My wife brought our Balinese cat for a lion cut and to help him get rid of fleas he's been struggling with. My wife asked for a lion cut and showed a picture of what we wanted. We could not be happier with the results. Very professional service, nice staff and our little buddy even came back with a durag which we thought was hilariously cute! ❤ A big thank you to the staff!

I do not recommend the place! They do not do their job well, our puppy was not bathed correctly and it smelled bad, and they charged us for extra shampoo and the products are of poor quality, be careful with this place. Don't take your pet to suffer or be mistreated. The attention is not nice! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE! DOES NOT HAVE PROFESSIONAL STAFF TO WORK PETS

I took my yorkie to them for the second time and they literally did a HORRIBLE JOB !!! The first time they did a good job but the second time they didn’t even cut his nails left hair on his genitals his tail wasn’t trimmed it was just a horrible service they had him for 5 hours just to give him back with a choppy cut

At first she seemed very friendly of course to get your services, left my dog quarter to 10 a.m. and rec'd a call at 2p.m. to pick her up which that's not the problem seems like they had my poor dog dry all that time because when she went to the car she went looking for her water, I saw the desperation way of her drinking and was not happy. Also they cut off the tag for fleas and ticks when it was accessible to be taken off without snipping. Other groomers call to verify if is ok to disposed, she didn't. On top of it all that I thought was too much for the grooming service she has the audacity to ask for tip. The grooming service wasn't that great bit I still PD n tipped her for her services but you will not catch me going back.

Very disappointed. My dog's nail was clipped too short and was bleeding when I picked her up, she bled all over my car seat on the drive home and didn't stop bleeding until 2 days later. The blood was all over my furniture. I called them and was able to get my money back but I will not be taking my dog back. My friend also had a bad experience here and her dog's eye got infected after a cut he received too close to his eye. She spent $400 at the vets to get the infection treated smh.

Staff was very polite. However I paid $120 for no reason! My husky was ready within 40 minutes. I paid for tic remover and for him to be bathed. When I picked him up he had a very unpleasant smell to him. My husky was still wet, which made it even worse. He still had tics and stains on him. Wouldn’t recommend, very pricey for poor service.

Polite staff but subpar service his hair was uneven and smelled like perfume but still had stains in his fur. This will be the second time I had to return so that they could pluck the hair from his ears. I don't think I will be back. Looks like something I could've done at home.

I brought my Silky Terrier pure breed in here to test the place out. It's very local for me and I was excited to know a groomer was near me! The owner was very warm welcoming and spoke primarily Spanish. I explained to her in Spanish exactly what I wanted done for my dog, and she understood 100%. I was confident leaving the place and expected to return and see my dog looking his best. I recieved a phone call 40 minutes later! She said Max was done! How is that possible?! When I arrived, Max's hair was simply brushed and she added a refreshing scent to him. Upon examining I noticed he wasnt even BATHED!! only brushed! He had some dirt residue from our yard still on his belly! I will never be returning to this place. For a short haired dog like pitbull this place is great, other than that, save yourself! What a waste of $55.00!!
