty??? Thanks Catherine

Always clean.I like that there is not "a million" brands to have to choose from! But... It's send to always be in the pricey end. Some of the full price veggies (big bag of snap peas) in name brand packages were rotten and I was too tired to make a fuss and find out that nothing would be in my interest anyway. Same thing with induce some of the veggies.However ...The check out employee was incredibly kind, bubbly and enjoyed her day and time as she worked = loved it!Oh, and MONOPOLY game! Who doesn't like Monopoly game!?
