Decent store. Staff are super nice and helpful. DO NOT process your disposable camera photos here though. The first time I did it went well, but the second time I never got my photos. I turned my camera in the first week of January. I went to the store multiple times and called twice after, but they don’t have it. It’s almost March. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to process. Since its a send out order this might not be the fault of Walgreens, but nonetheless I’m still mad.

This is the most worst Walgreens I ever been too. The staff in the front end is horrible no respect very arrogant and is unprofessional I been coming here for years and for the past couple of years it been horrible. I’m sick of their attitudes every time I ask for help or just have a question about a product. I’m for sure not going to this Walgreens again. For those who want a good pharmacy the CVS across the street is way better and way more friendlier and cleaner.

Great experience at this Walgreens! The cashier was very friendly. The staff on the floor smiled and said hello. The minute the line got a little long another cashier opened. I had a return and the manager was over in a flash to enter her code and keep the line moving. They have everything from bread to Zantac

Decent place - late night staff are friendly. It’s a hit and miss during daytime hours. Pharmacy for the most part are friendly and helpful.

Most of the people who work here are helpful and friendly. There was a young lady working early at the cash register who is very lovely. I purchased a product that was discounted and she applied the coupon at the counter so I got the discount. She is very nice.I had purchased the same product a few days later and the other person, an older woman, working the register would not apply the coupon for me. She did apply my cash rewards so I let it slide. But she seems angry at certain customers. Honestly she is the only person I encountered at this location with this demeanor. Hope she has better days.Update: I cannot with this store. Other than the young lady this other lady who is cashier is dismissive of coupons. I took a picture of price tag that had discounted price. While at register she would not honor it. I went to find the manager and this same cashier went to the aisle where the product is located and ripped that discounted tag off. She proceeded to do this with other products that had discounted tags. I went to the location on Nottingham and they honor coupons for the same product right at the register.

Staff is very helpful and kind enough to answer all my doubts and didn't get impatient when I had to repeatedly call them to check if the prescription had arrived or not. No signs of frustration were shown by all the staff who answered the call.

Literally the worst Walgreens pharmacy for miles. Incredibly long waits for prescriptions and often unreachable by phone. They are horribly understaffed or completely incompetent. Either way, would you want to depend on them to get your prescriptions correct?

Well maintained brings it up a start. I like to optimize my time to get things done during lunch. The pharmacy doesn't handle lunch rush very well... that i have experienced three times in two weeks. Its a simple adjustment on my end to pick this up at a different time but it shouldn’t go without being said for those who cannot make that adjustment.

I just spent more than 25 minutes (twice) waiting on hold to speak with the pharmacy staff, just for the phone to ring an additional 5 more minutes when it's my turn, then to be hung up on (without speaking to the department I called in the first place). There should be better protocols for handling phone calls.

After waiting in line for 45 minutes, I finally came to the clerk at the pharmacy to get my medication that was called in 2 hours prior to arriving at this Walgreen Pharmacy. She stated that there was no medication called in for me. As I informed her that I about to get my doctor on the phone, she redirect her to tell me that she see it but it's going to take 2 hours to fill. Why do you have individuals lying about people medication.

Stopped in and asked a worker as to the location of a product. Not only did Matthew the Walgreens associate take me to the item he asked me if there was anything else he can help me with. He was pleasant courteous and engaging. I haven’t experienced that type of customer service in a longtime. Bravo Walgreens hire more workers like Matthew.

Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever seen in my life.They simple deny vaccine appointments which are booked online stating that they don’t have people to work.The Amazing fact it next day same person administered the vaccine. So basically they didn’t wanted to do same thing before so they simply deny by saying we don’t have people who doing it.I hope someone from pharmacy reading this and do something to fix their staff.

I’ve been going here for years, the staff is always friendly and helpful, but lately the lines at the pharmacy have been insane. Picking up a prescription seems to take at least 15+ minutes every time. I understand that they’re answering phones and I’m not the only patient, but it seems like a pretty decent wait no matter when I go.

This place is comedically terrible. I’ve tried to call the pharmacy for multiple hours across several days, they never pick up the phone. I actually called the front cashier customer service and asked them to go to the pharmacy counter and tell the pharmacist to pick up the phone. It actually worked. When I went to pick up my prescription I had to stand around for 20 minutes because they lost my prescription that should’ve been there for 48 hours.This pharmacy is downright negligent. They don’t answer their phones EVER. They don’t fill prescriptions when they’re supposed to, there’s one pharmacist working at any time, the line is 20 people deep. They’re going to kill someone, let’s just hope it’s not you.

Rude, unprofessional. I used to go to Walgreens for about 10 years + now my same horizon plans are soemhow not accepted when I’m over due for medications. I’m on disability and I get private isnrusnce thank god that full covers medicines but wlagreens doesn’t accept my horizon plan or my Benecard that’s been active with a 3$ co pay whcih I would’ve paid hoenstly but now I’m scrambling around the highway for another pharmacy that takes lower class people I guess because I’m not good enough for thier pharmacy and insurances. Let this be a warning this pharmacy may be open longer then others but that doesn’t mean to sacrifice your own sanity and being judged if you have medicines under your name and peopel judge you. I’d advise you unless you have a fancy insurance plan don’t bother and they still will suck you dry for money even if your isnrusnce fully covers it then to only be charged or get my plan rejected because I’m on disability and have chronic illness. Don’t go there those people are super unprofessional and didn’t even give me advice after what to do. Sorry busy people

I would like to leave this review for the manager at the pharmacy who works usually in the morning and afternoon.He is extremely helpful in explaining your medication to you, and answering all your questions and concerns!He's a truly caring person and always asked how im doing when he sees me! Vivienne in pharmacy is amazing at her job. She’s patient, gives all the options and is so sweet. She deserves a raise. Pharmacists were very friendly and explained everything to us. Prices were good for the prescriptions without insurance, too. My only complaint is the horrible smell in the entire store!

Well-maintained store. Generally - customer service is good. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and polite. But waiting time is so long, it is the only thing I don't like. This place is always clean and I like it so much. Great store but I wish faster service.

Pharmacy is always short-staffed and very slow. They are also no longer a 24 hour pharmacy so it's easier to go to the 24 hour CVS across the street most of the time.

Ricky is always pleasant and cordial. He knows and understands the store and its products. He is a resource for those who work with him. Ricky is the best also when it comes to the photo department. I want to give him 5 thumbs up for his work ethic. The store would do well to keep this employee and keep him happy. He really is the only reason we go to that location my wife and I go past several other Walgreen's on the way to this store. "Under Cover Boss" would be like this guy is awesome!!!!!

Had a horrible experience at another pharmacy (CVS in Yardville) and went to this pharmacy in a rush, because I was on going on vacation and Charles, the pharmacist worked and took care of me when he didn’t have to but made sure I didn’t leave without my prescription and was extremely professional .Thanks Again Charles and Staff!

Called the store for a thermometer as I was across the street in the acme parking lot after shopping and they said it was in stock. Went to the store, 1 minute drive, and the manager said “we definitely ran out” then I ask why there is a lack of communication as to what is in stock and what isn’t with him and his staff, he then tells me “oh maybe he thought you meant baby thermometer”. NO! If I needed a baby thermometer I would have asked for a baby thermometer. Thank you for your lack of care management. This will be my last time going to walgreens. No wonder your stores are closing! I’ll never betray CVS again! Even though it was out of the way, I see they actually care about their customers!!!!

Pharmacy is just awful. In this day and age, with modern technology, it should not take 24+ hours to fill a prescription.And for God sake, get the dosage right!My doctor actually told me to find a different pharmacy.Pathetic.

First time at this Walgreens and the guy at the register was rude and and a bad mood. I asked him if I can use the $2 off from my Walgreens app and he said with a tone of being bother I already took it off! But the $2 I wanted to take off was for my rewards. It could have been cheaper for me. But I won’t coming back at this location.

After being told they didn't receive my sons prescription and being shooed out of the drive through I ask my doctor to call it into another pharmacy. Where they tell me it has already been billed for by Walgreens. Thanks for the customer service Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy service ever. It shouldn’t be an everyday issue where you call a pharmacy and it takes 20+ min on hold for them to answer. They don’t fill prescriptions on time and don’t let you know when they’re out of stock. Worst pharmacy ever, I can’t believe Walgreens Corporate hasn’t cracked down on them yet.

My complaint about this Walgreen's has nothing to do with service, because I love this store.However, the other day when I was in there, I noticed that they are still selling FAIRLIFE milk products. This company has recently been accused of horrible animal cruelty by undercover videos and the company is being brought up on charges.I wish WALGREEN's would stop selling it.

How is it possible that it takes 30 mins to a hold of a pharmacist and then when they pick up, they hang up on you???? One of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve had to deal with!!
