I brought one of my dogs here for the first time in January after not getting her groomed for far too long. She is a Pyrenees mix so brushing her can be difficult. Shannon cleaned her up better than I ever could've imagined and really treated her like she was her own dog. I was so happy after I picked her up that I immediately made another appointment for my other dog who is a Rottweiler /German Shepherd mix. As soon as I picked him up, the person at the front desk who checked me out let me know that Shannon worked on my pup again, that she loved him so much, and was so happy to work on both of my dogs.I love my dogs more than anything, and it stresses me out to leave them with anybody, especially if they need to get groomed, or do something out of the ordinary for them. I can just tell they were both in good hands the whole time they were there. When I picked them up they were looking and smelling so wonderful. It's especially important to me that their nails were trimmed perfectly.I can't say enough good things about bubbles away and Shannon, I'm so impressed and so happy they were recommended to me.

Awesome! We bring our pup Bosco every 4 weeks and he comes home looking great!I should mention Shannon here. She is wonderful and Bosco loves her! Her ribs in with no fear, comes home so handsome and smelling good as well. I can't recommend this place and especially Shannon highly enough!

We took our puppy for a grooming today. The entire staff that was there today was fantastic! They did exactly what I wanted and went beyond! My puppy even likes his haircut!! I will be bringing him here from now on!! Thank you so much for treating him so good!!! We love his new look!!!!

The entire staff are awesome! I’m always looking forward to picking up my baby, because, I know he is going to look beautiful! Lainey is amazing…my baby (a Teacup Yorkie) is, somewhat, difficult due to being afraid…but, Lainey is great with him, and, handles him well. I wish I could give 10 stars, lol, but it only allows 5! Thank you, Lainey, and, thank you to the bubbles Away staff…you’re, all, amazing!

Shannon is amazing !!! I would recommend her to everyone who has a dog. It’s a family run business, Shannon and her family are amazing . The care and love they give to every dog and cat is wonderful to see . My Teddy would only go with Shannon and Donny . My dog has serious anxiety & does not get along well with other dogs/strangers. His vet wasn’t able to cut his nails & he wouldn’t let us do it at home either. He often gets written off because he’s a pit bull & people do not give him a chance. I brought him to bubbles away & I’ve never seen him become so comfortable with someone so quickly! Shannon came right out to greet him with zero fear or judgement. He went right back with her & I couldn’t believe how short she was able to get his nails!! He came out wagging his tail & it was obvious how much better he felt!!! Now he is so excited to see Shannon each and every time! I am so thankful for everyone at bubbles away!! They are amazing & have nothing but the best interest of the dogs in mind all the time! There’s no one else I would trust my baby boy with!!!

Very nice place to pamper your pet! Super friendly staff and so helpful. They had everything you needed to give your doggie a shower! Lots of towels and aprons to keep yourself nice and dry! Lol Oh and a good blow dryer to fluff them up. 😊 They even clipped her nails for a small fee. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed! 😊

As a seasoned groomer, it’s incredibly refreshing to be able to polish, learn & continue my education with such amazing groomers. The shop was clean, and my 2 one year old dogs came out looking refreshed. The instructions were no hair cut. They have an appointment with someone trusted for that. Only bath and hygiene. The last grooming they experienced was traumatic and they were nervous for 2 days. I didn't want them to experience that again. The instructions were not followed. Disappointing. It was stated that they were both matted, and if they were, the instructions were the instructions. Their grooming appointment is in 3 weeks.

Best place to take your dog for a bath! Dog is always happy to go inside there, loves the staff, and smells amazing when she's done. My French Frenchie will not let me anywhere near her nails but somehow Bubbles Away manages to cut her nails as well.

Love this place for the pup. He’s a 1 year old Bichon/Shih Tzu mix and they are so sweet and friendly to him. Cuts and services are always amazing and favorably priced as well. Won’t take him anywhere else. Emily and Donovan treat everyone like family!

Shannon and her crew are the best I can’t say enough about them. My dogs always are well cared for! And the best part they come home smelling better then my house. I have two dogs one senior 13 yrs old who is partially deaf and mostly blind with arthritis and Shannon and her crew accommodate her senior needs. The groomer nicked our dog’s tail and a small part on her belly. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I brought her home and noticed blood stains on my shirt. I called our vet as soon as I discovered her tail was still bleeding. I called Bubbles Away after calling the vet, and left a voice message still during business hours (2:42 pm). It has now been a couple weeks and I still haven’t heard back from them, except for a missed phone call the next morning without any voicemail nor message left.Secondly, the groomer shaved our dog after I requested to only have her trimmed 1/2”. If they were going to just shave her down they should’ve at least called me first.Lastly, if you prefer a transparent kennel-free environment for your dog, this is not the place. Their grooming stations are not visible from the reception area and I found my dog waiting in a cage when I picked her up.To say the least, this was a traumatizing 3 hour experience for our dog.Update:Let me be clear, this is not about vanity on our part, just lack of courtesy and communication on yours. It wasn’t that you didn’t relay the message clearly, you did not relay the message at all. A simple phone call to inform me that she needs to be shaved would’ve sufficed.The main grouse was my dog was nicked on her abdomen and her tail was bleeding, none of which was even mentioned at pick up. It is even more disturbing to learn that you didn’t notice this while in your care.I left an urgent message and expressed my distress over the situation and I asked to return my call as soon as possible. You called but did not attempt to leave a message. That’s a display of unprofessionalism and lack of concern for a client with a major concern. You offer a professional service, make an effort and reach out to the aggrieved party and try to get to the bottom of their complaint. Calling them back and hanging up without leaving a message is not an effort at all.I suppose leaving a review gets your attention and a prompt response.I wish your establishment luck and may you learn from this experience as I have.

Beware! If I could leave 0 stars I would…The groomers & staff do NOT know how to groom dogs. The owner is ridiculously rude & wouldn’t take any accountability for literally shaving my long haired dog… anybody knows anything about long hair dogs it’s that you do NOT shave them. Or “buzz” them as i was corrected rudely on the phone.Not even a courtesy call to let me know what needs to be done in regards to the grooming/cut. Then had the audacity to tell us not to come back after I asked for a refund as it was WELL over $100 for an awful job at that - Place is a joke.

Bubbles bubbles, they did a wonderful job on my 3 yorkies. This was our first visit & it won't be our last.The boys were happy with their hair cut. They actually got their nails cut, where as the other groomers did not cut their nails.When we picked them up, my little Charlie was relaxing by the groomer.My other two are too hyper & would have been running around the place sniffing all the other dogs.They were groomed per our instructions, they smelled so good, looked really good & were happy little boys.I was very happy with Bubbles.
