horrible customer service this lady that works there says I was getting on her nerves because I let someone go ahead of me. I had to get my card out of my bag I left so they didnt think I was stealing.

Rude customer service. My 4 year old needed use the rest room. We asked the cashier for the key to the restroom (that I’ve used plenty of times in the past). She said the restroom wasn’t available. I asked for the manager, the assistant manager told me he had to “go off what she says”. Mind you, my daughter is newly potty trained so when she has to go potty it’s urgent she goes right away. He eventually gave us the key. After I returned shopping, this cashier was very rude to me. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, I will never go back. I like the low prices but it is NOT worth the rude customer service I experienced today.

Is very rude 89% of the time today, everybody had attitudes. I guess cuz they were stocking shows .I prefer they put a Dollar General then a Family Dollar but hey it's not my money but I will continue to shop there.

The best family dollar is in the save alot market north olden ave. I truly enjoy going thereGood customer service. And I have good friend there. All employees there. All good customer serviceHome away from home there.

ghetto.... GHETTO! and very unprofessional. 9 times out of 10 they are having a full blown conversation on their phones while scanning your items.. only good thing about this location is its near by... customer service SUCKS

Manager is very rude, told me that I'm not allowed in he's store, accused me of stealing when I didn't !!! If I did why didn't he call police just nasty and rude never will shop there again!!!!
