Rite Aid digital coupons were not working after an online order. After purchasing the order online, it said that digital coupons will be deducted when picking up the items from the store. I tried to pick up the items but the digital coupon was not deducted from the product ordered. Also, no notification of the product ordered on-line is out of stock until I'm at the store to pick it up. I have no problems with the Rite Aid employees and they were helpful but cannot do anything since it is an online order. No worries. I found the products I ordered somewhere else and ended up cheaper.

Rite Aid is the absolute worst. After closing the store near me I transferred my prescriptions to Kuser Rd. Somehow the prescription that had 3 refills remaining got lost in their system. Their solution was to have my doctor write another script. Never again. Goodbye Rite Aid !!!!!

I can’t remember the name of who called me yesterday at 3:08pm but I just wanna say they have no idea how thankful I am to them! My son literally can’t function without his medication and there’s currently an issue with supply and I had been trying to talk to his Dr office who prescribes it and long story short they were really no help but the staff member who called me from here made my day!!! She called to discuss the matter of my sons med being on back order and what options I had and thanks to her and her diligence by 6pm last night I had a full supply and this morning my son was able to take his medication!! She has no idea how thankful I am! I truly don’t know what I would have done without her and I was terrified of what things would be like for my son while I dealt with his Dr about this! She saved us! Literally!

I usually go to a different pharmacy and they were unsure about feeling my scripts. I had no time to wait and went straight to Rite-Aid they pharmacy took care of me right away no no sense quick and efficient

This is a very nice drugstore, and usually has good sales too. I stop in occasionally just to see what's on sale.

I called their pharmacy after having horrible issues getting my medication filled and transferred . Pam in the pharmacy was wonderful and understanding and really helped me get my medication in a timely manner. I was incredibly thankful for her today. I will be making this my home pharmacy now.

would give no stars if possible. my son (2 months old) has a complex medical history and is on multiple medications daily. They can dispense his medication, but do not carry oral syringes for me to be able to give my son his medication. They only carry spoons and cups, both of which my son would choke on since he is so young. I am disappointed to say the least, I spoke to the pharmacy manager and she stated I could buy oral syringes on amazon!!!! I have never been to a pharmacy that will dispense medicine but not give you the means to be able to administer it to your child.

I just received the second of my covid vaccinations at this store and I am VERY pleased with both their professionalism and efficiency. I have had a much different experience with my parents from the process to get in to the organization on the day of the shot. Don’t get me wrong, I would have waited in line for a week to get this vaccination, but the people at this store really have their stuff together and they were very nice to deal with on top of that.Thank you!

Went with 5 year old daughter, with an appointment, to get covid booster. Was told booster is not approved by FDA for under 9 years of age.... why oh why can I schedule an appointment for a 5 year old?! If it's not available they need to update their website/advertising from 5-11 year olds to 9 - 11 year olds. I entered her date of birth for the appointment. It should have been denied right there. Staff was nice though... so 2 stars

The pharmacist who I wanted to speak to, had no idea what the side effects of medication I was prescribed were going to be. She kept giving an "I don't know" answer!!!! I'll be calling soon after this review to get more information. What a joke this lady, how can she have a job being this clueless!!!!!!!!!
