Walgreens Store & Pharmacy I have to say they have "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE The Pharmacist let me know that I was taking a med that could have bad interactions with the New Script , so she made the call to my Dr, & let them know, it was taken care of quickly. IN STORE are very helpful when looking for items , they actually stop & check for you in a timely manner. 👑👑🕊📿🙏🦋❣. 1/6/2024

I went to pick up my sister's medicine (Ozempic) last night (12/19/23) and there was no questions ask of me regarding how she's supposed to use it. The person I dealt with was Alex. I forgot to ask him instructions for her. The major problem was that this is new for my sister and I wasn't aware that it had to be refrigerated. I had to call around to ask people who were on it if it needed to be refrigerated and they said yes. The pharmacy was already closed by the time I realized it.

It’s an amazing Walgreens everyone here is great, the team is awesome and always friendly. It’s neat clean and organized never had an issue. I love coming in here and talking to the staff they always know who I am and what I’m looking for. Overall couldn’t of wished for a better local Walgreens strongly recommend everyone to come here and try it out for themselves

Very disappointed with the way my husband was treated today at check out. All employees should be properly trained on how the OTC card works because this situation was avoidable and shouldn’t have happened.The cashier was nice and friendly, she was willing to help and find the solution, very pleasant. The manager however had a totally unacceptable nasty attitude. At check out while trying to find the issue of why the OTC card wasn’t being activated for all of the items, the manager had to reset the transaction. The second time the cashier asked him to do this he looked straight at my husband and said with disgust in his voice “this is the last time I will do this”. How unprofessional and disrespectful! The manager being clearly annoyed by the transaction, he started to make my husband put back food and other items we needed and specifically went to Walgreens for, because he (the manager) obviously had zero knowledge of what the OTC card covers. We know the items we selected for purchase are covered because we have purchased them many times before and they read “OTC APPROVED” on the sticker….By the end of the experience my husband left the store without half of the things he went there for and feeling extremely disrespected.

Helpful associates in the aisles when customers need to know the location of a product. Cashiers at the front end of the store need more experience and knowledge of how OTC benefit cards work.

If I can give this Walgreens a no star I would have the worst customer service I have ever received in this Walgreens I'm Hispanic woman and the three women including the assistant manager that are Hispanics as well need to be retrain as soon as possible extremely extremely unprofessional it's a disgrace to have people work in customer service with an additive if you don't like your job find what you like to do.....

You go to get the medicines and they ask you to come back the next day if you tell them you can't wait. They make you wait 2 to 4 hours even though they don't have any more patients, very abusive.
