The worst costumer service ever! The cashier on Thursday October 23 afternoon she don’t give me a receipt and I am sure she charge me more money because was $40 for 3 smalls things, she was too busy talking gossip with the women security. I live in DC area I don’t see things like that happening in there. Embarrassing!!

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I absolutely would! They are lazy and are not for the patients! They make things so inconvenient for you and are not willing to help verify your insurance or even provide a number so you can call yourself. As a healthcare worker I could never allow myself to inconvenience a patient/customer especially if it is an urgent matter. This is not the first bad experience I have had with them either, they should be ashamed of themselves!

Pharmacy itself is ok but most OTC products are locked up and good luck getting the one person working the store to show up to unlock anything you need, razors, toothbrushes...Advil.Yes it's in a kind of rough area but why bother stocking products that need to be unlocked if there's never any staff to unlock them.

They send me a text saying that my medication is ready for pick up. I go to pick it up for them to say that they didn't send no text when its clearly on my phone she comes and says rudely it will be ready tomorrow seriously. I call the next day to see if it's ready for pick up and she comes and says it will be ready the next day again that's when I lost my patience.

The pharmacy department need to change the people, they are rude and have no customrler care skills. There is a specific employee that always have an attitude and today she pissed me off, i went in the drive thru and she was rude. If they cant work helping people then dont work at all, learn how to explain the situation better and stop confusing the customers.

I just called several times and it when I called repeated a sound like it was a fax machine I felt as though it was purposed for me I have issue with stock it’s a inquiry and their business line doesn’t work for me they are shiftless and unapproachably abrusive

they are stright lazy and slow.... I called the pharmacy dept at 150pm requesting to call another pharmacy in Newark, NJ to transfer my dental medication over them. I got here at CVS the pharmacist wasnt calling no one then when I asked about the transfer he said he was making doctor calls and hes call me tomorrow I'm in pain and we playin these games. I will be calling the state filing an complaint.

I never thought I'd be motivated to write a review of a CVS but this might be the single worst CVS in the entire universe. I haven't tried every single one in the universe mind you but boy it would sure be hard to top this place. A man wants a bag of nuts they bring up $5 more than your tag for. The woman helping me wouldn't come around the counter to look at the display that was literally in front of the counter she just said "it's not that price"and I asked her which ones were that price because I'd be happy to get those and she said "other ones" she's been called for assistance which was a joke because he basically repeated what she said to me. They were unhelpful and worse they had NO INTEREST in being helpful. Your shelves are such a mess and your tags are wrong but somehow I'm inconveniencing you to straighten it out for me as far as what I can and cannot purchase for the price you have advertised. Go out of your way to avoid this place. Not even for eye drops, you'll walk out confused holding a Snicker bar

Just bought mouthwash for 5.28 with tax today. The receptionist had paper change for 100 dollar bill but no coin change. She kept my .72 no apologies...Homeless guy out front has 3 rolls of nickles on him though.

My doctor called in a prescription just before 6:00 on a Saturday. As I walked up to the pharmacy it already locked up. The prescription was for my emergency inhaler for my azthma. When I asked the young man that was walking out of the area about getting it he just shrugged his shoulders and said nope we're close and kept walking. I asked for a manager and he said nope sorry we can't do anything without a pharmacist. Ok I get that but I'm sure the pharmacist wasn't too far away at 6:06. I thought CVS thrived on customer service? I guess not. I now have to debate whether or not to go to the ER because I need an inhaler.

Sent my son to get prescription. They claimed my insurance card was not good. I called my carrier and we tried getting thru. They answered phone and hung up six times. I had script transferred to Rite aid....they lost a customer.

On Monday around 7-8 pm I went to the store I was heading to the register and I hear the lady (her name is nancy )saying "here they come with the coupons again " i went up and she was giving me an attitude and kept looking at me like Couldn't understand her just because I'm Hispanic and she yelled at my daughter for touching a toy and I didn't say anything . This is the second time I have a problem with her The first time it was about two weeks ago where I was in line with my nephew and there was a white guy behind us and she made him go before us . I'm sorry but that's discrimination and something like that shouldn't be happening

My fiancé went there to get his vaccine and the nurse that took care of him was picking her ear and then wiped her hand on her clothes and put gloves on and did his vaccine that’s very unsanitary she never used hand sanitizer there for she contaminated the gloves that she used on him so unprofessional

Everything is good Service good but the Pharmacy is slow and there's no security which is a huge problem 3 guys and black approach me to ask me for a dollar I said I didn't have it they said I seen them give you change no security that's very poor

The pharmacy department is the absolute worst....the lines are always ridiculous, poor customer service, phones never answered in a timely manner, overall poor management....needs a serious revamp!!!! I'll never go back!

Every time I come here I have the same problem with the idiot cashier, she never knows what she’s talking about 🙄 I came here to use my extra bucks and she told me there has to be a “balance” I drove to my home store and asked my GM and she doesn’t know what she’s talking about she needs to be retrained !!! I’m never going back to this CVS.
